Absolutely amazing. I did the one day tour and it was all I could have hoped for and more. The XRE300 is an amazing motorbike and the rental shop keeps all their bikes in amazing condition! The whole operation is first class. From the booking process, communication, punctuality, the motorbikes, the routes, the safety equipment, everything. The pickup location is even far outside the city, so you don't have to deal with downtown traffic! Amazing. My guide was great! Excellent and safe rider! We had a ton of fun. I'll definitely be back for more rides in the near future!

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. I had been in contact with a number of motorcycle rental/tour companies to look at renting a number of motorbikes for a self-planned tour with a group of friends in early 2027. The rental shop was very responsive and offered to chat and give me some insights and route advice regardless of whom I ended up renting with. Their objective was to ensure we had the best possible ride experience on our trip. As it was, we ended up renting with another company, based purely on motorcycle availability for our trip dates. Even knowing this, the rental shop still went ahead with our chat. I was glad we chatted. They gave me an hour and a half of personal time working with me on my sketchy self-planned route. It became obvious we would have missed a lot of must-sees without their advice. The outcome was a comprehensive route, site, hotel and restaurant recommendations with geography, biology and history lessons woven in as well. Even recommendations on books covering local history. They know their stuff, really makes me think about re-evaluating my stubborn self-planning stance - I'm sure I'll be doing a second trip and think the best value will be to join one of their tours and squeeze in the most for my time. Let's face it, we never get our time back....

So so happy with our experience with the rental shop! We have little to no Spanish and that didn't matter as they spoke fluent English. The motorbike was brilliant for the road trip from Medellin to Cocorná with a few stop offs (route suggested by the rental shop) to see more of this beautiful country. Being a motorbike lover too it's great to have a few good options, will 100% be booking again when we come back.

Had a great rental experience. The staff took the time to go over what to expect on the roads as well as providing guidance on my specific trip which was great. The motorbike was well equipped with a phone holder, charging options as well as luggage racks. I did get an expensive parking ticket (pay attention to markings) and a flat tire that I solved with the help of friendly local people.

I had a fantastic time riding in Colombia largely thanks to the rental shop. The Honda 300 XRE is the perfect motorbike to explore Colombia's back roads, especially the way they have them setup with a dry bag and top box, able to carry everything you need. Armed with a book, rain gear, a tool roll, and a couple of extra tubes we headed off into the countryside. We will definitely be back for more in the very near future. Thanks for everything!

This was my first time ever riding a motorcycle and the experience was phenomenal! First, the rental shop did an excellent job answering all of the questions I had prior to booking. My tour guide was the best guide I could have asked for. He was patient, fun and professional. I appreciate him waiting and giving me tips. He also provided rain wear so I could stay dry (and look cool). The places where we stopped to eat were so authentic and delicious. This experience gives views, true local experience and definite adrenaline! Be ready for hills, some fun back roads, traffic and an optional bridge jump to the lake!

I took a 10 day motorbike tour with the rental shop in March. Very personal, custom tours. Got to visit local, non touristy destinations in the plains and mountains. Towns like Honda, Murcia, Nerja, and Jardin. Rode over a volcano at 14,000ft. Backcountry single track dirt riding up mountains and down lush green valleys. Hotel stays were good, a number of them were Eco-Hotels focused on nature and bird watching. My guide was a local who was both a great guide and motorbike rider! He knew all the hidden spots to check out and great restaurants to visit. We rode nice Honda XRE 300cc motorbikes. I would recommend this rental shop for a custom adventure across South America on two wheels!!

Contacting the rental shop is a special opportunity for you to open your mind on what you really need to find on your Colombia or South America big adventure. I contacted them for information on how to buy a motorcycle in Colombia for traveling it and the neighboring countries. They answered extremely quickly and with patience even if it was Saturday and I had to stop them since I didn't want to rob more time since I had to reflect before on the many informations they already gave to have the best from that country.

I rented a Royal Enfield Himalayan for 8 days and went on a solo trip. The rental shop is very well organized and speaks English. I was even able to book an extra day on the spot. I highly recommend the rental shop. The motorbike was in good condition and everything went smoothly. Since I had a minor fall on an oil spill on the last day, the brake lever and turn signal were damaged. The rental shop was very easygoing and the first thing they asked was if I was hurt-very considerate! They sent me an invoice within a week for €25 for the turn signal and brake lever, so they were very accommodating and fair. I would recommend them anytime!

On my first trip to South America, I found the rental shop and hired a Hero XPulse for 2 days on a self guided tour. They connected with me on WhatsApp and provided excellent guidance, suggestions, customized routes based on my preferences and time constraints. They also went out of their way to provide references to coffee farms as I wanted to combine my motorcycle tour with a coffee farm tour. The motorbike was in great condition, the routes were super fun and beautiful, the communications and services from the rental shop team were top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to ride from Medellin!

While it's hard to have a bad time in Colombia (great scenery/people/routes), the rental shop truly sets you up for a great time. Well sourced motorbikes and gear, excellent local knowledge and recommendations for a very good price. We rented the XRE300s for solo riding and found them to be perfect. Enough power for the highways, not too much power for the mud. Good storage with a top box and dry bag. I opted to rent a jacket/helmet and knee/shin guards. They all worked flawlessly. While we did our own route over two weeks of riding, we relied heavily on the rental shop's book as a resource. I would recommend it if you do a non-guided trip. Really cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed Colombia and certainly, our experience with the rental shop is a huge part of that!

Amazing experience. I set up a rental with the rental shop. Nice shop with a variety of different motorbikes. I wanted an enduro and was given a new 2026 AKT 300 rally. Super clean and new. I wanted to do a self guided tour of mountains and antique rail tunnels and bridges. We created a custom map in the office and off I went. My backpack fell off the rear rack in traffic and by the time I notified them (2 hours later) it had been returned with contents intact. I can't express enough what a wonderful experience this was. Highly recommended!

Absolutely unreal motorcycle trip through Colombia. The rental shop went above and beyond from day one, jumping on calls beforehand to talk routes, road conditions and motorbikes, and making sure everything felt clear before we even started. It made a huge difference. On the road, the guide was a total legend. Big on food, culture and safety, and constantly chatting with locals in town squares, cafés and fuel stops to get the best tips on routes, conditions and where to eat. That local knowledge took the trip to another level. The riding was perfect, heaps of fun, some solid challenges, but always within my ability. Safety was clearly a priority without killing the vibe. Accommodation was consistently great too. And the scenery was insane! Jungle, páramo, rolling hills and valleys, plus the incredible and endangered wax palm forests. Every day felt different. Add in charming towns, locals hanging out in the plazas, and a warm, welcoming vibe everywhere. A proper adventure. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with this motorcycle tour company! I spent 7 days riding through small beautiful towns, mountains, and off-road terrain across Colombia. I had never ridden off-road before, but the guide made me feel completely safe and guided me through everything without a single scratch. Their calm, professional approach gave me confidence from day one. The rental shop was incredibly helpful in organizing the tour and adapting it to my personal preferences. They really took their time helping me plan the route and made sure everything fit exactly what I was looking for. Our customized 3-day trip was literally 10 out of 10 - if I could give it 10 stars I would. The KTMs are great motorcycles, ready to take on any road terrain. The guide was very experienced, we always felt safe and the hidden places he showed us were just stunning! He had a great surprise for us also in the form of an exciting train ride! We had a blast and are already thinking of when we can come back to do more tours. If you really want to experience what the country is about from 2 wheels, you have to go with the rental shop!

He created an itinerary with really interesting stops to see the sites as well as the locals. Overall, a 5/5 experience. I did the one-day trip from Medellín to Guatapé and it turned into a full, well-rounded day seeing eastern Antioquia and a handful of small towns along the way, including Granada. We did a roadside breakfast, jumped into the lagoon from the bridge, explored Guatapé, climbed the rock, and caught panoramic views of Medellín heading in and out of the city. It was a great way to see the surrounding area and experience Guatapé in a way that felt more authentic and less like a standard tourist loop. I booked this solo and there were only two other riders plus our guide. He went above and beyond, made sure everyone was taken care of, and prioritized safety. I never felt rushed, overlooked, or out of place as a solo traveler. One caveat worth calling out. I have experience with off-road vehicles like ATVs and dirt motorbikes, but not street motorcycles. I overestimated how easily that experience would translate, and compounded that mistake by underestimating the intensity of motorcycle traffic in Colombia. The difficulty label of "all riders welcome" still assumes a baseline comfort with street riding and navigating hectic traffic. That part was on me. In hindsight, I should not have booked this without first taking a lesson focused on street riding so I could feel confident going into the day. Once it was clear that riding solo was not the right call for me, I chose to either ride with a driver or bow out. The guide accommodated me riding with him, which allowed me to fully experience the day. I do regret my lack of preparation going in, but I appreciated how professionally and calmly it was handled. This may be obvious to experienced riders, but it is something I would caution others to think through before booking. Overall, I would recommend the rental shop to anyone with riding experience looking for a real adventure, and the guide specifically for taking great care of me and turning the day into a memory in Colombia I will not forget.

I had an amazing experience with the rental shop! I did the Santa Fe tour, and on another day I also rented a motorbike separately. Everything was super convenient, easy, and straightforward from start to finish. Our tour guide was absolutely fantastic - very competent, responsible, and attentive. They genuinely took care of the group, made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable, and brought such a warm, positive energy to the tour. They're incredibly sweet and really made sure we all had a great time. I would 100% come back again and would love to try another tour with the same company. Was a great rental experience (self-guided) - rented the XRE 300 for 1 month. All staff were helpful (in Spanish & English), also while on trip. The XRE 300 was a great motorbike for the often unpredictable back roads - for rocky & muddy roads, the low end torque and knobby tires confidently allowed me to navigate everything thrown our way. Looped around Antioquia, including Santa Fe de Antioquia, Guatapé, Sonson, Termales el Escondite, Norcasia, La Dorada, Honda, PNN Nevado del Ruiz, Manizales, Filandia, Salento, La Carbonera, Ibagué, Tatacoa desert, Ibagué, Jardín, and return to the city - avoiding highways and using smallest backroads as possible! Amazing mountainous riding - great variety of roads, from highly technical to beautiful paved well-banked double-lane twisties - great diversity of landscape and flora too! Highly recommend this motorbike for Colombia adventure riding, due to unpredictable road conditions and steepness(!) of the roads, especially if loaded with gear. Great country, great rental shop, great motorbike = fantastic experience!

I did the one day motorcycle tour from the city to Guatapé, and it was an amazing experience. The guides were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. We took some beautiful small backroads on the way to Guatapé, which let us see the countryside and stop at several scenic viewpoints. Once in Guatapé, we climbed the rock and enjoyed a great lunch before heading back. The ride back down via Las Palmas in the dark was spectacular, seeing the entire city lit up was unforgettable. I'd highly recommend this tour to anyone with some motorcycle riding experience. It's one of the best ways to explore the region!

The rental shop was very responsive and helped figure out logistics as well as trip planning and support. The motorbike itself was in great shape and very capable for the various challenging terrains, from paved twisties to river crossings and enduro boulder slopes.
