Top service! We rented two 125cc scooters, both in perfect working order and in excellent condition. The service is convenient and transparent, with no unwanted surprises. The staff is friendly and available to answer any questions or problems. The location is very convenient, just steps from the port of Formentera. I highly recommend it!

Everything went very well. We rented a scooter without a reservation and were greeted with a smile. Daily rentals are cheaper than other rental agencies nearby. The agency is near the port and closes at 7 pm, but it's possible to rent a scooter later, even after closing time. A credit card was required for the deposit, but we didn't have one, so we had to pay the deposit, which was returned to us the next day. The service was very quick and efficient. I highly recommend them!

An unbeatable experience! The bike has hardly any mileage and runs perfectly, and the helmets are in perfect condition! You can tell they restock often! The top case for the second helmet is very useful! The shop staff were super friendly, and everything was very quick thanks to the online reservation! We'll definitely be back!

We had a great experience with this company. We enjoyed our holiday in Formentera getting around on their motorbike: the motorbike was in perfect condition, ran very well, and we also got new helmets (we also rented a top case and a phone holder, which were very useful). The staff at the office were very friendly. We would definitely use them again.

The staff was very helpful to everyone, the motorcycles were excellent, in perfect condition, and clean. The only downside was the closing time, but everything else was perfect! I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, they have a huge selection of motorcycles. Perhaps the only downside is that they close too early at 7 pm and you have to leave the motorcycle in a garage and the keys in a mailbox until the next day when they reopen and return your deposit. At first, we weren't too keen on this, but I have to say we didn't have any problems and the next day at 10 am we had our money back.

On Saturday we went to Formentera for the day and rented two 125cc scooters to explore the island. Renting them from Cooltra was a great decision; the scooter pick-up was quick and there were no queues. The staff were fantastic; they were very friendly and explained the return process to their parking lot since it was after their office closed.
