In September month we planned Spiti trip starting from Shimla and during the initial planning it was very difficult to find someone who would provide rented motorbikes from Shimla. Then while searching I came across Shivay motorbike rental service and based on the previous reviews it seemed promising and we booked it. When we received the motorbike in Shimla it was pretty new and Dimple bhaiya helped a lot with the accessories which we missed to take with us for the ride and that to at very reasonable price. The motorbike was BS6 engine which is the latest and it was well maintained. We had a very amazing trip and there were no concerns with the motorbike what so ever. I have rented motorbikes in Bangalore, udaipur, pondicherry, and more places. I never got to ride a rental motorbike in such a good condition. It was a brand new motorbike with good performance. And Anil was so professional. Also he helped us understand all the restricted roads in shimla. I called him up and he helped me on how to lock the handle, places to go to, routes to take. I had an excellent experience with Shivay Bike Rental and the owner Dimple Thakur. Dumped and betrayed by 2 rental agencies in Shimla despite booking in advance and that too just a day before my ride Dimple ji came to my rescue. I was given the contact of Dimple ji by my Shimla Travel Agent (Himalayan Heights Travels - highly recommended as well) and I must say that he was so friendly and prompt to respond and meet me to show the motorbike. RE Classic 350 Bullet still with temp registration was given to me in excellent condition and I safely completed by Spiti Trip without any hassle. My security deposit was also instantly credited to me at the point of handover by Dimple to my GPay. I would strongly recommend Shivay Bike Rental to everyone who's planning a Spiti Ride and beyond.

I rented two motorbikes , one Himalayan and other RE classic 350 for my 7 days spiti valley motorbike trip from shimla. The motorbikes given were in good condition and I didn't face any problem during my entire trip. Dimple bhai and the staff were very supportive throughout the trip. Wonderful experience. The staff was really helpful and there wasn't any language barrier as we didn't speak hindi. Jackets are also available at a reasonable price. There were rumours about rentals not returning deposit, but nothing like that happened and the staff explained why that won't happen unless of any damage. Just returned our Royal Enfield Himalayan 450’s after 10 days touring the Spiti valley. Bikes were great / as new condition. No mechanical issues / huge improvement on the Himalayan 411. Thanks to Shivay Bike Rental for picking up the motorbikes from our accommodation / we did not want to deal with Shimla traffic again….
