This is very friendly rental, all was quikly and with smile and super price!!!We were travel for five days on Kreta on scooter, that was the best idea....no problem with parking on any place,in the centre, in Knossos atc.

My experience with MotorFun Malia was really great. They communicated very clear through WhatsApp concerning the pick up and return of the motorbike. All went exactly the way it was agreed upon in the initial booking. With the motorbike, I was also extremely pleased. The KLX250 had seen some use, but drove really well. It was able to take me to all the outskirts of the island and back with ease. The only issue I had with the motorbike is that the front break disc was slightly warped, making the front brake tricky to use. I cannot deduct a star for it however, since I was too impressed with the capabilities of motorbike. I would definitely recommend renting from MotorFun Malia to others.

Fair price, good motorbike, great service! I rented a Kawasaki KLX 250 for 6 days. I picked it up at Heraklion Airport and returned it there. You get a WhatsApp contact to communicate. I had a great time, nothing more to add.

We are a couple of 19 year olds and we chose to rent a scooter to explore the island of Crete, as we couldn't rent a car yet. Our experience was excellent and definitely deserves 5 stars! The staff was extremely friendly and professional. From the first contact on WhatsApp, all our questions were answered quickly and kindly. Upon delivery of the scooter, the gentleman who welcomed us was very friendly and made us feel at ease straight away. They gave us all the documentation needed to travel legally and provided us with the right helmets for our size, making sure they were comfortable and safe. The drop-off and pick-up service directly at our hotel was a great plus, making the experience very convenient and stress-free. Punctuality was impeccable: every time we agreed on a time, it was respected without any delay. Bottom line, everything was done as it was supposed to be done, professionally and with great attention to detail. Our experience with this rental service has been extremely positive and we highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a safe and hassle-free scooter rental experience in Crete.

Attractive price, friendly and accommodating owner, and quad in very good condition overall. We had a little problem during a quad crossing 4 km from Malia towards the evening. Very fast and simple to rent a scooter. The staff is very friendly, we communicated on WhatsApp and they even picked me up from the hotel and took me to the location to pick up the scooter. We had such a fantastic time. When we went in to rent it they were super polite and friendly. I automatically felt customer service came first.. They took the time to teach us everything about the quad and how to ride it correctly.. the process of payment was very convenient.. And the quad ran so nice. What a wonderful experience.. when we returned it they again were super friendly with delightful smiles. We will definitely rent it again. We rented an Mp3 for 9 days, super service, they took the scooter out of Heraklion airport on time, the scooter had 1300 km, practically new Full insurance coverage with no deductible.... We rented a quad for ten days from Motorfun. We had not noted the question of the 40 km traffic radius, but it was clearly stated in the general conditions, that's us, no problem. And we had the small ordeal which clearly confirms the quality of service: a flat tire followed by leaving the road. Not much damage but some nice scratches on the side of the quad. Thanks to the GPS chip on the quad, the Motorfun team was able to intervene quickly and bring us back to Malia. The managers immediately offered us a replacement quad to complete our stay. This little inconvenience only cost us a small fraction of the excess, which we found to be completely fair play. Excellent quality of service, friendly staff, even when we have small technical problems. Thanks to Motorfun, we were able to explore Crete with complete peace of mind, the quad served us very well!

Start to finish this hire shop was 5 star, staff great, motorbikes great, (something to suit everyone) picked up and dropped off at hotel and remember if you have to get taxis to get in and out off town motorbike hire prices work out very cheap indeed, organised via WhatsApp can't rate highly enough, and remember cash is king 👌 .

Fantastic service. Booked a few months out before arriving in Crete, sorted our helmet sizes and delivery/collection to my hotel all via WhatsApp. Bike was dropped off quickly and efficiently the day before required. Was a brand new MP3 300cc that had 32km on it, was totally faultless and comfortable for the journeys we did. Collection was punctual and the driver extremely kind and polite. I was in Crete first week of June. I found Motor-Fun by accident and it hit the spot. I needed a scooter for 5 days and they provided it to me in very good condition and on decent contract terms.
