Good place to rent a motorbike

The Hertz Ride office in Madrid was easy to get to. Picking up the motorcycle was a breeze and Luis (the Manager) was very quick to respond to my questions. I rented a Moto Morini X-Cape with about 13,500 kms on it. Rode about 1,700 kms without any issues. The moto came with good-sized steel side cases and a top case that fit my needs for the 8-day ride.

Hello everyone. I've reserved BMW R1250 GS GS for a 5 days on March 2022. The Hertz Office in Madrid especially Mr. Luis Garcia was very helpful and communicative and answered all my questions and doubts. All went smooth and easy. Everything on time in place. They gave me brand new 1250 GS so I've enjoyed my trip so much. After the trip he was waiting for me to pick up my motorbike. All went very well I did't pay any extra unpredictable and hidden costs and any extra provisions. I had the best experience with travel motorbike. Fast and very god support for all my questions. I wanted to travel to Marokko and the arranged all the paperwork on short notice. The motorbike had 5000kms and was perfect. When I wanted to rent longer it was no problem. So I extended my stay in Marokko for at least a week. After two weeks I came back two days earlier then expected. After asking for a refund it was all arranged within two days. I would recommend this company for sure! Professional, Nice and fair!

My brother and I rented motorbikes in Madrid. The manager, Luis Garcia, was fantastic. He communicated with us via email and phone before we began our rental. On the final day of rental, he opened early so I could return my motorbike early in order to catch my plane home. Bikes are great. Excellent condition. Rental area is neat and clean.

The trips I have taken with it, especially the Silk Road (a whole month of adventure) have been totally satisfactory, little anecdotes and some anger that Chema has been able to solve with a smile, kind words and a beer. Good decisions during the route, safety on the route since Chema is an experienced and "top class" rider from whom I learn a little every time I go out with him on a trip. Camino made every effort to offer me the best conditions for renting a motorcycle and taking the tour. I don't forget Victor, just GREAT. 100% recommended. Congratulations Travelbike team.

RENT HERE! Absolutely fantastic experience. Got a brand new motorbike - only 700km on it - and it performed spectacularly over 25 days throughout Iberia. Extremely good prices, including very reasonable brand-new helmet rental. Extremely responsive service from Luis - overall had the trip of a life time thanks to Hertz Ride!

The best place to rent a touring motorbikes in Madrid. Staff with a high professionality, all my questions related to the renting was solved immediately. The maintenance of the motorbike rented was in excellent conditons. Only I have a bad point; the access is not very convenient for travellers from abroad who arrived from the airport, it would fantastic if the shop would located near to the airport.

My brother and I rented a couple of motorcycles for a trip in Spain last week. The motorbikes were both great and well equipped with luggage capacity. We had a BMW 750F and a Honda 750. Pick up and drop off was really easy and the manager, Luis Rodriguez was super flexible in extending the return date for my brother when he decided to tour for a few extra days. Luis was also willing to keep our suitcases while we biked, alleviating a big worry for us. He also advised on the best route to take through Baque Country. Weather was perfect too. Overall, Hertz Ride Madrid really made our motorcycle tour of Spain go flawlessly. Thanks to Luis and the Hertz Ride organization.

Wife and I rented a Ducati V2 Multistrada for a 12 day trip through southern Spain. The V2 was not available so we were upgraded to the V4 Multistrada! As a long time Ducati owner, I was very happy to be able to rent a motorbike I was familiar and comfortable with. Luis's support was phenomenal at pickup and dropoff. The motorbike had brand new Pirelli tires, and because we eneded up riding 2700 km, I was very thankful. In a previous trip in a previous country, I had a rear tire wear out during a trip. Our first day out we got stopped by snow a couple times and in the end pretty much ran out of fuel doing a lot of backtracking. We did manage to got it worked out with locals in a tiny remote town, but Luis was available and called me back and was willing to help if necessary. I was able to bring my Garmin Zumo XT, the powered mount, RAM handlebar mount, and the power cable for my wife's heated jacket. The Ducati battery is easily accessible under the front seat, no tools other than a screwdriver needed, and a few minutes of time to install both. Having my own GPS, with my own tracks and info, was a huge plus for me, the last trip we did we got stuck with a TomTom GPS that does not match the Garmin for functionality or features, it was a miserable experience. So overall a great experience with the motorcycle condition, the location, the ease of pickup and dropoff, and luggage storage while we were gone. Thanks Hertz Ride Madrid and thank you Luis. Kyle

Excellent attention, excellent motorcycles. I have rented a BMW R1200GS for a partial tour of Spain for 6 days and everything has been perfect. The bike, somewhat veteran (2013), but in very good maintenance conditions and 100% reliable. I live in the USA and communication has been good. On the site, the attention of Hugo, the manager, has been exceptional. Thank you very much Blafermotos, my trip has been wonderful as the expectations we had.
