If you want to tour Portugal I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. JG was extremely accommodating. I had a rough route in mind when I showed up and he gave me a map with a whole itinerary for the time I had the motorbike. He responds promptly, speaks perfect English, and is there if you need anything along the way. The 2025 Africa twin I rented was in perfect condition when I showed up. Very happy with my experience with these guys. 10/10

JG is incredible. I was in Porto for 36 hours and was itching to see the city by motorcycle. I contacted him at 9am for a rental and we were riding by 11:30am and only just for a day. The motorbikes are in pristine condition and many to choose from. If I come back to Porto I will absolutely be reaching out to him again!

I rented several motorcycles from João recently and it was a great experience all the way through. The booking, motorcycle selection, and the overall rental experience were great. The motorbikes were ready on-time and were in excellent condition. We received great advice from João on can’t-miss roads and areas to see in Portugal and Spain which fueled our exploration. I would absolutely rent again and will likely sign up for Morocco tour in the future.

Great service from JG who drove down from Porto to Lisbon to drop the motorbike off and pick it up. Also very welcome was lots of good advice about the type of motorbike and tyres to use when riding off-road. I highly recommend Moto Rentour if you’re looking to hire a motorbike in Portugal or Spain, I’ll definitely be using them again when I return.

Fabulous! Excellent communications, great location for collection/drop off, close to the city and airport but not right in the city centre. Much easier for getting away to the good stuff immediately. Motorcycle in excellent condition and perfect service. Jorge is very available to give information and advice, responding immediately by email and telephone. Punctual both when we got the motorbike and when we returned it. The headquarters are also convenient, a few kilometers from the center of Porto, easy to reach with Huber.

Sept 2021 No problem using JG excellent Motorbike hire service again , this time tried out the new Africa Twin for 5 days and was well impressed , excellent friendly reliable service which is hard to find these days. I could recommend this type of hire to anyone and when you do the figures , if you get the cheap flights into Porto ( in our case ) then it actually costs less to hire than to ride your own motorbike , you also save a few days travel and the 2000 odd miles plus wear & tear go on the hire motorbike !!! We rented a BMW for 5 days for a self drive trip from Porto. Had a great experience with JG. He was extremely helpful from the start, from when we were planning our trip until when we returned the motorcycle. Very informative, easy to deal with and very accommodating. The motorbike was dropped and collected from our hotel with no hassle. The motorbike we got was in great condition, as new and we had no issues with it when travelling around. Would definitely recommend using this company for motorbike rental, should we plan another motorbike trip in Portugal we would not hesitate to book with Moto Rentour

My wife and I rented a GS 750 and a GS 850 from Joao in Germany. At the handover in September he explained the motorcycles to us very well. Everything that we had additionally ordered was mounted on the motorcycles (GPS, suitcase). We washed the motorcycles freshly and took them over well and were able to travel carefree through beautiful Portugal for 14 days. If we had any questions, we always reached Joao by phone and he was able to help us immediately, which is really a very good service. He was also happy to fulfill short-term requests (pick up your motorcycle from the hotel). As a result, we had nice additional hours of free time that we enjoyed spending in Porto. Joao , the owner is a very nice guy and tries to solve everything for your convinience. He brought me the motorbike to the place I was staying and fetched it there again . I switched bykes in between , without no problem. He gives you some extras for free and the overall renting price is very good compared to others. I was very happy beeing recomended to this guy. Will hire for sure again in the future.

I rented a BMW R 1250GS from MOTO RENTOUR on the 25th September. Price was very competitive, the motorbike was 6 months old with less than 6.000 kms and when I arrived to pick-up the motorbike it was ready and quite clean. The guys were great, friendly and booking and payment was a breeze. I recommend it!

A highly recommended rental service if you are in the Porto district. Very good and professional treatment. He had an appointment to pick up the motorcycle in the afternoon and he called me to let me know if he could pick it up in the morning at no cost. They adapt to you. I rented the BMW GS1200 and everything was perfect, free suitcases with the rental. Very good experience to tour Portugal on a motorcycle.

I had an amazing weekend with a BMW F850GS. The motorcycle was brand new and top spec model. Super responsive engine, handling was great. Saddle being the only negative point as it's too hard for long rides. The company owner is super friendly and flexible even upgrading my motorbike choice on the spot. Certainly a great pick for people visiting the country on two roads wheels. Lovely roads and weather. To repeat and recommend to others.

For two days in may 19 a friend and I were renting the BMW F850GS. Our tour led us about 500km across the Douro Valley and I can just say: Man what a biker paradise. The roads were awesome, partly challenging and just smoothe to ride. Also the motorbikes were ideal for the terrain, perfectly equipped and in good shape. So I can fully recommend this motorbike rental, (try to avoid dropping your motorbike, as my friend did ;)
