I recently got my motorbike license and spent weeks trying to find the right learner motorbike and gear without blowing my budget. To be honest, most places I went to were pretty dismissive, didn't really listen and weren't willing to work with me on price or what I actually needed. As soon as I spoke to the staff at the rental shop, they just got it. Took the time to understand what I was after and didn't try to push anything on me. Just a straight up, helpful conversation. I ended up getting a brand new Ninja 500, all my gear, and insurance through them, and the whole process was super easy. They even set up my quadlock mount for me. But what really stood out was after I bought the motorbike, the staff reached out to make sure everything was going well and even made sure I got home safe after riding the motorbike back in the rain. You don't come across that kind of service very often. If you want a no-BS experience and someone who actually cares about getting you set up properly, I'd definitely recommend the rental shop. Thanks again, really appreciate you making my first motorbike purchase such a good one. I'll be back for my first service 😉

Recently bought my first motorbike, a ninja 400 from the rental shop, the staff was great throughout the whole process, very helpful and had great communication, kept me updated about everything and got everything done quickly, even helped organise transport to my house as I wasn't quite comfortable riding back home yet. I kept the scooter for 3 months. In Melbourne, a scooter is essential for getting around quickly, but the 5 stars go to the team. They were very kind and professional. Customer service was always available and they met all my needs. They provided me with a doordash case, two helmets, and a Fairing.

I just picked up my 2026 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R from the rental shop, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. I highly recommend renting a motorcycle from Jonathan! Great communication, fantastic motorbikes and professional service. Despite my not so extensive experience, Jonathan trusted me and took care of my safety by lowering the seat on the BMW for me, which made a huge difference! I spent an amazing week exploring Melbourne and the surrounding areas on the BMW G310R, it was fantastic! Thank you for the wonderful experience and great memories. Shoutout to the staff for promptly picking up my call at such short notice to rent me the BMW R1300GS Trophy, thus ticking off my bucket list. Motorcycles and accessories (helmets, phone holders), were well maintained and in great running condition. I was pleasantly surprised that usually chargeable items such as a jumpstarter and puncture repair kit were included as standard items. The staff was also very transparent with the pricing and very knowledgeable with potential hazards and general driving conditions in Melbourne and Victoria. They also managed to convince me to give the Great Ocean Road a try, which I did not regret! Granted, rental costs more than typical run-of-the-mill motorcycles from mainstream Japanese and Chinese makes, but so long you have the right licences and permits, I'd 11/10 recommend you try a BMW motorcycle and from here, especially if you're a motorcycle enthusiast. (You get what you pay for!) This is even more so if you're from where I live in, where I feel you can't really bring out the full potential of a large adventure motorcycle unless you bring it across the border. Guys were able to help me out with a super short notice (1.5 hrs) rental, for 2 days on a Versys 300. Having done lots of hires all over the world I was expecting the motorbike to be a bit rough round the edges, but it was mechanically sound and in good condition. Johnathan is a very nice and professional person. He will listen to your plan and give useful advices about the route or anything you need to know on the trip. The motorbike is kept well and is easy to control. It is a wonderful experience to explore Great Ocean Road with the motorbike.

I had a very good experience and highly recommend the rental shop. If I needed anything during the trip the staff was available always. I travelled for 2 weeks from Melbourne to Darwin. Top quality service from a top bloke. My daughter and I rented a Bmw GS 1250 and Bmw 400 scooter for a 4 day ride on the Great Ocean Road. The guy was incredibly helpful and honest — he took the time to explain the weather conditions and safety concerns for the day, and advised us that it wouldn’t be ideal to ride in such bad weather. His advice showed real care for customers’ safety rather than just trying to make a sale. Even though we didn’t take the service, we left impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine kindness. We’ll definitely be coming back when the weather is better! I rode down from northern NSW through Mudgee, Bathurst, Canberra, Cooma, the snowies, mitta mitta, Omeo, bruthern, Bairnsdale,sale, Melbourne to visit my daughters for two weeks. I picked up a puncher 16km north of Omeo, repaired the tire with my repair kit and made it to Melbourne, I looked up my closest motorcycle dealership and maintenance facility and found the rental shop. I was so greatfull to have found the crew. They managed to move appointments around on their diary the next day and fitted me in to get a new tire fitted. The care my motorbike received for just a tyre change convinced me to get my motorbike serviced before I returned to northern NSW as it had just clicked over 30000km. Great great service and the staff has a very welcoming nature. A good team, in the truest sense of the old spartan ways. I would recommend the rental shop for all you motorcycling needs.

I recently bought the new 2026 Kawasaki ZX6R from Motosparta and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dimitri was super friendly, helpful, and honest from start to finish.The whole process was quick and smooth — the motorbike arrived exactly when he said it would (in 3 days). He also gave me really useful advice on how to treat the motorbike during the first 1000kms and suggested smart ways to save money on future mods instead of trying to upsell me.
