I had a great experience with the rental shop and their team. Unfortunately, during my rental my scooter was stolen, which was a very stressful situation. However, the team handled everything in a very professional and supportive way. They guided me through the process step by step, were always responsive, and made the whole situation much easier to manage. I really appreciated their transparency and willingness to help, as well as the way they treated me throughout the entire process. Even after everything, they were happy to assist me with a new rental, which shows the level of trust and customer care they provide. Overall, I highly recommend the rental shop for their reliability, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

I recently got my motorbike license and spent weeks trying to find the right learner motorbike and gear without blowing my budget. To be honest, most places I went to were pretty dismissive, didn't really listen and weren't willing to work with me on price or what I actually needed. As soon as I spoke to the staff at the rental shop, they just got it. Took the time to understand what I was after and didn't try to push anything on me. Just a straight up, helpful conversation. I ended up getting a brand new Ninja 500, all my gear, and insurance through them, and the whole process was super easy. They even set up my quadlock mount for me. But what really stood out was after I bought the motorbike, the staff reached out to make sure everything was going well and even made sure I got home safe after riding the motorbike back in the rain. You don't come across that kind of service very often. If you want a no-BS experience and someone who actually cares about getting you set up properly, I'd definitely recommend the rental shop. Thanks again, really appreciate you making my first motorbike purchase such a good one. I'll be back for my first service 😉

The rental shop provided an excellent well maintained motorbike that perfectly matched my needs (CF Moto MT450). Great personalised service, and easy experience with payment and processing. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and obliging, and provides good back up if you need it (I didn't). Terrific value overall. Highly recommended.

Recently bought my first motorbike, a ninja 400 from the rental shop, the staff was great throughout the whole process, very helpful and had great communication, kept me updated about everything and got everything done quickly, even helped organise transport to my house as I wasn't quite comfortable riding back home yet. Definitely would recommend!

After an attempted break-in damaged my motorbike, with me thinking the front motorbike lock was broken, the rental shop team quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue without fuss, getting it running again. They serviced my scooter as well and it now runs smoothly like new. The team also offered helpful advice about my Sym. The rental shop are a young team trying and actually doing their best to give impeccable service and I easily give them 5 stars like the many other reviews they have.
