Can't compliment Turnbulls motorbike hire enough. Nick at the pick up depot was courteous and helpful. We had a few niggles to sort at the start but the two KTM 890 Adventure Rs we hired did the job and as expected were great motorbikes. All in an excellent service. Highly recommended. It's fantastic that Turnbulls offer these type of Adventure motorbike for hire in Melbourne.

Dmitry is great! I always bring my motorbike here for servicing. Everything gets done fast—my last minor service only took a couple of hours, and it was ready to collect. The prices are very reasonable, and I’m always treated kindly. They even offer a backup scooter if you leave your motorbike at the shop. The service quality is excellent too. Highly recommend

Rented the Kawasaki Versys 300 for a day and was served by James. Motorcycles and gear were well maintained and the team is more than happy to provide suggestions on places to go and how riding on Australian roads in general is for a tourist like myself. Rates are reasonable and they are conveniently located near Queen Victoria Market. Would definitely return to rent a motorcycle from them in future!

Took my motorbike in for a service and small issue; the price was very reasonable, there was a 1 day turn around, and Dimitri explained some regular maintenence I needed to do to avoid this issue in the future, and showed me exactly how to do it which was incredibly useful for me because it's my first motorbike and I'm a fairly new rider without other rider friends to get this info from. Thanks team, you're champs, and I'll definitely be back here for my next service

I had been researching a place to rent a scooter for a few weeks. After considering many places, I decided on Scootery because of the location, the reviews, and the range of motorbikes. The staff here are very good. Antonio was fantastic. We went thru the paperwork quickly and he had me on my way in no time. The motorbike was excellent and came with everything I needed. I decided to extend my rental period for 1 day, and Antonio helped flawlessly with this process, and he even allowed me to return the motorbike early the next day before they opened using their key lock box. A great experience and one I recommend.

Wonderful… just fabulous. Jonathon is friendly and very helpful, clear communication booking and before the pickup, very detailed instructions on handover- the motorbikes are sophisticated machines with great features so you will need to pay attention! We had a magnificent ride down the great ocean road and certainly enjoyed the heated bars and seats with the highly varied Victoria weather🤗the helmets and jackets were in excellent condition so no complaints there. Well done and thanks for a magnificent motorbike adventure !

I did a lot of research on motorcycle rentals in Melbourne and I'm really glad I chose this place. The staff were super friendly, and the motorbikes were in great condition. They’ve got a solid range, including LAMS-approved models, so there’s something for everyone. My motorbike came with an alarm disc lock, a top box, and a phone holder, all included at no extra charge. They also offer helmets, gloves, and jackets for rent at really reasonable prices. Overall, it was a fantastic experience – I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a motorbike in Melbourne!

great motorbike options, KTM 350 EXCF or my recent rental Gas Gas 250F, motorbikes fueled ready to go, get to your ride spot and enjoy the ride. A bit of paperwork to get signed in so allow maybe 10mins for this process, deposit held and refunded within 2 days of hire. Dropped off motorbikes refueled but no need to wash as its done by the rental staff. Staff are really friendly and helpful too makes for a great alternative when you dont have a bike

I rented a motorcycle to ride the Great Ocean Road. The team was super nice, very helpful and they gave great advice. I also got a motorcycle jacket, helmet and gloves for a small price. Great service, fair prices. I can only recommend this motorcycle rental company.

I don’t think there are enough words (or at least enough good ones) to describe my experience with Jonathan. I was in Australia for the WIMA Rally and, after weeks of back-and-forth with him, I ended up borrowing a motorbike from someone else. Classic me. But when that plan fell through last minute, Jonathan came to the rescue and got me sorted on the shiny new 1300. The pickup was seamless: I got a ride to the location, had a detailed walkthrough of the motorbike (Jonathan’s thoroughness deserves its own applause), signed the paperwork, and hit the road. The motorbike was flawless during the rally, but what really stood out was how Jonathan handled another attendee’s small spill. He showed up, sorted the motorbike, helped other clients, and still managed to be friendly, calm, and efficient. Honestly, it was the smoothest rental experience anyone had during the rally—and that’s saying something when you’re dealing with a group of riders! All the motorbikes were top-notch, and the prices were fantastic. I racked up several hundred kilometers on that trip, and next time I’m back, I’ll absolutely be calling up “Mr. Moo” (ask him about the name—it’s worth it). Heh

Jonathon was absolutely lovely. Easy to work with. Helpful tourist suggestions for the ride. Bikes were clean. Nice selection of helmets, gloves, jacket and accessories for the motorbike like storage boxes. Explained the functions very thoroughly and was even flexible on the return time for me. Can’t wait to come back and do it again!
