💯 % recommend this tour and company. Took a buggy for 3 hour tour into the jungle mountain. We booked day before and was a last minute decision but worked out great. Wonderful waterfall and restaurant stop where we took a refreshing dip in the water and had a very tasty empanada. Ask for Tony. He was an excellent guide. Very good English. Great stories and learned a lot about the wildlife, the area and local culture. Fun and safe the whole time. We nicknamed him 'eagle eye tony' by end of the tour as he spotted so many birds and animals even as we raced along that we would have never spotted.

This ATV tour with AXR Jacó was phenomenal. It was my first time ever riding an ATV, and our guide Reiner was incredibly patient, professional, and reassuring. Safety was clearly a top priority, which made the experience both comfortable and exciting. The 2-hour ride takes you through stunning landscapes with beautiful views throughout—an amazing way to see the area and get a bit of adventure in. I would absolutely do this tour again and recommend it to anyone, beginners included.

Our ATV adventure with Tony was hands-down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! From start to finish, Tony made us feel completely at ease…safe, confident, and ready to have fun. Walked in and within 20 minutes me and my girlfriend were riding a Honda Navi with helmets and a good understanding of the controls of the motorbike. They did an excellent job of being super clear about any questions I had, and very forthcoming about any damages on the motorbike they pointed out while I was taking a pre trip video. Great way to see all as much of jaco as you can in a small amount of time. Would have loved to do an off road tour, definitely next time. Thanks again!

We went on the 2 hr ATV tour and easily the coolest thing I’ve ever done. The guide (I think it was Gabriel) was very helpful with getting us started. The whole ride was awesome. I already can’t wait to do this again. We will be back!!

Great ATV experience. Our guide Danny made it an eco tour! We did the 3 hour waterfall tour with a great stop high in the hills for a quick bite and a pina colada. The waterfalls were awesome and took a quick dip, getting up and under the spout :)

I recommend AXR Jaco! The employees are kind and helpful - we rented two Honda Navi scooters and had a slight accident with one. The young staff helped us recover the scooter and negotiate a fair price for the damages. The whole process including the rentals is straightforward and simple - very recommended!

My family of 4, with two kids ages 5 and 7 did the two hour buggy ride with guide Gabriel. This was the highlight of our amazing trip to Costa Rica, we all loved driving through the river and getting wet. Gabriel was patient in finding a nice spot for my wife to try driving. We did this on our last day and wish we had done this sooner as we would have booked again. It was nice to see a professional company, no scams about damaged vehicles as I’ve seen at other places. Can’t recommend enough!

Absolutely an awesome adventure in the 2 hour buggy ride. Our tour guide was the absolute best. Prepare to get wet and dirty lol. The stop at the bar/restaurant is a great touch. One thing to keep in mind that a hefty deposit is required.

Amazing experience I had a private guide tour (luckily I was the only one at that time) views from the top of the mountain are amazing , driving into the woods was great and the ATV runs pretty well. We visited a small community on top of the mountain and all kids stand up inside the small school to say “Hola” when we stopped by

Fantastic adventure company. We had Danny as our ATV guide. We did the 3-hour tour and couldn't have been happier. Danny gauged our experience and gave us simple hand commands to let us know what to do. These simple commands were very effective in giving us confidence that we were driving properly. Danny is also a nature guide and took the time to point out different animals and landscape features along the way. We couldn't have been happier with him. As for the machines themselves, they were in great condition, ran very smoothly, and appeared to be well maintained. Would highly recommend.

We went on a 3hr ATV tour with Pachi. He by far the best guide you could ever find. He took the time to understand what we wanted out of our tour and delivered 1000%. We enjoyed the tour and Pachi's knowledge of the area so much we went for a second half day tour with him. Amazingly the second tour was even better. From mountains to waterfalls and river beds and all the local knowledge you could want. If your in the area give AXR a call and setup a tour of your choice with Pachi, you won't regret it believe me.

Excellent service, the truth is that the QUAD vehicle that I rented was in excellent condition. I had been wanting to use one for years and in several places in the country I asked but they only offered tours but they do offer free rental. The truth is that everyone has a very good deal, the price is a bit high but it is understood that it is because of the area and it is completely worth it.

Excellent quad day with David!!! The ride was really incredible, we had to ride in total over the day for 3 hours, a break in the morning at a waterfall where there was no one that day so we had the waterfall privatized 😝, then we ate at a small restaurant with an incredible view the meal was very good (included in the price of the day). David was really great with us, great guide ✌️✌️ thank you again!! PURA VIDA 🇨🇷

The Tortuga Island Tour was the best! The staff is so friendly and attentive. It was very organized. Easy to book. Drinks provided were delicious and you have the option to purchase other ones. Definitely worth the experience and a must do if you're in the area. The provided lunch was allergen friendly (gluten free, egg free), so fresh, and tasty! I was on the tour by myself and Sebastian took time to learn my name and check in when my drinks were low, including refilling my hydroflask with ice water. Thank you! I also did the 3rd hour waterfall ATV tour. My guide was Abner. He was fabulous! I was the only one on the tour. He was so nice, communicated with me, and made sure I had a great time. Thank you so much! Swimming in the waterfall was a really great experience.

We loved our guided ATV tour! We did the 3hr your which included riding through river beds, up a mountain dirt road, to a waterfall, to a view point, and quick stop for a snack and drink at a mountain top restaurant!

Our guide Ninja was great guy. Morning tour on ATV was good. Safer than other tours we have done as they have helmets. Will return for longer tour. High end of the price range. Has newer equipment.

Very friendly staff, the place is located in the center with easy access. Wide choice of mini motorbike quad buggy etc. $40 per day for a small motorbike helmet in good condition as well as the motorbike 🏍. Possible to book other activities on site horse kayak crocodile tours. 🐊 we did the crocodile tour and it was great. I invite you to look at my comment on it.
