I had a great experience with the rental shop and their team. Unfortunately, during my rental my scooter was stolen, which was a very stressful situation. However, the team handled everything in a very professional and supportive way. They guided me through the process step by step, were always responsive, and made the whole situation much easier to manage. I really appreciated their transparency and willingness to help, as well as the way they treated me throughout the entire process. Even after everything, they were happy to assist me with a new rental, which shows the level of trust and customer care they provide. Overall, I highly recommend the rental shop for their reliability, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

These guys were excellent! Hooked me up with a motorcycle for a few days while in town and helped me out of a pickle when I had a minor accident, getting me back on the motorbike that same day. Great Customer service and extremely honest business practice. I had a scooter that got slightly damaged, but had previously been damaged in the same spot. They told me it would be unfair to charge me and gave me my full deposit back. Would recommend all!

Highly recommend! I had an issue with my new scooter not starting (one which I literally had just purchased from a private third party, not GoGo). I walked in off the street into Go Go and desperately asked the mechanic for help. He dropped everything to help me, fixed the issue, and got me back on the road in no time.
