I rented a 750GS with Johnathan and his company. It was a smooth experience from reserving a motorbike ( last minute!!!), payment, picking it up, and dropping off. I was able to stop by for a few free chain clean and lube due to close proximity to Johnathan's business. I have tons of footage of some incredible rides and I would like to thank Johnathan and MRB for these memories. 10/10 I would rent again from them next time I'm back in Melbourne. 1250GS next time!!!!!!

Big shoutout to the globally community of motorbike riders who are interested in adventure and touring. I rented BMW750gs from Johnathan in Melbourne for 7days and Johnathan was such nice person not only in terms providing the right customer service but also good human being indeed. Amazing lifetime experience in Australia on the roads with #bmwgs750 covering 1700+kms staring from Melbourne —> Torquay —> Great Ocean Road —> 12 Apsotles —> Port Campbell —> Albury —> Canberra —> Wollongong—> Jervisbay —>blue mountains—> Sydney. It was mix of extreme weather condition with heavy rains , hailstorm and finally with some good sunshine as well. What an amazing experience I had driving a motorcycle from Melbourne. I drove on the great ocean road with the rented motorcycle and went to the Grampians. I had the Honda CB300F. Although I drive a 950cc motorbike in the Netherlands, this 300cc motorbike was amazing for turning and feeling the road on this specific journey. Jonathan was very professional and friendly. He was absolutely right about this motorbike being a lot of fun to ride. The pick-up place of the motorbike is somewhat out of the city, but you can reach the place easily with public transport.

I don’t think there are enough words (or at least enough good ones) to describe my experience with Jonathan. I was in Australia for the WIMA Rally and, after weeks of back-and-forth with him, I ended up borrowing a motorbike from someone else. Classic me. But when that plan fell through last minute, Jonathan came to the rescue and got me sorted on the shiny new 1300. The pickup was seamless: I got a ride to the location, had a detailed walkthrough of the motorbike (Jonathan’s thoroughness deserves its own applause), signed the paperwork, and hit the road. The motorbike was flawless during the rally, but what really stood out was how Jonathan handled another attendee’s small spill. He showed up, sorted the motorbike, helped other clients, and still managed to be friendly, calm, and efficient. Honestly, it was the smoothest rental experience anyone had during the rally—and that’s saying something when you’re dealing with a group of riders! All the motorbikes were top-notch, and the prices were fantastic. I racked up several hundred kilometers on that trip, and next time I’m back, I’ll absolutely be calling up “Mr. Moo” (ask him about the name—it’s worth it). Heh

Jonathon was absolutely lovely. Easy to work with. Helpful tourist suggestions for the ride. Bikes were clean. Nice selection of helmets, gloves, jacket and accessories for the motorbike like storage boxes. Explained the functions very thoroughly and was even flexible on the return time for me. Can’t wait to come back and do it again!

I rent a 2024 BMW R1300GS Trophy for my week-end and spent one and a half days riding the Great Ocean Road from Melbourne to Allansford then back to Melbourne by highways. First thing to say, the motorbike is wonderful : like new in look, confidence inspiring, every functions work. Secondly, Jonathan the owner is an amazing guy : helpful, good advisor, careful, road connoisseur. I will definitely come back in the future.

My dad rented a BMW F700GS to go on our trip, the thing was impeccably maintained. The guys are also really friendly and super helpful when things inevitably go wrong on a road trip (everything went wrong except for the motorbike we rented). Definitely will be renting from them again.

Wonderful… just fabulous. Jonathon is friendly and very helpful, clear communication booking and before the pickup, very detailed instructions on handover- the motorbikes are sophisticated machines with great features so you will need to pay attention! We had a magnificent ride down the great ocean road and certainly enjoyed the heated bars and seats with the highly varied Victoria weather🤗the helmets and jackets were in excellent condition so no complaints there. Well done and thanks for a magnificent motorbike adventure !

Rented a BMW1200GS from Jonathan for 4 days, and had the best 4 days of riding ever! See summary below. Spent the first 2 days riding with 2 Australian mates, going on a portion of the great ocean road. One of them was riding a BMW1100RT, and the othe a BMW 800GS. Day one we started riding from Highett to Sorrento where we booked the ferry from Sorrento to Queenscliff. Had lunch at a little French café near the ferry. Ferry was a cool experience. Enjoyed it from the upper deck, admiring the view. Approximately 30 minutes to Queenscliff. Quick and easy unload and we were off. The Great Ocean Road goes from Tourquay to Allensford. Amazing ride on a motorbike. Small towns, great ocean scenery , lots of twist, turns, and hills. Spectacular ride. Stayed overnight in Lorne. Next morning, breakfast, a little ocean time, and we were off again. Travelled a little further in the same direction. Similar experience for approximately 1 hr to Wye River. From there we debated how best to get back to Highett, and in the end felt the ocean road to be the funnest ride and best scenery , so we back tracked to the ferry. Honestly, been riding for approximately 40 yrs. Best riding days ever! That was followed with something as spectacular with 2 other Australian friends over one day of riding through the mountains. They were both on a Ducati Diavel. Driver and passenger. Now, fair warning, high level of difficulty on this one. Very tight bends, and you need to be fully switched on. I was with a very experienced rider and although he had a passenger, he was often well ahead of me. Be safe on this one, and go at your pace. The towns we went to / through are: Kinglake, Healesville, Marysville, and Reefton. These are old and rarely used roads, although well maintained. Expect debris on the road and watch for wildlife. Other then that, an incredible riding experience. Second to none. Scenery was nice, but not going to lie, most of the time I was focused on the pavement just ahead of me. Last day rode alone from downtown Melbourne to SkiHigh Mount Dandenong. Great ending to 4 days of riding. Had lunch, a little hike, and sadly had to return the motorbike. I would do it all again next week if I could. Awesome!!! .

My husband and I rented the bmw 1250gs motorbike out over 2 days and we had the most incredible time! Jonathan was so accommodating with pick up and drop off times, we couldn't thank him enough. I am a size 4-6 xxs and my husband is an xxl, no issues with protective gear supply or fitting whatsoever. The whole experience was faultless and we will rent again without a doubt. Highly recommend! Highly recommend! Johnathan was very responsive when discussing my trip plans to AUS via email and phone. Once I arrived he took time to go over the motorbike and followed up later that evening with a curiosity text. The GS850 I rented for 4 days was amazing. It felt like a motorbike I own. Did not have any doubts about reliability. Rode the The Great Ocean Rd. Also rode the Yarra Ranges National Park twice then around Lake Eildon then down around the gold mining territory. This was my favorite area. Our discussions after returning the motorbike felt like we've been friends for a while. Will rent again when I return to OZ!

Jonathan was a legend. I had a great chat on arrival about motorcycles and our experiences. He also was a great communicator with emails, phone calls and SMS messages. He was prompt and I never felt I had to chase him up. When I picked up the BMW 1250 GS-R I was blown away as it was brand new and immaculate. He went over everything with me and made it so easy for me to understand how to use the GPS and panniers and motorbike controls. The motorbike was awesome to ride and felt like a dirt motorbike underneath me. I also loved all the cool features like cruise control and grip warmers and more. I had an awesome ride to and from Bathurst from Melbourne. Many thanks to Jonathan in helping me tick off one of my bucket list items. I couldn’t recommend a better hire company for motorcycle hire. Very happy customer.

What a ride! I rented out the 750GSA for 5 days for a Great Ocean Road and the Grampians Roadtrip. It was a blast. The motorbike was in amazing condition and Jonathans service was outstanding. He noticed the back tire of the motorbike was around 20% and insisted to change to a new tire, mostly because of the expectedly rain. This was very welcome and even though it didn’t rain the whole week. The new tire was a good bonus. Would definitely rent out a motorbike from Jonathan again if I’m ever in the neighborhood.
