I cannot recommend this motorbike rental company enough. The customer service skills are outstanding. They were so helpful from start to finish, a total pleasure to deal with and were so prompt and helpful in answering all my questions, including when I was away in the middle of my adventure. I had a fabulous Alps tour on an almost new BMW R 1300 GS, and was so impressed with how the motorbike performed especially taking hundreds of hairpins in the Dolomites. It's definitely my go to motorbike when I rent again. Thanks again for looking after me so well. I'm going to recommend this company to all my biking buddies in Ireland!

My husband and I rented our motorcycle from the rental shop near the airport from Sunday to Wednesday. The place was super close to the airport, which made things really easy for us. The fact that they were open on Sunday was a big plus. The staff welcomed us with a smile - our motorbike was ready and looked absolutely amazing! It was my first time riding, so I was pretty excited (and a little nervous). The staff carefully picked out all our gear and made sure we were set for the trip. Once I got on the motorbike, I started to relax a bit. We were really happy with both the motorbike and the equipment we rented. My husband is already thinking about his next trip and when he can rent another bike!

This was the first time renting a motorcycle in Europe, so was a little apprehensive about exactly what I would find. I got Stephan's name from advrider.com so that helped give me some confidence that Stephan was trustworthy and had a good operation, with good service and motorbikes. That turned out to be absolutely true! Stephan was just fantastic to work with. I couldn't have asked for more. The motorbike and he were right there when I got to the hotel after flying into Munich from the US. All the extra accessories I wanted he had set up, the motorbike was clean and in perfect working condition. The hotel (Alarun) was also really nice with a great breakfast for the next day, and they kept my bags for about two weeks while I rode through the Alps and other areas. During the next few days I had multiple questions I wanted to ask Stephan as I got used to the gear, nav system, signage and different rules of the road compared to the US. Stephan took all my calls and was always helpful, friendly, and really knowledgeable. And it was clear to me that, if I got into a problem situation, Stephan would be there to help, no doubt. Bottom line: I absolutely would recommend Stephan and, if I do another motorcycle trip in Europe, he'll be the first I'd call.

We rented 6 BMW 1250 motorcycles. Motorcycles in excellent condition. Service was excellent. Stefan was decent and considerate. A recommendation to anyone who rent a motorcycle to take a photo of the motorcycle before renting, including from below motorcycle, this will avoid unpleasantness when returning the motorcycle. I decided to rent a motorcycle for my vacation and was able to find a great deal at Motorradvermietung Hamburg/München. I was able to get my motorcycle for a great price and it was delivered to me in just a few days. The customer service was great and I had a great experience riding the motorcycle on my vacation. I would definitely recommend renting a motorcycle from this company.

The best motorcycle rental experience anywhere. I have rented throughout USA, South Africa, and Europe. Eaglerider can overcharge when going abroad and Hertz.eu can be complicated. Some small businesses (including in Germany) try to change the deal last minute. Allround did none of this. The deal you make in email is what you get. Stephan speaks English if you need and he even met me right on time on Sunday while the shop was closed. The ONLY place to rent for Germany and the Alps!!!

It was just amazing, from booking to dropping off. Behind this rental there is a competent team who understand exactly what a motorcyclist wants. It was all straightforward, easy and perfect. I wanted to spontaneously rent a motorcycle and spend a day exploring the beautiful Bavarian region and this worked out really well. The handover was just as easy as the return. All my requests were spontaneously taken into account and it was just great fun. I picked up a GS1250 on 31 August 2019. Johannes was punctual and very helpful. The motorbike was in good condition and my only gripe is that my GPS (a late model Garmin 660) would not fit so I had to hire one for the 14 days I hired the motorbike which was unfortunate. I suspect that BMW fit factory GPS cradle (and GPS units) with a different size bracket & backing. I was able to leave a travel bag at Allrounds premises which helped as well. Upon my return Steffen was there to receive the motorbike. No issues. He even dropped me back at my hotel which was great. I have hired motorbikes in Europe over many years and would recommend them. I would have no hesitation in hiring from Allround again if I returned to Munich
