We rented a royal enfield interceptor from the rental shop and rode 1800 km through the Pyrenées on both French and Spanish side. They were very responsive to our inquiries and very helpful. The moto works well as it was new (5600 km to start) and was well maintained. The motorbike was easy to pick-up and drop-off immediately from the train station. We would definitely rent from them again.

Fantastic experience with Good Motors Agency! I rented a Moto Guzzi V85 TT and everything was perfect. The motorcycle was in immaculate condition, ready to ride. The pick-up process via the chatbot was simple, quick, and very well organized. I had an excellent day riding this motorbike, a real pleasure! I highly recommend them!

At first, it was a bit unusual because I'm not used to this type of rental system, but honestly, 5 stars! Everything was perfect, from the booking process to picking up and dropping off the vehicle, and even the condition of the vehicle itself. I booked on a whim for a weekend trip to the Basque Country, and everything was perfect from start to finish. A couple of minor things: - The motorcycles aren't always clearly marked at the Bordeaux station. I picked up the wrong motorcycle at first (I hadn't read the license plate). There's actually a staircase separating two groups. Nothing serious, though. - My parking card wasn't working; I had to take a ticket to get in, which was quite strange. I tried several machines, and it kept saying the card was invalid, oddly enough. - I had trouble finding a phone number or customer service contact until after I'd picked up the motorcycle. A quick reminder before the rental would be perfect in case of any issues with the bot! Otherwise, it's absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it and will definitely book again in the future. This is my third time renting in a year. I've never had any problems, either with customer service or the motorcycle itself. In the past year, I've noticed a positive evolution in the rental process, especially with the new automated system, which is very easy to use. I would rent again with great pleasure.

Hello, I wanted to give a big shout-out to the rental shop. First of all, it's a brilliant idea that I want to commend, but also for the smooth process they handled for the motorcycle rental. I rented the F. 900 GS with a stock Akrapovic exhaust. How can I even begin to describe what a gem this motorcycle is? The motorbike was in impeccable condition, and picking it up and returning it was incredibly easy and convenient - fantastic! A huge thank you for this experience, and I'll be back very soon.

I loved my experience with Good Motors. Rental is very easy, the instructions are clear and the after-sales service is super responsive and available for any pre/post rental questions. I was able to rent a motorbike overnight and the fact of being able to pick it up and return it at any time, without having to go to an agency or with specific times, is a real pleasure! I didn't know renting a motorbike could be so easy! One evening, I had a family meal and in less than an hour, I had reserved and collected the motorcycle. The service is top notch, with even advice on itineraries if you want to walk around Bordeaux. The motorcycle was in excellent condition, as was the equipment provided. I didn't know renting a motorbike could be so easy. The fact of renting without seeing anyone in person made me doubt the feasibility and even the existence of good motors agencies. But after talking with their representatives who reassured me that the service did indeed exist, I decided to rent an int650. I don't regret anything.
