The 12 or so times I had to bring it back, not having other vehicles, I was made to pay for transport to the garage, and during my last call to say that once again something was not working not and it's been a year since I asked people to repair the fuel gauge that we still hadn't repaired. I got yelled at on the phone, basically I was making them ch**** what. .. In themselves they are all very nice but my last call really cooled me because being in business if I had fun blowing in the face of my customers when they called me with a problem I think it would have been a long time since I would have lost my job. My scooter continues to have problems but as it is no longer under warranty it is up to me to even deal with the rest.
