Who tried to help me with a solution and was quick and kind in her communication. Example of a great employee, knowing how to serve a customer.

We had a truly excellent experience with the motorcycle rental. The motorcycle was in very good condition, clean, and well-maintained. Everything from booking to returning it was straightforward and hassle-free. Federico was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He also gave us some great tips on beautiful places and suitable routes in the area, which made our trip even better. The service we received was simply great! The guys at check-in to rent the bikes were really friendly and deeply professional in explaining to us the rental specifics and helping us to be confident with the bikes (BMW 800). This was also true when we handed them back. We had unfortunately caused a little damage to a brake handle and of course had to pay for it but the way in which they dealt with this issue was really easy. I would surely reccomend this company.

It was simply great with you guys. I felt incredibly well taken care of. I had a fantastic motorcycle. I received some great tips. I was allowed to leave my luggage with you, and in the end, you even took me to the bus station and, if I had wanted, all the way to the airport, because you had the time and were just really nice. Fantastic experience from booking through to returning. They picked us up from the Milan Malpensa, the bikes were great and had everything we needed for a week's riding and were able to drop them off late on Sunday too. Friendly, helpful staff definitely recommend them
