Had an amazing experience renting a motorbike for our Spiti trip! The owner provided necessary instructions for the journey, helped us with fitting the luggage on the motorbike, and even went out of their way to get some of our last-minute requirements sorted. Truly outstanding service. There's a great variety of motorbikes available, and we went with the Himalayan 411 due to a personal sentiment-though a 450 or Scram 440 would have made the ride even more magical. We were a bit unsure about the motorbike at first, but within the first 100 km it completely won us over. It handled everything we threw at it-sun, rain, snow, and some really tough terrain-without any major issues throughout our 8-day journey. Gave us the trip of a lifetime!!!! The only minor hiccup came after we got back, when the motorbike had a slight overheating related issue. One call and support showed up within minutes and fixed it right away. Thank you for the support and great customer service. Special mention to a team member who helped us sort stays along the route and kept checking in regularly to make sure everything was safe and smooth. Easy paperwork, great motorbikes, and excellent service. Highly recommend this rental to anyone planning a ride from the area.

Had a good experience here. We booked two royal enfields for 4 days in December 2025 for our trip from the area to nearby locations and back. The motorbikes conditions were perfect. Didn't face any kind of problem. The accessories to tie the bags on sides was also a cherry on top, made our travel easy. Even the person sitting in back didn't face any problem or sitting issue. Price was good and reasonable too. Bike didn't show any problem on high steep areas. I would really suggest the person reading this to consider them. 😄

I took a Himalayan 411CC and trust me it was the right decision to take motorbike from the rental shop. I did a full circuit and I faced none I mean not even one fail in motorbike. Though I was also responsible biker and was regularly checking everything but still the motorbike was perfect partner on that trip. I would definitely suggest to pick motorbike from here. We met fellow travelers they were also travelling on motorbike from another city and trust me their half of the time and money wasted just to manage their motorbikes.

I had an excellent experience with Shivay Bike Rental and the owner Dimple Thakur. Dumped and betrayed by 2 rental agencies in Shimla despite booking in advance and that too just a day before my ride Dimple ji came to my rescue. I was given the contact of Dimple ji by my Shimla Travel Agent (Himalayan Heights Travels - highly recommended as well) and I must say that he was so friendly and prompt to respond and meet me to show the motorbike. RE Classic 350 Bullet still with temp registration was given to me in excellent condition and I safely completed by Spiti Trip without any hassle. My security deposit was also instantly credited to me at the point of handover by Dimple to my GPay. I would strongly recommend Shivay Bike Rental to everyone who's planning a Spiti Ride and beyond.

I rented two motorbikes , one Himalayan and other RE classic 350 for my 7 days spiti valley motorbike trip from shimla. The motorbikes given were in good condition and I didn't face any problem during my entire trip. Dimple bhai and the staff were very supportive throughout the trip. I booked himalayan from this place for my 10 days spitti trip. it was smooth experience, 1 time it gave problem with spark plug. we had to change from mechanic shop at NAKO. if owner ensures sevice iof nternal parts of motorbike it will improve drive experience. highly recommend for riders.

In September month we planned Spiti trip starting from Shimla and during the initial planning it was very difficult to find someone who would provide rented motorbikes from Shimla. Then while searching I came across Shivay motorbike rental service and based on the previous reviews it seemed promising and we booked it. When we received the motorbike in Shimla it was pretty new and Dimple bhaiya helped a lot with the accessories which we missed to take with us for the ride and that to at very reasonable price.
