I have stumbled upon the rental shop by chance and decided to rent from them. From the beginning there was no fuss, no hidden fees or anything, super friendly people. From first contact to being out of the door with the quad it was less than 10 minutes. All of the machines seem to be brand new. And here comes the bad part. I only rented for 3 days and after returning it I got a smaller one from another company. Massive mistake that I immediately regretted. I even apologized for the boss when he saw me with another quad, explained to him the mistake I made, he was still nice. Don't make the same mistake, these guys are without a doubt the best. If you walk around you can clearly notice this, just by the size and professionalism of their business, everyone else looks like amateurs. Wish them to grow even more, decent people, who do honest business deserve that. All the best.

Messaged the rental shop before our holiday to Crete for ATV hire. Even though it was late at night, they replied to me. The next morning, they got in touch as promised and asked how they could help. We advised them what we wanted, and they got straight back to us with a price. No fuss, no messing, what you see is what you pay. The staff answered all our questions, which we had many, with patience and courtesy. They contacted us the day we flew to confirm that they would be with us at the time we had requested and wished us a safe trip. True to form they were there and the driver was lovely. They dropped the quad with us, brand new with top box, and left us to it. The quad took us everywhere we wanted, they offer unlimited mileage which is a bonus if you like to travel. We had the quad for a fortnight and it never missed a beat. We were contacted the day before to advise of collection. This has been an easy process from start to finish with limited fuss and zero confusion. I would highly recommend the rental shop for your rental needs. Thanks for a top, 5* service.

Brilliant service, I sent an enquiry via the website, was immediately contacted via WhatsApp and within 45 mins of pressing submit on the website I was picked and taken to pick up the scooter. Pick up of the scooter at the end was also so easy.. if you need a scooter use the rental shop.

My experience with MotorFun Malia was really great. They communicated very clear through WhatsApp concerning the pick up and return of the motorbike. All went exactly the way it was agreed upon in the initial booking. With the motorbike, I was also extremely pleased. The KLX250 had seen some use, but drove really well. It was able to take me to all the outskirts of the island and back with ease. The only issue I had with the motorbike is that the front break disc was slightly warped, making the front brake tricky to use. I cannot deduct a star for it however, since I was too impressed with the capabilities of motorbike. I would definitely recommend renting from MotorFun Malia to others.

We are a couple of 19 year olds and we chose to rent a scooter to explore the island of Crete, as we couldn't rent a car yet. Our experience was excellent and definitely deserves 5 stars! The staff was extremely friendly and professional. From the first contact on WhatsApp, all our questions were answered quickly and kindly. Upon delivery of the scooter, the gentleman who welcomed us was very friendly and made us feel at ease straight away. They gave us all the documentation needed to travel legally and provided us with the right helmets for our size, making sure they were comfortable and safe. The drop-off and pick-up service directly at our hotel was a great plus, making the experience very convenient and stress-free. Punctuality was impeccable: every time we agreed on a time, it was respected without any delay. Bottom line, everything was done as it was supposed to be done, professionally and with great attention to detail. Our experience with this rental service has been extremely positive and we highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a safe and hassle-free scooter rental experience in Crete.

Attractive price, friendly and accommodating owner, and quad in very good condition overall. We had a little problem during a quad crossing 4 km from Malia towards the evening. We had such a fantastic time. When we went in to rent it they were super polite and friendly. I automatically felt customer service came first.. They took the time to teach us everything about the quad and how to ride it correctly.. the process of payment was very convenient.. And the quad ran so nice. We rented an Mp3 for 9 days, super service, they took the scooter out of Heraklion airport on time, the scooter had 1300 km, practically new Full insurance coverage with no deductible....
