Wish there were more stars to give. I have used quite a few companies for motorcycle rental and never really had any issues with any of them. This rental shop was a cut above the rest though. Made a few calls before making the rental and it was never any trouble for them to help out. I hired the CFmoto450 to do the Great Ocean Road. The price for 1 day was so good. The Great Ocean Road would've been an amazing experience regardless but the rental shop made the day SO much better. Most companies I spoke to dont allow rental for 24 hours but the rental shop does. The motorbikes and all the safety equipment was immaculate and very well maintained. They clearly care about their business. I dealt with staff who were very genuine and knowledgeable and even helped me plan a route. Thanks so much, I wont hesitate to rent from the rental shop in the future

The rental shop was able to help me out with a super short notice (1.5 hrs) rental, for 2 days on a Versys 300. Having done lots of hires all over the world I was expecting the motorbike to be a bit rough round the edges, but it was mechanically sound and in good condition. The whole process was quick and easy, and the rental was very reasonably priced. Thanks again to the team, shout out to the staff for their help, and see you next time!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We didn't end up renting a motorbike from the rental shop, but we had one of the best customer experiences of our trip! The guy was incredibly helpful and honest - he took the time to explain the weather conditions and safety concerns for the day, and advised us that it wouldn't be ideal to ride in such bad weather. His advice showed real care for customers' safety rather than just trying to make a sale. Even though we didn't take the service, we left impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine kindness. We'll definitely be coming back when the weather is better! Highly recommend the rental shop for their honesty and great service.

I had a great experience! The scooter (PCX 160) ran very well the whole time and the team was super understanding, especially when I had to return it before the due date due to external circumstances. Easy to deal with and very reliable. Would definitely rent here again! And they speak spanish as well👍👍

Rented the Kawasaki Versys 300 for a day and was served by James. Motorcycles and gear were well maintained and the team is more than happy to provide suggestions on places to go and how riding on Australian roads in general is for a tourist like myself. Rates are reasonable and they are conveniently located near Queen Victoria Market. Would definitely return to rent a motorcycle from them in future!

I did a lot of research on motorcycle rentals in Melbourne and I'm really glad I chose this place. The staff were super friendly, and the motorbikes were in great condition. They’ve got a solid range, including LAMS-approved models, so there’s something for everyone. My motorbike came with an alarm disc lock, a top box, and a phone holder, all included at no extra charge. They also offer helmets, gloves, and jackets for rent at really reasonable prices. Overall, it was a fantastic experience – I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a motorbike in Melbourne!

I had been researching a place to rent a scooter for a few weeks. After considering many places, I decided on the rental shop because of the location, the reviews, and the range of motorbikes. The staff here are very good. The staff member was fantastic. We went thru the paperwork quickly and I was on my way in no time. The motorbike was excellent and came with everything I needed. I decided to extend my rental period for 1 day, and the staff helped flawlessly with this process, and even allowed me to return the motorbike early the next day before they opened using their key lock box. A great experience and one I recommend.

These guys are great for motorcycle hire. From when I walked in to when I dropped off the motorbike 11 days later. Answered every question I had. They have a decent range of scooters and LAMS motorbikes to suit all riders including experienced riders I hired the Husqvarna and now I want to buy one for myself. Great motorbike especially of you're needing one in a city. Highly recommended and will definitely use there service again.
