I am so glad I found the rental shop for renting a REH450! Bike was in excellent conditions, fully tanked and ready to go. Meeting at the airport for pick up was smooth and easy, as was the returning of the motorbike. Exploring this stunning island of Crete is an experience in itself. I had the mobile holder which was really useful and easy to use and the topcase. I brought my own straps for my rucksack. I hope I will see you soon again! Thank you for offering such great service!

Hassle free rental, good communication via phone calls and WhatsApp. Hired a buggy for a week in Crete and can't fault the service. Dropped off and picked up from a location of my choice too. Will definitely use again next year.

If you're looking for an ATV rental you have to choose the rental shop. They were beyond accommodating and even delivered the ATV right to our hotel for a small fee. They communicated promptly on WhatsApp and were amazing to work with. The ATV was in perfect condition and felt brand new! The best rental company I've ever worked with! We drove to a popular beach in Chania and the ATV was perfect for parking in small spaces!

I went with no reservation and just told the rental shop what I was looking for. Not long after I was able to go away with a very fuel efficient scooter that was excellent for my ride around the middle of the island. Very reasonable and friendly staff, excellent value. Very much recommended!

This was my second time renting a motorcycle from the rental shop and once again they exceeded my expectations. This time I rented a Honda ADV 350cc, which was in excellent, like-new condition. The service was outstanding, the price was great and the whole rental process was smooth and hassle-free. We explored Chania, the nearby beaches, Falassarna, Palm Beach and Rethymno and the motorbike was perfect for every part of the journey. I highly recommend the rental shop to anyone visiting Crete and looking for a reliable motorcycle rental!

I rented a CFMOTO 450MT from the rental shop and had a great experience from start to finish. We picked up the motorcycle in Chania, and for the return they conveniently came to our hotel in Agia Marina to collect it. The motorbike was clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. The helmets provided were also clean and in very good shape. During our trip, we rode to Balos and Falasarna Beach, and the motorcycle performed perfectly. Communication was easy-just send them a message on WhatsApp if you have any questions, and they will even deliver the motorbike directly to your location. I highly recommend the rental shop for their excellent service and convenience. I will definitely rent from them again when I return to Crete!

A 5-star service from start to finish! Communication through WhatsApp was easy, fast, and very responsive. They delivered the scooter directly to our villa less than 2 hours after we contacted them. They were very friendly and also gave us many useful tips to enjoy our stay in Crete. One of the helmets was unfortunately not the right size, but they came all the way to meet us in the town center afterwards and brought us a new one. The 300cc scooter we rented was almost brand new and in excellent condition. They were also very flexible with the pickup and even offered to drop us at the airport since it was on their way. The price was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. We are very happy we chose them and can only highly recommend them!

Our cruise was diverted to Crete and within a few hours notice, George ensured we had a large size ATV available for us. George was communicative, very responsive with accommodating our timing, gave us TONS of recommendations on where to go - what not to miss and the customer service was 100! Doing business with George far exceeded such a last minute vacation pivot, and I am glad I chose Rent4Wheels. Pricing was fair and there were no funny fees or deposits kept. It is without any exaggerations to say that this was one of my best moto renting experiences ...and trust me I've done a lot. I totally understand why this agency has only 5 star reviews. The whole renting process was a brease from start (online booking) to end (scooter delivery) and Giorgos has been the most helpful and kind person in this kind of business that I've met so far. The scooter together with the accompaning equipment (helmets, phone stand, etc) were in pristine condition and caused us 0 problems ☺️ Finally, I'd like to mention the great prices without any extra/secret charges.

Best customer service! George went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, loads of recommendations, checking in to see what we’d been up to/if we needed any more top tips etc. We’d given the wrong date to return the scooter and that was no issue, we extended a day and no need to come back, we paid for it when we dropped off. Would totally recommend using R4W over other companies within the city. Great way to get around and see the sites.

I rented a Honda Forza motor scooter from the rental shop during my stay in Crete and I couldn't be more satisfied. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire process-from reserving the scooter from the Netherlands to picking it up on site-was smooth and easy. The scooter was in excellent condition and everything that was agreed upon was delivered perfectly. I highly recommend this rental shop, and if I return to Crete, I will definitely rent a scooter from them again.

I rented an ATV with a friend of mine to explore the beaches and the mountains and it was an amazing experience! The views are so beautiful, the people at the office are really kind and explain everything really well. The prices are fair and they don’t keep your deposit or try to screw you. As a foreword I generally rate an experience that matches my expectations even if it was good with 3 stars, 4 stars is above expectations and 5 stars is outstanding. This rental service provided quality well above my expectations, I rented a Honda cb500x for a week. The boss is very responsive to messages via WhatsApp and provides good recommendations as well as detailed answers to questions. The condition of the motorbike I rented was very good no damages apart from small cosmetic flaws which are to be expected with a rental motorbike. The rental duration was flexible and the boss tries his best to accommodate his customer's needs. From all the rental services I have tried this one far exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. Prices are fair. Recommend
