The staff were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Proper good guys, made the whole off-road buggy experience great fun, kept it relaxed, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The whole thing was epic, to be honest, and the only downside was that it went by far too quickly. Big shout as well to the driver who drove us from the hotel and back. He genuinely couldn't have been any better, especially with a child. She absolutely loved him, and he was brilliant with her the whole time. All in, such a good experience and one we'd 100% do again. Next time we're over, we'd definitely book the full-day one.

Excellent and safe experience. We went with three families, including high school and college students. Rented quads for all. The staff was friendly, informative and very safe. None of us had driven a quad before and they made sure we had a great time. The guides were great if you can get them.

We did a 3h buggy tour for 2 with transport from and back to the hotel and it was amazing, fun and well organized. It went smoothly with no overwaiting time (thanks to the driver !). The experience itself consisted on driving alternatively from normal road to off-road (it has some funny paths that can give you a bit of sensations/adrenaline) to visit an old castle with a lovely view, a nice little goji farm, and a stop at a cafe to have a little break. We didn't had speed issue as the average speed was between 40 to 50km/h (sometimes a little bit over 50) so it was very funny but under control thanks to our guide Cardoso who was very nice and friendly. He speaks very well english and did his best to make our buggy tour a cool experience. Felt no pressure about timing and he let us have enough time to enjoy each stop. 100% recommended. Ask for Daniel - he's efficient, polite and gets you in and out fast! Great fun on these mopeds! 125 cc. Gets up to 90 kph which is as fast as you want to go around the mean streets of Albufeira!!! Used the motorbike all day and only used up about €5 worth of fuel.

We had an incredible time as a group of 6 with Algarve Riders on our buggy tour — truly one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we arrived, everything was well organised, professional, and easygoing. Our tour leader, João, was fantastic — super friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt safe while still having tons of fun. He took us through some stunning Algarve landscapes, with a great mix of off-road excitement and scenic stops to take it all in. João also shared some interesting local insights and made the whole experience feel very personal and fun. The buggies were in great condition, the trails were exhilarating without being too extreme, and the entire ride was just the right length to get your adrenaline fix while also appreciating the natural beauty of the region. Highly recommend Algarve Riders if you're looking for a fun and adventurous way to explore the Algarve. And if you get João as your guide — you're in for a treat!

Our 6-hour buggy tour with ❤️‍🔥 Algarve Riders ❤️‍🔥was simply fantastic!! We explored the beautiful Algarve countryside, experiencing various landscapes along the way. Great service and tour for the price you pay, we went out on a double quad for €70. Majority of it been off road, plenty of sights to see we stopped for drinks half way through the tour and was told about loads of history and the sustainability of the land. Plenty of facts from a well educated tour representative 10/10 if you’re in the Algarve would definitely recommend 100%

Went on the full day buggy tour. Thought be great opportunity to get some amazing photos.( which I did )👌 + ended up with a full day adrenaline junkie day off roading as well 😜 Our guide FRED was so professional and very informative with information of the tour and the history of the area…… Sometimes it’s the guide on the tour that makes the tour exciting and interesting FRED definitely did that . Fred its a 10 👍from me ……. The buggy tour is excellent value for money and it was amazing to be out & about around old Portugal’s amazing countryside……. I would highly recommend Algarve riders & I’ll definitely be back to do it again 👍 Thanks for making my first time off roading so memorable & special…. Chris Roscoe 😘

What a great day out! My wife and I did the 90min quad experience, and it was brilliant fun! Our guides Thomas and Ben gave a great brief, helmets, goggles, and coveralls (as it was raining at the start) - the whole thing was super safe; with just the right amount of excitement! Totally fine for beginners, it’s not a race, but I found enough speed on the roads, plenty of off road trickery! Highly entertaining! Thanks guys!

Did the 3 hour tour in the buggy and it was fantastic. Our tour leader fred was great with loads of information about the local area and great fun too. Buggies were super easy to drive and the tour leader will talk you through it all. We booked the pick up option and if was definitely worth it. Picked up on time and dropped back after to the hotel. Anyone doing this tour buy the face gator/scarf they have available. Me and my girlfriend didn't see them and we regretted it. Loads and loads of dust but great fun. Thanks Fred

Did a 3hour buggy Tour… and hands down the best experience I have had so far.. it was my first time driving a buggy and it was amazing, our tour guide Fred just made the experience so much better. He was very interactive, very knowledgeable, and always made sure we were safe but had fun with the buggy’s when ever possible… would highly do this tour and if Fred is guiding you then you will definitely enjoy!!

Everything went perfect. The personel was very sweet and helpfull. When I came back with the scooter it had a crack in the plastic surrounding the exhaust pipe but because they took pictures of everything at the pickup day, they could see that it was already there when I got it. Super service!

Excellent experience, originally booked the quads but my son didn't know they didn't have seat belts and got scared. They upgraded us to a buggy with seat belts so we were still able to go on the tour.

Hired 3 double buggies for the 3hr tour starting at 0830. WOW, 6 lads on a stag it was brilliant. The tour has a couple stops which are lovely but the main reason for this tour is to create massive clouds of dust and foot down dune buggy fun! It did not disappoint. Staff were spot on and while safety was always first were a good laugh! Would 100% recommend the dust scarf. Some of us didn't and regretted it as you end up with mouth and lungs filled with bugs and dust. Everyone left with massive grins. Would 100% recommend. Thank you very much Algarve Riders.

We booked a full day buggy tour in advance of holiday to surprise our wives. We cannot fault the service from booking until the day we arrived. Safety talk and instruction on using the buggy's was informative and Paulo our guide for the day was so knowledgeable about the Algarve. The off road tracks and scenery was amazing we also had a fantastic lunch. We all had an amazing day even our wives loved it. We would all highly recommend this as a day out to see the real Algarve.

We did the 3 hours double quad tour with Francisco and it was brilliant. He took us around the places we wouldn't have thought to go and could tell us lots of facts about the local area including: the Castelo Paderne, Orange groves, local villages and the Carob plants. We would really recommend this if your wanting something different and to see the Algarve from a different viewpoint. Special thanks again to Francisco 🙌

Absolutely beautiful day!! Went on full day quad tour in the mountains. Our two guides were absolutely fantastic and safety was a priority. They were very knowledgeable about the local area and took us to some beautiful sites. The place we stopped for lunch was breathtaking and food was lovely. Well worth the money and would recommend this trip to everyone with an adventurous spirit. 5 stars from us.

We did the 3hr. ATV tour with Carlos and Thomas. I was sceptical at first with the solid axle Kawasaki Brute's they were using, but it ended up being a blast! Great equipment, great tour leaders. Awesome experience and beautiful sight seeing through the country side. You will not be disappointed, go do it.

We went on a 1,5 hour beginner tour and it was amazing!! My mother and i shared a quad and switched places halfway through. the instructors keep an eye on everyone to make sure everything was alright. Amazing experience!
