This was my second experience with the rental shop, and once again everything was absolutely perfect. Last year I met the owner more or less by chance when I was riding my own motorbike from the UK towards Albania and had a major engine failure. The owner helped me immediately and made it possible for me to continue my trip. I never forgot that. This year I decided to do it the easier way. Instead of riding all the long way down from England again, I flew to Split, picked up a BMW R 1300 GS directly at the airport and started my trip from there. That made a huge difference. No long and tiring transfer ride, just arrive, pick up the motorbike and enjoy the journey. I rented the motorcycle for two weeks and rode from Croatia down to Ksamil in Albania. Everything was perfectly organized, including pickup and return at the airport. The owner also gave me very helpful advice and tips for my route. Originally I wanted a motorbike with a normal clutch, but he recommended that I try the R 1300 GS with the automatic gearbox. I have to say, he was completely right. I was really impressed. The motorbike was fantastic, very comfortable, powerful and perfect for this kind of trip. For me, the rental shop is not just a motorcycle rental company. The owner knows what he is talking about, he rides himself, he understands what riders need, and he really cares that everything works properly. Thank you again. TOP - The rental shop was my rescue, they saved my trip. I had a technical problem in the area of Zagreb, with my own motorbike. I called them and within about 2.5 hours I was on the road again with a BMW GS 1250 Ralley in top condition. And my own motorbike was brought to a service. They took care about my motorbike like it would be their own - although this is not the business - but this friendly help, like it is not given and cannot be expected. Svaka čast!! I was in Europe for 2 weeks. The 5 days I spent on the motorbike were the best part of the trip. Rented the v-strom and rode down the coast to Dubrovnik. I took the highway back to Zagreb. The motorbike was in excellent condition and performed perfectly on the twists on the coast and on the open road on the highway. Amir made the process easy and provided recommendations along the way. The guys are quick to respond and helpful and the motorbike was well maintained and on good tires. Five-Star Experience with Moto Franka Renta I recently hired a Honda Transalp 750 from Moto Franka Renta, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The motorbike itself was in excellent condition—well-maintained, reliable, and equipped with a top box and panniers, making it perfect for a touring trip. Communication was smooth and efficient throughout the process. We arranged both pick-up and drop-off in Pula, and everything went exactly as planned. Almir (the boss) was extremely helpful and professional, making sure everything was taken care of. We were met by Marco, who not only handed over the motorbike but also shared some fantastic local travel tips that really enriched our journey. A big bonus: they kindly looked after our suitcase while we were on the road, which made the entire process completely seamless. Last minute rental of a Yamaha Teneree T7, the staff were great! From help with route planning to giving me a ride back to the hotel after returning the motorbike. The T7 was new, 2024 with only 5.000km on it. Full Givi luggage was offered but I only kept the top box as I was planning day trips. Rain put a damper on two of the riding days but I got in 250 miles. Exploring the back roads north of the city. In all a great experience! Wouldn't hesitate to rent from the rental shop again. Anywhere in southern Europe I'm sure they could set you up.

We have had a 3 weeks-long wonderful motorbike trip around The Balcanes thanks to Moto Franka’s best combination of “hardware & software” for a very fare price: 1. Hardware: our motorbike was in excellent conditions and we didn’t have a single mecanic problem. What a great experience it was renting a motorbike from the rental shop. I was on a 3 week motorbike tour of Eastern Europe with a riding buddy from the US. We not only had the best time riding twisties, high alpine passes, camped and Airbnb'd though this beautiful region, but the owner of the rental shop was so helpful and always available with first class information how to make our self guided trip even better. The motorbikes were in tip top shape and had all the items we wanted and needed. I can only recommend this rental agency to anyone who wants to rent in central and eastern Europe. For example, before our trip the owner helped us with any questions we had and also went above and beyond to give us ideas to enhance our trip. During the trip he was available 24/7 in case any issues might need solving, however, we had one minor technical issue and he solved it instantly for us. And finally, after we turned our motorbikes in after our trip he was very helpful to help us navigate our departure and wanted to hear our adventure stories over a drink. What an incredible positive experience with the rental shop. 6 Stars - if there were 6. In addition, my daughter joined me on my motorbike for a short portion of the trip without any issues. This was priceless!

5* to Moto Franka for making my bucket list trip possible. Almir was pleasant and easy to book with and available through the trip. He provided a beautiful, well equipped, and perfectly maintained yellow Moto Guzzi V85 (I did kind of fall in love with it). Moto Franka is the kind of shop that passionate motorcycle enthusiasts seek. He even agreed to met me on a Saturday afternoon so I could take the "long way" back. This place is old school Nothing fancy but cover off all of the details to ensure a stress free holiday The motorcycle allthough not new a 2017 BMW 1200R GS was perfectly prepared for a couple wanting to explore the beauty of the Balkans Add that with having Almir the owner of Moto Franks tied to What’s App with daily and sometimes hourly updates on panoramic roads to ride while also considering the current weather conditions we were experiencing Couple that with suggestions for eating and tourist tours we should consider while in the area filled our holiday with many memories for years to come We our a mature couple from Canada and have done numerous motorcycle trips prior to this one and was prepared to do what we do on our own but Almir made our decision process much easier on a daily basis Can’t say enough about the organization. I recently rented two motorcycles from Moto Franka Rent—a BMW 1200GS and an F750GS—for a four-day trip around Zadar, We saw and went to the Plitvice Lakes and more. The service was top-notch. Almir personally delivered the motorbikes from Zagreb to Zadar, and even provided for alternate ways to do our deposit when our creditcards failed us which really helped us out. The motorcycles were in excellent condition, and he also provided helmets in multiple sizes to ensure a perfect fit for everyone. Great motorbike and exceptional service! Luggage holders provided as described, pickup and dropoff were very well-coordinated and flexible. Easy and responsive to contact during the rental. I really appreciated all the suggestions along the way of where to go and the connections with local fishermen, vineyards, hotels, etc. It felt like having a tour guide to ask any questions as the trip progressed. Absolutely incredible company. I've hired several motorbikes in Europe, all the shops are great - but Moto Franka are truely a step above the rest. The whole process was so easy, the comms were always fast and helpful, and the prices are great. Almir is a true enthusiast, it's his operation, and he makes you feel like part of the family. I have just finished my motorcycle trip with my girlfriend, starting in Zagreb. We rode through Slovenia and after that all way down through Croatia Coast, till Dubrovnik, and then Plitvice, and finally Zagreb where we gave back the motorbike (a GS 1250). The motorbike is amazing!…Almir and Marco from Motofranka were very professionals!..everything worked very well!…I strongly recommend the service of Motofranka if you want to have a motorcycle experience in Croatia or even in Slovenia. My wife and I came to Croatia to travel by motorcycle. We found Moto Franka was by far the most responsive to our requests. Almir and Marco were amazing to work with. When we arrived a day early, the motorbikes were ready and were absolutely spotless. Almir even set up a 14 day itinerary, that took us through Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Montenegro. Almir and his people are wonderful and my experience with his motorbike was flawless! Seriously, such a great group, very into motorbikes & travel themselves. Would love to be able to deal with them more often. When I came back to drop the motorbike off, they gave me drinks while I repacked for my flight. Meanwhile they thumbed through my photos. They knew everywhere I went in Croatia, Albania, Montenegro, Greece, Kosovo, Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina... and continued to keep me watered and in company while I waited for my Uber to the airport. So glad I didn't go elsewhere.

I have rented motorbikes from Zagreb 3 times over the last several years and I can’t overstate how amazing the access is to both Eastern and Western Europe from Zagreb. It is a perfect starting point - Hungary, Romania, Albania, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Bosnia, the Croatian coast are all within reach. Italy, Slovenia, Switzerland, Austria, endless possibilities and amazing roads in every direction. And Almir at Moto Franka Rent - What a good dude. He’s got a high quality inventory of motorbikes, he’s easy to work with, and he treated us right! He delivered one of the motorbikes to us in old town Zagreb on our first day, and he served us cold beers at the garage when we returned from an epic adventure in the Alps. Highly highly highly recommended to anyone looking for an adventure in Europe!
