Tuscany is an area of central Italy known for its culture, history, and scenic landscapes. It’s also widely regarded as the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance. Some of the top tourist destinations in Tuscany include Florence, Pisa, Castiglione Della Pescaia, and Siena.
Whether you opt for motorcycle hire or scooter hire in Tuscany, you’ll find it a convenient way to explore the area without worrying about traffic. Touring Tuscany on a motorcycle, scooter, or quad bike during the summer months is also an unforgettable experience you’ll enjoy. For example, you could visit some top points of interest like the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa, or perhaps you might consider quad bike hire to traverse the rich green valley of Val d'Orcia in central Tuscany.
Also, no trip to Tuscany is complete without taking in some culinary and wine experiences. Take the scenic Chianti region, for instance. It’s home to some world-famous vineyards, but places like Greve and Montefioralle also provide many culinary delights.
A trip along the Chiantigiana route (SR 222) by motorbike is a breathtaking experience. It’s a stretch of road around 69 kilometers long and takes you from Florence down through Chianti, Castellina, Radda, and Gaiole before reaching Siena. Lastly, don’t forget to add other Tuscan delights to your itinerary, such as the Medici Villas and Gardens, and the historical center of Pienza; both are UNESCO World Heritage sites.
Motorcycle hire in Tuscany is undoubtedly the best way to get around and take in the sights with ease. From the KTM 1190 Adventure touring bike to the Sym Jet 50 scooter, you can choose the perfect bike to explore Tuscany and make memories.
