The rental shop is a really great place for motorbike rentals, especially for Ladakh trips. They have a huge variety of motorbikes available. The staff behavior and overall customer service are genuinely excellent. One of the staff was very helpful and polite throughout the process. Everything was properly explained with full clarification - no hidden charges at all. Even during my journey, their support was very good whenever I had any bike-related questions. I rented a Himalayan 411 here for 3.5 weeks for my trip through North India. I had a great experience with the motorbike and would highly recommend this place. One of the best in town. The coordinator and owner is very helpful. His advice and guidance made our solo trip flawless. And of course the motorbike is very well maintained and prepared as per the requirements. The assistant who helped to prepare the motorbike as per road and weather was accurate and helpful. Great experience. Rented a Himalayan 410. Bike was a pleasure to ride. Went to Chakrata and back with zero hiccups. Great service by the team too, delivered the motorbike to my hotel. Return was quick and hassle free, got my whole deposit back.
