The owner personally advised us on the right motorbike, made sure to provide us with suitable equipment, everything was well maintained and of high quality. We are three girls visiting Cali and wanted to see the city by motorbike. We were picked up at our hotel. We rode around the city, stopping to learn about its landmarks, and then went to two viewpoints high above Cali. It was an amazing experience. The guides were fantastic. Don't be afraid to come to Cali; we had a wonderful time. We highly recommend seeing Cali by motorbike and experiencing it firsthand. We'll definitely be back. Thanks to the guides.

I booked a motorbike from the rental shop and the service was absolutely quick, clear and very friendly. We had an issue where the motorbike I booked was crossed with another booking but despite this they handled with great customer service and upgraded to a better motorbike subject to availability at no extra cost which was great. I noticed they had jet skis also when I got to the rental shop and I asked and their prices were absolutely amazing! Much better than hiring a Jetski on the beach. They will bring the Jetski to certain selected beaches and ensure a great customer experience as always. The Jetski was one of the more powerful ones and again, much better price. In conclusion, 100% recommend, prices 10/10, equipment 10/10, attention 10/10. Had no complaints.

Oh man!! What can I say other than I had an absolute blast on a well maintained bike! I rented a Honda 300 XRE and it was a great motorbike for the Colombian terrain. There's a reason the Police use this model. I've rented in Medellin before and the rental shop keeps their motorbikes really well maintained compared to other companies. My experience started with sending in a message to WhatsApp and I spoke with a staff member for a bit to give them the details of my moto trip. They helped me out by guiding me on what motorbike and gear would be sufficient and they were spot on with their recommendations. Once we had the details all worked out I was smoothly handed off to another staff member who took care of having the motorbike and gear ready for me for pick up. I met up with a staff member at the pick up location and they got me all sized and we tried on different gear to make sure the fit was right. They demonstrated how to use everything, gave me advice and were available to me via WhatsApp with any questions during my time renting. At the end of the trip, a staff member met up with me at my apartment and picked up the motorbike and we were all good to go. I had a great time, felt well taken care of, and I felt the rental shop was there to make sure I enjoyed the experience. Would absolutely rent again!

Highly recommend the rental shop for anyone staying in Palomino looking to rent a motorbike. Good quality motorbike for a reasonable price, was delivered with a full tank of petrol and was delivered to and collected from my hostel without any issues - todo fue perfecto!!

We rented a motorcycle for a day and it has been wonderful. The staff is genuinely nice, helpful and full of advice. Communication via WhatsApp was prompt and clear, nothing hidden. The motorbike was very nice, perfect to explore Minca's area and the rental shop gave us all the equipment required which was truly appreciated. We definitely recommend you to rent there without any doubt!

It's been such an amazing experience, feeling that freedom in town and outskirts thanks to the rental shop. We easily get our preferred places while staying in Palomino. Good quality, trusted people and affordable. Definitely recommended! :)
