My first motorbike rental experience in KL was great. I walked in and left happy with my deposit returned. The staff were really on top with customer service and helped me navigate everything needed to get around KL, making it simple to rent for my long stay. The motorbike was perfect for getting around town. If you need more power, they definitely have options. I will 100% come back to rent a bigger motorbike for a longer adventure. Definitely recommended for reliable service in KL.

A top notch motorbike rental shop in KL! I rented a 155cc motorbike from the rental shop initially for a month 20/03//04/2026. The staff made everything easy and hassle free from the get go. I got in touch with them about the motorbike a month before going to KL and they explained to me what they have available, the rates, and everything else. They sent me texts here and there, making sure I was doing okay, confirming my arrival in KL before my actual arrival to KL. I went to rent the motorbike after my arrival and I was greeted by a staff member as the main contact was on a trip. Everything was hassle free, no trouble whatsoever. I paid a total 1000rm + 300rm deposit and off we go! I drove the motorbike from KL - Kuala Kubu Bharu - Cameron Highlands - Ipoh - Penang and back to KL. No trouble whatsoever with the motorbike. A total of 1,500km roughly. I returned the motorbike on the 08/04/2026. The main contact greeted me with a smile and we finally got to meet each other face to face. They checked the motorbike quickly and returned my deposit 300rm. Thank you again to the rental shop staff! Hope to see you again in the future!

I rented a motorbike because I wanted to go for a weekend ride outside the city and explore some of the quieter areas around Kuala Lumpur. It was a really great experience. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond, and the whole booking process was smooth and easy. The motorbike was in good condition and very comfortable to ride! Everything was straightforward and professional from start to finish. I'd happily rent from them again and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a motorbike in Kuala Lumpur.

Rented a motorbike from end of Feb to early Mar 2026. Staff were very responsive on WhatsApp and friendly, helpful, and efficient in person. They dealt fairly with me, ran out of the motorbike I booked when I arrived and gave me a higher tier motorbike at no extra cost. Bike was in decent condition and worked well throughout my 8 days of rental. Thanks to the rental shop team for a good rental experience. Definitely will want to rent from them again next time I'm visiting Klang Valley!

We had a great experience this week renting a motorbike from the rental shop! The staff was super helpful, great communication, great route suggestions and even picked the motorbike up from us at our hotel. Great guy! Super smooth and super easy rental process. The motorbike was in perfect working order and very well set up for touring. The riding in the Cameron highlands area of Malaysia is superb and we would rent a motorbike from the rental shop again 100%!

We had an excellent experience renting from the rental shop in Kuala Lumpur! This is actually the second time we've rented from them, and once again everything was perfect. The owner is extremely kind, helpful, and professional. They have a wide selection of high-quality scooters, all in very good condition. Our scooter ran smoothly the entire time, and the helmets were clean and well maintained too. We had absolutely no issues from start to finish. I genuinely recommend renting a scooter in Kuala Lumpur - it makes exploring the city so much easier and more enjoyable. Traffic is manageable, roads are good, and it gives you the freedom to move around quickly. If you're visiting KL and want a reliable rental company, the rental shop is definitely the right choice.

It's my second time renting with the rental shop and I am so glad that I did. I was fortunate to be the first rider for a new motorbike model. From the moment I rode it, it became the best part of my trip to KL. I took extra insurance and made sure to take care of the motorbike. The prices and customer service were very good. Note that the rental desk is just beside a hotel check-in desk, so it can become crowded and messy, but the customer service is quick.

These guys are very helpful, quick with registration and handover each time I’ve used them during for my trip to KL. A big shout out to Hafiz, who helped and taught me alot of the motorbike during the handover, and whilst I was renting. Very recomended. Very good service. I returned the motorbike one day before and to my surprise they refunded 1 day. Also, my motorbike had one problem with the battery and they sent a technician to repair it and substitute motorbike in case i needed it. Very happy with this motorbike rental.

Been renting a small scooter for over a year from Mustafa. He is friendly, responsive and specialties on longer term rentals. The deal is, while having the motorbike, you take care of the service - oil change, and problems that arises. It means you just go to the shop Mustafa recommends. It’s still convenient for the price. Mustafa always reminds you the time for regular service. If you need a scooter for a couple of weeks or months, this is a guy to go to. If you need a motorbike for a year or longer, I’d recommend to just buy one yourself. Since repairs are on you, you would keep overpaying the motorbike. And at the end you can still sell the motorbike to recover some money back.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service. The owner is an absolutely wonderful person, always willing to help, and his kindness truly took me by surprise in the best possible way. I was having a hard time finding a scooter to rent in KL, and then luckily I found Muay Bike Rentals. Mustafa is a stand up guy, with great communication and a great variety of motorbikes. 10/10 recommend, will definitely be renting a motorbike from him next time in in town :)
