This was a really good experience! We rented scooter for 24 hours. Scooter was 550 pesos if we pick it up or 600 pesos if they deliver the scooter to us directly. Eduardo was super responsive, we agreed for the pickup, he explained everything about the roads (which are safe, which rather avoid, what are rules, what to do if police stops over). We also got 2 helmets for free. The scooter was completely new and it worked perfectly. Deposit was 4000 pesos and we got deposit back immediately with no problems. We will for sure rent again with Eduardo! 👌🏻

I wanted to rent a scooter for a few days and I tried contacting a few services in Playa del Carmen. None of them were legitimate, and they just wasted my time. I spoke with Eduardo over the phone, and he got me on a scooter within 30 minutes. He speaks English well and communicates effectively. The process was simple and easy. The scooter I rented was almost brand new and rode like a dream. It came with two helmets too. I would highly recommend renting a scooter from Vir2al store Scooter rentals when you visit Playa del Carmen next time.

Best rental agency that you can find in Tulum ! The service is amazing ! if you have any trouble, any problem or any doubt they’re answering and solve any problem quickly. The price is really reasonable by the way. I rented an atv for 3 months with my friend and the service was amazing, i had any explanation about the traffic in real time and i had a check up of the atv each months. Emilio is awesome and made the rental process a breeze. He even delivered the scooter right to our hotel. I’ll never rent from anywhere else. Scooter was perfect for our adventures and it was nice having the extra storage on the back. Totally worth it. The first couple days I was spending a fortune on taxi’s . Renting a scooter is the best way to get around Tulum. Emilio is so friendly and polite. He goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. It’s so nice meeting people who actually care and don’t turn a blind eye toward tourists.

My friend and i had an amazing experience here they were very nice and easy to communicate with and we loved our ATV. The prices were affordable and at one point or ATV had a problem and they came at 11:30 at night from across town to check what was wrong with the ATV and to give us a new one because ours didn’t work anymore. I would highly recommend them!

Great experience! If you are looking for a scooter in PDC give them a call. I rented one for a week. The scooter was in great condition and Eduardo was friendly and helpful! Fair price and got my deposit back right away.

We were met in our hotel lobby by Emilio who was a pleasure to deal with. Our Spanish is not good but Emilio’s English was excellent. All of our questions were answered and he even gave us information about the excursions we were planning for the day. Our ATV was in good condition, with drop off and pick up at our hotel. An excellent experience all around!

Wow, Those guys are the best! We rented the 4whell for two days. We visited some beaches around and also a cenote driving it. Was fun, but we realized that many places don’t allow you to get in driving those , so we called the company and when was time to return them we decided to rent a scooter instead. Another pleasant experience! Smooth rental process and very honest/nice people. Also we want to give them 5stars because they also gave us a ride back to downtown from our seafront hotel for free! Saved us almost $100 dólares in taxi 🚕. Highly recommended and

My girlfriend and I rented a 180 quad for use for 5 days! Best people to deal with and they have us a great deal! We had an issue with the quad after 4 days and they came and switched it out for another one! Quick replys on WhatsApp and the best way to get around in the Tulum area! Would recommend to a friend and will call again if we come back! Thanks for the great experience!

5/5 stsrs. This agency rents ATV for 24 hours, yet made an exception for us to rent six ATVs for four hours which was awesome. We were allowed to explore Tulum without a guide and had a GREAT TIME. They recommended a route and we followed it. It took us along the beach and had the best views in Tulum! Definitely worth every penny. Will be coming back!

I've been living in Tulum for the past few months and have rented a scooter from them 3 times now. Amazing service all around, they drop off and pickup, are fantastic with communication, I have put security deposit down using my Visa everytime and got the refund back from them promptly each time. Excellent service and the scooter was like new + much more capable than a regular scooter. I was able to take my time to decide and once I did the scooter was here within 10 minutes — the handover and return was easy. After dropping off, the owner even gave me a lift back to my hotel + waited for me to get changed and then took me to my destination on the scooter. Great service.

Perfect scooter rental, he brought it to the hotel at the agreed time, everything was very clear in the rental contract, you can leave the deposit in euros, dollars or pesos, the rental price was 500 Mexican pesos per day and the scooter was new, it had only 190kms. Rented a scooter for one day and Eduardo was excellent! Extremely quick response time over whatsapp as I wanted to rent for the next day. Dropped off the scooter with two helmets. Thorough instructions. Was able to pick up the scooter the next day from us and was right on time! (Punctuality is important as we had plans) Will most definitely be renting again and would recommend to anyone looking to rent a scooter! Was in great condition and comfortable to ride.

We had some issues with one of the motorbikes we wanted to rent (it had broken before we arrived). We got a full refund with no issues or having to fight which was brilliant (unexpected given horror stories I had read about other rental companies) and means you can trust these guys. The other motorbike (BMW) was great for the week we had it.

I dont have a single complaint. I messaged them on WhatsApp and they reply fast. The scooters themselves are in perfect condition and cheap to rent. They even deliver the scooter to your place for 100 pesos. The guy was always nice, helpful and polite. Get your scooter here.
