You can only really judge the professionalisme of a service company when something goes wrong. With Riderly I can honestly say that they did not hesitate for a second when I raised an issue with them: after ample communication (and for them to check from their end), Riderly refunded the pre-payments made on a motorbike rent in Laos. Service oriented, very professional and building GREAT trust for future rentals. Special thanks to Jeck for his swift and professional follow up. Will rent again via Riderly!!

I have had to update my review as the customer service from this place is unbelievably great! They have gone out of their way to apologise and reassure me for future bookings which I will definitely be making through this site. I have change my reveiw to a 5 start purely on the basis of their exceptionally outstanding customer service and quick interactions/responses I have recieved from their team. The original slightly edited review, now that I know the full scope, is still below for context but please be advised this is merely a gripe I have with the system, not the company or their employees or even their CEO Carlo's who also personally reached out once my case was brought to him on the same day and he took the time to write out a personal email response to me. The site doesn't show you availability of the bikes, you have to first of all book a bike and pay a particular reservation fee for that bike, your status will be a pending one on the site. To then be informed the following day your booking has been rejected wasn't ideal. The reservation fee, which is taken immediately at the booking stage, can take up to 10 days to be refunded (although upon learning that riderlry immediately processed the refund as soon as they knew on their end the bike was unavailable) please bare that in mind if booking from here. To add to that my budget for booking something else at another site has had to take a hit as the bank (not riderly) still have my fee although the refund has been actioned from Riderly's end. This leaves less money and less time to book anything else from another dealer in time before our trip to Malaga. I would highly advise contacting their agents who have all been exceptional and giving your dates and availability well in advance, prior to just going ahead and booking the bike your interested in straight from the site itself as it won't show you the bikes availability at all on the site like many other retailers do across this platform. I am hoping I can book something else in time for my trip but the bank have to return my deposit that has been allocated to booking the bike before I can even do that and now time is running out so I am hoping I can manage to book something that won't break the bank and is suitable for our trip. Please be careful and I would highly recommend not depending on your booking going ahead from the site itself and intially contact the team with plenty of time before actioning any bookings. As my whole friend group joining me on this trip has had to learn the hard way. safe riding people!

We were on a motorcycle tour through the UAE and Oman organized by Wheel of India (wheelofindia.de). We rented five motorcycles from Riderly. The motorcycles were in excellent condition. During the booking process, the Riderly staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Especially when we needed to change the rental dates, they handled everything smoothly so that our trip could go ahead. If I need motorcycles for one of my Wheel of India tours (wheelofindia.de) again, I will definitely book them with Riderly again.

We had a great vacation in Mauritius. We found a scooter on Riderly and booked it for a week. The first scooter broke down after four days (the fuel supply was blocked). A replacement arrived within 1.5 hours, and we were able to use the scooter for the remainder of the rental without any problems. Thank you so much for the great service!
