The rental process was very quick and straightforward. We rented a (fairly new) scooter for two and a half days. My ID card was accepted as a deposit. There were plenty of helmets available, so you could practically choose one. Returning the scooter was also completely hassle-free. Highly recommended.

Great place. Should be called Mr. Calm. My girlfriend fell on her motorbike. She got some pretty bad scrapes and the motorbikes front brake handle had broken off, as well as the wing mirror was loose. We had texted in a message about the damage and they were more concerned about her well being. When we arrived to bring the damaged motorbike back he was very very reasonable about the cost of damage and assured it wasn’t a big deal. Still more concerned about her. Very trustworthy.

Everything went super fast and smoothly. We had a scooter for two days for 400,000 kip. I was able to leave my ID as a deposit, and we were able to extend the rental for a few more hours for a small fee. Highly recommended! 😊

Highly recommended. The rental shop was friendly and spoke great English. Rented for two days (200 kip/day) and explored all throughout the west loop. Bike was new, keyless, and performed great. Unfortunately, I had a nasty crash on my first day heading north toward Pha Tang. FYI - the roads are terrible up there (and in Laos in general) and you have to pay very close attention to avoid hitting giant potholes, dips in the road, etc. Definitely don't go faster than 30kph when heading that direction. When I came back to discuss the damage (dripping blood from multiple places), the rental shop was understanding, concerned for my well-being, and charged me a very fair repair price. I was expecting the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice they were about it. This is an honest place that you can trust!

Wow. What an incredible two days we had because of rentals from the rental shop. We stopped by the shop the first day we were in Vang Vieng to book a buggy for the following day. They were friendly, gave us good feedback, and went over everything. Transportation was provided to and from our hotel, and we communicated effectively via WhatsApp during our rental. We were able to explore multiple hikes and lagoons, and the buggy was super fun. We also booked paramotoring through them, with pickup and drop off. Everything was smooth and easy. Highly recommend the rental shop for booking local activities.

Mr. Kham Bike is hands down the most reliable place in Vang Vieng for tourists 🏍️✨. No passport drama, no funny business at return time—just straight, honest dealing (which is rare and GOLD when you’re traveling 🙌). You get the motorbike empty, and you return it empty… or in your case half full 😂⛽ lol. They only keep your driving licence or ID, do a quick damage check if anything happened, and that’s it. You return the motorbike, get your licence back, and you’re on your way—simple and stress-free 😌👌. They’re super easy to work with, professional, and trustworthy. And honestly, that says everything: most of the time I passed his shop, there were no motorbikes left—always on the move 🚀🏍️. The best motorbike rental in vang vieng. Owner speaks great English, very kind and informative, great price for a days rental, motorbikes in great condition and you're encouraged to take photos and videos beforehand to ensure there's no issues. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

If you want to do the hot air balloon, do it with the rental shop. It's one of the most beautiful things I've did in my life. And the price is very fair. I've seen other places that offer the same, but for double the price. I've also rented a scooter here. Good condition and easy rental.

Honest, efficient and up front. The person wasn't interested in anything except having a fair exchange of services for money. They asked us how much experience we had on a motorbike and what kind we'd like. We told them. They gave us the price. We paid. They reminded us to take video of the motorbike to ensure there wouldn't be any issues later just in case. We did that. They gave us a quick overview of the area, gave us our helmets and a quick overview of the motorbike and off we went. Returned the motorbike in the evening they asked us if there were any issues. They cursorily glanced over things and that was it. Fantastic experience.

If you're looking to rent a motorbike, this is definitely the place to go. It's 150,000 LAK from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, which is about the price. The owner is fluent in English and very friendly. You can rent an automatic Honda Scoopy or Click. Same-day rental is smooth, and they'll even show you how to operate it. The gas station is just southeast of here (you can find it by searching on Google Maps). In addition to motorbike rentals, they also offer paramotor and hot air balloon tours.

We came here to rent a scooter and also booked a hot air balloon ride, the paramotor tour, and tubing. We chose the rental shop because of the good reviews, and they were spot on. We only write reviews for stand out service. Bike rental was easy, provided driving licence as deposit, no fuss handing the motorbike back, good quality new motorbikes. But the most important thing that led us to write a review is that we witnessed a motorbike accident and used the QR code attached to the motorbike to contact Mr Kham via what’s app- he answered so quickly and efficiently organised emergency assistance to our location- the injured parties had not even rented from him. We rented a motorbike for exploring around Vang Vieng for 2 days (Nov 25). The motorbike was well maintained, new, key-less, sooo good that we extended another day. They had wide collection of helmets. The ones we took on first day didn't suit us. The rental shop told us to come & exchange later that day and we got the best helmets with proper fitting. They also gave us discount for renting multiple days. No passport collected. Any ID can be deposited. After returning the motorbike, they were sooo kind to drop us back at our resort for free. They spoke very good English. If you are renting motorbike in Vang Vieng, this is the best place to consider.
