There weren't any surprises and returning the motorbike was as easy as pickup. We'll be sure to use the rental shop again if we have the chance!

The whole experience was great. The team was very helpful (answered all of my thousand questions by emails quickly) and friendly (the welcome on arrival and return was great). Everything was clear and easy. I rented a BMW F900R for 5 days to ride through the Alps. The motorbike was perfect and I didn't have any issues (and it was such a cool motorbike 😅). I rented two Moto Guzzi motorcycles from the rental shop and explored Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France. The motorcycles were in excellent condition and fitted with panniers, tank bag and a top box. A security chain and padlock was also provided. Dealing with the rental shop was easy and they also let us leave some of our belongings in their business location whilst away on the motorbikes. Thank you for assisting with making our holiday such a pleasant experience.

Very good service. The guys were really helpful, I went there without a reservation and they gave an explanation about what they have and I chose a motorcycle. Even I took my time till I choose! Appreciate that! The motorcycle was ready on time the next day and was in a good condition. I would definitely rent again from the rental shop!

Rented 2 Vespa 300 GTS in Certaldo (Tuscany Area). Bikes were in perfect shape. Customer service was great and the fact that they delivered and picked up the motorbikes in the small town where we were staying was fantastic. They were early both times. 2 big things, first, our flights were late but they reached out the the VRBO we rented and got the motorbikes there and make it easy even though we got in very late at night. Next, we had a little mechanical issue (no one's fault) but even when they were closed on a Saturday, the woman on the phone found a mechanic and translated for us over the phone... bottom line, helped get the problem fixed.

We had an awesome trip, 7 days riding the Dolomite's. the motorbike was flawless, the hotels were wonderful, the route took us through spectacular scenery roads and all the iconic and challenging passes. Great agency I rented for 35 days! Made 6300km and to motorcycle is in great maintenance needed only to oil the chain after a 1000km beside that everything is clear. Emergency number works well when you need , no worries at all , quite mind while riding. Recommend!

We rented a Ducati Multistrada V4 from HPMotorrad in Milan for a two-day trip to Lake Como, and everything was perfect. The service was fast, smooth, and super friendly. Elena went above and beyond to make our short notice motorcycle trip happen! On the self guided trip, the motorbikes were well maintained and had zero problems (I had the Ducati Multistrada V4S and it handled everything perfectly with its immense and smooth power!), the hotels were fantastic, and the sights were amazing! Great motorbikes at a great price. I loved the Ducati scrambler they are low to the ground and had plenty of strong power. There is a lot of traffic in Italy and you a motorbike you can touch the ground easy. We had all our camping gear with us and the motorbike had panniers and we were able to strap our dry bag on the back. I would rent from them again.

The motorbike was what I ordered, it worked well, and I had no problems with it. The staff at the rental location were knowledgeable and helpful, spoke good English, and were accommodating. The opening times were workable, and the location straightforward to find. The choice of helmets and other clothing allowed us to improve on what we were wearing, and was good quality. Whilst there weren't dedicated rooms to change clothes (relevant to us as we had walked to, and got a taxi from, the rental location), the toilet was large enough, and there was enough room inside/outside the entrance. And it was warm ☺️ Overall, we were very happy with the motorbike we were given, and the service we received from the staff.

I rented a GS310 from the Milan shop in late Aug 2024. Email communication with the home office months prior was responsive and thorough. When I arrived in Milan to pick up my rental the excellent service continued. The motorbike was in pristine condition and came with 2 panniers and top box, as requested, and a heavy chain with lock. Lorenzo was kind, spoke perfect English, and set me on my way. He happened to be there at dropoff on the weekend, and it was a warm welcome back after 5 days of riding around northern Italy. (Grazie mille, Lorenzo!) I highly recommend renting from here if they have a motorbike that suits you. Three things to note: you can leave luggage with them, pickup is very close to Linate if you plan to fly into Milan, and if you want to rent a smaller motorbike then contact them sooner than later for best availability.

Rented a BMW F750 GS for a month to ride around Austria, Switzerland and the entirety of Italy. Booked online, at a fair rate, a flat fee and everything was ready the day I arrived. The process was easy the staff was friendly and the motorbike was exceptional. The motorbike had 1 km on it the day I left the shop. No Issues with the rental process or the motorbike, both of which I was a bit nervous about doing this all on-line. From the lake district in Italy, Lugano, Stelvio Pass, Solden Austria, Cortina, Venice, Matera, Noto, Sienna, Palermo and many other stops the adventure was a trip of a lifetime. I lived in Rome for 3 years so I was comfortable on a moto in Italy. The motorbike was perfect for what I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend HP Motorrad Milano for your moto travel in Italy! Excellent experience renting a Moto guzzi from Milan. We only let hp motarrad know we wanted to do this on Friday evening for the coming Sunday. Elena was really helpful and sorted everything out for us that afternoon and we picked the motorbike up Sunday. Alex was so great communicate with, second rental (unplanned and done over phone ) was a weekend trip, Milan to Rome to get a replacement passport from the Embassy, hence the unusual passenger on the back. I recently rented a Ducati Desert X from Lorenzo at HP Motorrad in Milan for a self-guided motorcycle tour through the Italian Alps. It was a my first time in Italy and my first time renting a motorcycle in Europe. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Covering 774 miles/1,245 km over 5 days, the Ducati adventure motorbike performed flawlessly. It handled the diverse and challenging terrain with ease, providing both power and comfort throughout the journey. I have a wonderfull ride from milan - bormio - Lucern - lauterbrunnen - Milan, thats happen thanks to HPMotorrad. I am very satisfied with HPMotorrad service. The things that make me satisfied are: 1. Communication on email and WhatsApp before starting the trip is very communicative 2. I can pick up my motorbike on the weekends and instructions are very clear 3. The motorbike is in perfect condition (I rent BMW F750 GS), there are no engine problems and the tires are in good condition, very comfortable to use in dry and rainy conditions 4. Returning the motorbike is very easy and the instructions are clear 5. I am also satisfied, because I can leave our suitcases with HP Motorrad. Overall, I am really very satisfied and can't wait to ride again with Hp Motorrad
