I had an amazing experience with the rental shop. The service was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the very beginning. Unfortunately, I only had one weekend available, and my biggest regret is not having more time to explore with one of the motorbikes. If I ever come back to Laos, the rental shop will be my first stop without any doubt. The Honda CRF250s are in excellent condition. You can immediately tell that maintenance is taken seriously and that the motorbikes are well maintained. Everything was perfectly prepared and gave me a lot of confidence on the trails. To top it all off, I returned the motorbike about two hours late, and I was not charged anything extra. That kind of understanding and customer service is rare these days. Truly a 5-star experience. I honestly cannot think of a single negative point. Highly recommended!

We took a Suzuki NK150 and the motorbike ran perfectly without issues. We also rented good helmets and protection gear for $5 each per day. The staff was friendly and helped with what we needed. Would visit the rental shop again.

This is where we started our adventure. We rented two motorcycles from the rental shop and traveled all the way from the north down to the southeast of Laos. We even stopped at another location of the rental shop for a quick service and then returned the motorbikes in Pakse, which was super convenient since you don't have to go back to the original location. The whole process was really smooth. Everyone was super friendly and took the time to explain the route, share tips, and recommend more interesting roads to take. Just a heads-up, some of the roads can be pretty rough, so if you're planning to go off the main paths, it's better to have some riding experience. They have a great variety of motorcycles and plenty of protective gear, and everything is well maintained. If anything comes up, it's easy to contact them or stop by one of their other shops. Would definitely rent from them again, or use their services in Vietnam too. If you're planning a motorcycle trip through Laos, this is the place to go 🏍️

Very good rental place, after our excellent experience in another city, we decided to rent our motorbike at the rental shop in Luang Prabang. Bike was in good condition. During our trip the rear brake stopped working, they fixed the brake for us with no additional cost. Also you can leave a cash deposit instead of your passport there. Only thing you need to know is that the motorbikes are more expensive than your normal scooter rental in Laos.

Rented a 150nk for 8 days for the northern loop. It was perfect for our needs. Handled the roads 2 up, (we are small people) 120kg combined. Was well suited to the roads, comfortable to ride and in great condition! The rental shop set the bar impossibly high for what to expect from a motorbike rental company. The roads are rough and I unfortunately damaged the motorbike a little, in the middle of nowhere. The staff was super helpful with finding and negotiating with a local rural mechanic over the phone. It's easy to judge a company when everything goes right, but they prove their worth when it doesn't and these guys went above and beyond what I would expect from a rental company! Reliable, honest and friendly through and through. We are now renting a motorbike from them in Pakse and doing a one way rental from Ho Chi Minh City to Hà Nội in Vietnam. Didn't even bother to look for alternatives. Super happy customer. We will be back, thank you so much for everything!!!

Amazing rental motorbike. We rented the Haojue NK150 for a trip from Luang Prabang to Vang Vieng, with two people on one motorbike, which was performing very good! Route 13 was very bad with all the dust, route 4 (Kasi pass) much much better. If you want a heavy challenge you can take route 13, also expect lots of trucks and offroad sections. Depart early to make the most of your day! They provided inner tubes which we needed to use, because a puncture in the rear tire. No tools are provided so you need to go to a mechanic. You can pay the deposit with credit card if you don't want to leave your passport (or if you don't have enough cash). A small downside however is that the deposit can only be paid back cash in Kip. And you have to convert Kip into your home currency again, with again conversion cost.

Amazing renting experience. I just wanted to have a nice motorbike tour for a day and I had a blast. The motorbike was really well taken care of, the renting agreement absolutely fair and the best part is the staff member. Such a nice and friendly person! I came across the rental shop while searching for rental agencies that offer one-way motorbike rentals in Laos, and they turned out to be the only company in the country providing this service. Communication was excellent from the start. The staff responded very promptly via WhatsApp, and I made the advance payment online three months ahead without any issues. When I arrived, I met the team, who carefully fitted the motorbike with a mobile holder and seat cushion, showing great attention to detail. I rented a Honda CRF150 and paid a USD 1000 deposit, then rode over 2000 km across Luang Prabang, Phou Kuan, Vang Vieng, Vientiane, the Thakhek Loop, Savannakhet, the Bolaven Loop, Champassak, Khone Phapheng, and finally Pakse. It was a wild and unforgettable adventure, made even better by the kindness of the Lao people. I returned the motorbike at the Pakse office, where the staff checked it, immediately refunded my deposit, helped me exchange Lao Kip, and even assisted with booking a cab to the bus station. Overall, it was a 100% positive experience, and I would definitely recommend the rental shop to anyone planning a motorbike trip in Laos. I deeply thank again the entire team for making my Laos biking dream come true!

Had a very good experience with the rental shop in Luang Prabang, and subsequently with another branch when returning the motorbike. The XR 190 L ran great during 8 days and was in good condition. The staff at the Luang Prabang branch made every effort to accommodate my changes of plans and allowing me to return the motorbike in Vientiane instead of Luang Prabang, which I appreciated. Be sure to book in advance, as demand is high, and cheaper, smaller motorbikes sell out quickly (especially PG1, XR150). A few great points: - Being able to leave a cash deposit is great. I am not comfortable with leaving my passport anywhere, so this was a great compromise. If you leave it in a foreign currency (CHF in my case), it will be returned to you in the same currency. - The motorbike was clean, well-maintained, and ran great. - The accessories provided (lock, luggage rack, bungee cords, spare tubes) allow for a hassle-free trip and are of good quality. - One-way rental: in my opinion a must in Laos, as roads are challenging to ride and I would not want to cross the country twice in a short period :) - Overall flexibility and availability of staff! Very satisfied :) Possible improvements: - Bikes could be delivered with a full tank, and returned full as well by the customer. When I started my trip, there was a power outage which rendered all fuel pumps unusable, which resulted in a delayed start riding out of the city to find a working petrol station. - Full-face helmets could be included in the rental fee. While I appreciated the availability of such helmets for an extra fee, your customer base consists of seasoned bikers who won't settle for anything less than a full face helmet. - The deposit for the spare tubes (20 USD) could be returned in the currency used for the deposit, and not Lao kip. I know this is logistically inconvenient, but it would be perfect, as most people will be leaving the country right after returning the motorbike and won't be able to use the extra cash. Overall still 5-star service :) Thank you guys! Would rent from you again anytime to discover the south of the country 🙏🏻

We (a couple) rent a Honda CB500cc with panniers on the side and box behind. We did more than 800 km from Luang Prabang again to Nong Khiaw, Namkat, Pak Beng and back. All worked well even though some roads are very bad. It's the 3rd time I rent with the rental shop in Vietnam and in Laos Pakse and Luang Prabang. The team is responsive, recommends routes and places to see, ready to fix any problem you may encounter. Highly recommended

Such a fantastic experience renting a motorbike from the staff member. It really helps that he is a native English speaker, but more than that he is instantly trustworthy from the moment you meet him and very helpful. I asked around at other shops where I could ride around for a day, but didn't get much help. When I spoke to the staff member he explained where I could ride, resulting in a fantastic day. Absolutely amazing Off-Road Tour!!! The rental shop owner is a really chill guy. He took us on off-road tour around Luang Prabang. And we loved every minute of it. My girlfriend and I both have motorcycle experience, but no off-road experience at all - and it was absolutely fine. The tour was individually tailored to our skills. The route included everything from paved roads to gravel tracks with huge potholes and even river crossings, which made it really exciting. He took us to a beautiful waterfall, a small local village, and places far away from mass tourism. All equipment was provided, everything was well organized, and he shared a lot of local knowledge along the way. We had a ton of fun and we will be coming back to book another tour with him. No need to repeat what's been said before. It's all true. Covered 1300km on a new honda xr190 which was super comfortable. The ability to drop the motorbike elsewhere is super good and the passport will be sent to the destination safely too. Super job guys!

Best place to rent a motorcycle imo. Had a lot of fun with the PG-1 and their Whatsapp service is just the best. Very awesome and helpfull guys. I highly recommend this place. They also have shops in Vientiane and Pakse and will go there again.

Awesome experience renting motorbikes from the rental shop. I had never ridden a manual motorbike before and he was nice enough to help me learn for a day. We then did a guided day trip with him and got into some gnarly terrain but had an absolute blast! After that we decided to do a non-guided 7 day loop around northern Laos hitting spots like Nong Khiaw and the plain of jars. Overall an amazing experience!

Absolutely incredible experience with these guys. The motorbike we got was a XR190. We did a 3 day self driven loop to Nong khaiw and the motorbike was flawless. It took us over mountains through rivers and back again all whilst riding 2 up. Can’t recommend this place enough. Service was flawless with a team of really nice chatty blokes who recommended the vehicle that took us so far!

Perfect experience with the staff member and the rental shop. I went on a three-week road trip around Laos, covering more than 3,500 km. The Honda CRF 250 is the ideal companion for such a journey. The motorbike was in excellent condition. No problems except for a flat tire, which was quickly repaired by a roadside mechanic thanks to the spare inner tube provided by the staff member at the start. I had a fantastic time riding this motorbike. Laos is a wonderful country to discover by motorcycle. Thank you for your advices and friendly welcome.

The motorbike was in excellent technical condition, powerful, stable and ideal for long-distance trips between Luang Prabang, Vang Vieng and the mountains. The rental process was fast, transparent and professional. The staff explained everything clearly, helped me with the paperwork, and even gave me honest tips about road conditions and riding safely in Laos. The helmets were clean, the documents were prepared immediately, and the team was always reachable on WhatsApp if I had any questions. The staff member rents well maintained CRF 250s. He is a mine of helpful information and routes. I rented a motorbike for a 5 day loop to Nong Khiaow Phonsavan etc. I would do it again more slowly and consider taking the smaller local trails he can share rather than the tough main roads. First of all, I worked with the branch in one city and I highly recommend them! At first, I rented a motorbike for just one day and had an excellent experience - the wonderful staff helped me with everything. After that, I rented another motorbike from the shop and took it on a week-long trip in Northern Laos. It was an amazing experience with this great motorbike. During the trip I had a flat tire, but the team was always available on the phone to assist me - and they had already equipped me with a spare tube in advance, which was very helpful. When I returned the motorbike, the staff welcomed me warmly, and I shared with them the stories from my fantastic trip. In summary - I highly recommend this shop and their motorbikes. The team is friendly, professional, and provides top-quality support for any issue. I will definitely come back again!

We hired two CRF 150 motobikes from Style in Luang Prabang to do a 3 day loop through the Kasi pass, down to Vang Vieng and back up to Phou Khoun before returning to Luang Prabang. If you're a confident rider I could not recommend this loop enough, amazing scenery mixed with some spectacular roads.. and about 10,000 pot holes. These motorbikes dominated the roads, allowing you to ride what would be an absolute nightmare on a lesser motorbike and turning it into an amazing adventure. The team at Style were great, very thorough with the motorbikes pre trip and offered plenty or support if we needed it. The motorbikes are in top condition and also offer quality helmets and safety gear. All In all the best motorbike trip we have done in South East Asia. 15/10

FANTASTIC BIG BIKE RENTAL EXPERIENCE! My first time visiting Laos and wanted to do a solo off-road motorbike trip. I tried to message most of motorbike rental shops but only got instant response from “ Off-Roading Laos”, Mr.Harry ( the owner). Even before I arrived in Laos he already explained me everything about the trip that I will be doing. He’s an absolute gem. The moment I arrived at his shop, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of helpful advice. I can say that he truly cares about his customers and his motorbikes which are well maintained , super reliable, clean and in top working condition. He even lowered his motorbike for me , WOW! He was always there to answer my questions during my entire 5 days solo adventure journey in Laos 🇱🇦. Just finished up a 3 day solo ride through Northern Laos starting in Luang Prabang. I had contacted a couple motorbike rental companies but the rental shop was the only one that was really responsive and replied to me right away. The rental shop has a ton of motorbikes to choose from and all seemed to be maintained really well. The one that I rented was a Honda 250 and it worked perfectly. I also felt much more comfortable with all the local knowledge and advice that the rental shop gave me before heading off on my own. I highly recommend this company if you want to rent motorbikes to tour Laos. I will definitely come back for a longer trip next time and will surely go back to the rental shop.

Best mechanical in Laos, if not in South East Asia. If you are overlanding on a big motorbike, he will help you. The rental shop owner is resourceful, and even in Lao where big motorbikes and spares are scarce, he knows what he is doing and will help you be back on the road. He's also an excellent person, and he has a passion for motorbike and his work shows it! Thanks, I can't do anything but recommend him to everyone.
