A 5-star service from start to finish! Communication was easy, fast, and very responsive. They delivered the scooter directly to our villa less than 2 hours after we contacted them. They were very friendly and also gave us many useful tips to enjoy our stay in Crete. One of the helmets was unfortunately not the right size, but they came all the way to meet us in the town center afterwards and brought us a new one. The 300cc scooter we rented was almost brand new and in excellent condition. They were also very flexible with the pickup and even offered to drop us at the airport since it was on their way. The price was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. We are very happy we chose them and can only highly recommend them!

Our cruise was diverted to Crete and within a few hours notice, George ensured we had a large size ATV available for us. George was communicative, very responsive with accommodating our timing, gave us TONS of recommendations on where to go - what not to miss and the customer service was 100! Doing business with George far exceeded such a last minute vacation pivot, and I am glad I chose Rent4Wheels. Pricing was fair and there were no funny fees or deposits kept. It is without any exaggerations to say that this was one of my best moto renting experiences ...and trust me I've done a lot. I totally understand why this agency has only 5 star reviews. The whole renting process was a brease from start (online booking) to end (scooter delivery) and Giorgos has been the most helpful and kind person in this kind of business that I've met so far. The scooter together with the accompaning equipment (helmets, phone stand, etc) were in pristine condition and caused us 0 problems ☺️ Finally, I'd like to mention the great prices without any extra/secret charges.

Best customer service! George went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, loads of recommendations, checking in to see what we’d been up to/if we needed any more top tips etc. We’d given the wrong date to return the scooter and that was no issue, we extended a day and no need to come back, we paid for it when we dropped off. Would totally recommend using R4W over other companies within the city. Great way to get around and see the sites.

I rented a Honda Forza motor scooter from this company during my stay in Crete and I couldn't be more satisfied. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire process—from reserving the scooter from the Netherlands to picking it up on site—was smooth and easy. I rented an ATV with a friend of mine to explore the beaches and the mountains and it was an amazing experience! As a foreword I generally rate an experience that matches my expectations even if it was good with 3 stars, 4 stars is above expectations and 5 stars is outstanding. This rental service provided quality well above my expectations, I rented a Honda cb500x for a week. The boss is very responsive to messages via WhatsApp and provides good recommendations as well as detailed answers to questions. The condition of the motorbike I rented was very good no damages apart from small cosmetic flaws which are to be expected with a rental motorbike. The rental duration was flexible and the boss tries his best to accommodate his customer's needs. From all the rental services I have tried this one far exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. Prices are fair. Recommend

THE best place (I should say "only" place) to rent a scooter in Chania. The Lady was super; the rental process was super smooth; the scooter was great (just needed a little air in the rear tyre). I would absolutely and unreservedly recommend them. Which was great because I had literally tried every other place on Google Maps and they all felt untrustworthy. They put up "radius restrictions" (can't go too far away from the town); because the insurance didn't cover it (??? ); wanted up to THREE HUNDRED EUROS IN CASH as a deposit, and most of them were fronts for "their mates" that rented scooters out. We were actually getting quite despondent and thought how ridiculous the scooter rental situation was in Chania. And then we found Beyond Travel.

The scooter trip was extremely well organized. Areas that we had already visited were immediately taken into account and the route was adjusted. Although we have been coming to Chania for several years and have already explored a lot, we were repeatedly pleasantly surprised by interesting and unknown places. In addition, our extremely committed and experienced guide Thanasis provided a lot of information about the tour and beyond, so that the trip was extremely entertaining. You could tell that he loves his job. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can unreservedly recommend the scooter trip.

Brilliant experience! Pick up and drop off from hotel was seemless. Motorbike was mint - nearly new condition , good branded tyres and all controls were in tip top condition. A special thanks to Antonis , who when dropping the motorbike off - took time from his own day to show us some amazing locations on the map highlighting were he thinks we would enjoy. The motorbike was in great condition, the price was reasonable, communication was clear and straightforward, and Georgios was very responsive.
