Perfect experience. Verry good price, bike had only 700km and i got an upgrade. i have been contacted the day before by whatsapp with instructions for deposit. When i was onsite, i just text by whatsapp with rental company. The bike was at the airport with keys in a locker and helmet as requested. I sent some pictures and get the code before starting my week. At the end same process pictures of the bike and where i parked it. 2*5 minutes and everything was perfect. Ask for Matias !! Very genuine and kind hearted. First impression speaking to him made me feel like speaking to a friend. Very good motorcycle collection. From BMW to Honda to Yamaha. They have got it all. Probably the best in Ibiza. Very friendly and easy to rent. Read good reviews for this Cafe and booked it right away. Met Matias who was very friendly and helped me choose the right motorcycle. He gave options with explanation of various motorcycles. Simple process, was quick with documentation. fair and transparent pricing. Though I booked at the last minute, there was no surge pricing. Had a great ride. Return was simple and easy. Was running late for the flight. Matias dropped me back to airport. Such a helpful and lovely person. Don't look for any other rental place on Ibiza. They deliver motorcycles right at the airport. Within minutes you are off to a new adventure in Ibiza !!!

Great experience. Made a reservation online (one of the few scooter shops that has a modern functional website). I arrived to pick up the scooter, filled out some quick paperwork and was on my way. Scooter was in good condition and great to get around the island. It was an easy return and they processed my deposit refund immediately. Helpful friendly staff. Highly recommended

I can't say anything other than perfect!!! We arrived in Ibiza at dawn, with the electrical storm, suffered, our flight was delayed three hours. Super exhausted and nervous. We informed JotaCafe of the delay, and indeed when we arrived at the airport our motorcycle was there in perfect condition. Thank you JotaCafe for your service, you have helped us enjoy the island on a motorcycle. If we return to Ibiza, we will not hesitate to hire another motorcycle with you.

The best place to rent a moto in Ibiza. Thanks a lot for the support and help. It was our first time in Ibiza and skeptical to hire a moto but My Ibiza Scooter made the process so simple. It is very convinient to go around the town with a moto with you. A big thanks to Luca. Only because of him I chose to rent the moto from this company. He was so helpful and kind. Perfect scooter hire. A scooter with a full tank of petrol cost us £27.50 to hire with a €100 deposit. We were given two clean helmets and the motorbike had lockable storage. We did just over 130k in the day around the island. In that time we used one tank of petrol at a cost of €6.14. The motorbike performed faultlessly with 2 big men on it. NO issues returning the motorbike. I thought it was great service overall
