The staff was excellent! We unfortunately couldn't rent the scooter because the weather suddenly turned bad and dangerous when he came to pick us up. We really appreciated that he prioritized our safety over profit. We explained that we only needed the scooter to go to the supermarket, and he kindly offered to drive us there himself, waited while we did our shopping, and then dropped us off at our home. We also received a full refund without any problems. I've never seen such incredible service-we'll definitely book again next time and highly recommend it!
