On vacation in Palermo, they decided to rent a scooter. After several searches we went to Dream Rent, the welcome was good, the staff super friendly, the scooter in super good condition. Best rental in Palermo. Nice lady explained to us in detail the conditions of renting a scooter, there was also no problem with returning the deposit. I think it is also very important that the scooters in this rental are in great technical condition, you can go on a trip outside the city without worrying that something will break down. Exceptional Customer Service! Although I rarely write reviews, my experience with Sicily Moto Rent exceeded expectations and compelled me to share. Having rented scooters on holidays multiple times, I've often encountered less-than-ideal service. However, this was not the case here. From the beginning, the staff were incredibly helpful, providing guidance on the best routes to take. The pick-up process was seamless and professional, and the scooter was as described. What truly sets this company apart is their outstanding service after the rental period. I returned the scooter on a Sunday, when the shop was closed, and accidentally left my wallet, including my ID, in the seat compartment before heading to the airport. Upon realizing my mistake, I called the emergency number and explained my situation. The owner immediately coordinated with his staff, who went above and beyond by heading to the office on their day off and delivering my wallet to me at the airport, which was about 40 minutes away. Thanks to their flexibility and dedication to customer satisfaction, I was able to board my flight with my wallet in hand. I am a full-time rider, I have always brought my sym200 to Gambino, kindness and courtesy and they have always been available and quick even for emergencies that I have had. Furthermore, all the mechanics were very kind even in explaining some details to me. I think that you pay for quality, it's clear that problems happen, they are means of transport but I must say that compared to other mechanics and other really negative experiences (they told me they changed the oil and then they didn't...) they are always super transparent about costs. It's true that it's a little above average in terms of prices but I repeat, I strongly believe that you pay for quality. Then I have no specific claims, I don't own a racing motorbike as I have read in some comments... ;)

We chose the scooter to tour Monreale and Mondello. As soon as we entered we were greeted by a big and beautiful smile, and that's no small thing, Cristiana advised us on the best solution also offering us interesting suggestions both on places to visit and on places to dine. The scooter was practically new and the helmets too. I found the prices convenient compared to other rentals. The service was excellent. Great rental place! Super fair prices and the scooter I rented was brand new, safe and so fun to ride. Visited a lot of places with my girlfriend. When I returned the scooter there was a minor issue with the back tire and they let me go without charge. Not at one point did I think I was being treated unfairly. One of the best, if not the best motorcycle rental experiences I've ever had. Starting from my first communation with them, so booking online, receiving all information needed, to arriving there, to collecting and returning the motorcycle. Everything was smooth, easy, and perfect. Sanya, who is also one of the owners was there as I was collecting the motorbike, she is very professional, friendly, and helpful.
