I just made my first rental with MOMOVEN, I didn't even know it existed, but everything has been very easy, you really get in touch with the owner of the motorcycle and it's very easy to get to a city and use a motorcycle for as long as you need. Recommended

My brother and I rented a couple of motorcycles for a trip in Spain last week. The motorbikes were both great and well equipped with luggage capacity. We had a BMW 750F and a Honda 750. Pick up and drop off was really easy and the manager, Luis Rodriguez was super flexible in extending the return date for my brother when he decided to tour for a few extra days. Luis was also willing to keep our suitcases while we biked, alleviating a big worry for us. He also advised on the best route to take through Baque Country. Weather was perfect too. Overall, Hertz Ride Madrid really made our motorcycle tour of Spain go flawlessly. Thanks to Luis and the Hertz Ride organization.

Wife and I rented a Ducati V2 Multistrada for a 12 day trip through southern Spain. The V2 was not available so we were upgraded to the V4 Multistrada! As a long time Ducati owner, I was very happy to be able to rent a motorbike I was familiar and comfortable with. Luis's support was phenomenal at pickup and dropoff. The motorbike had brand new Pirelli tires, and because we eneded up riding 2700 km, I was very thankful. In a previous trip in a previous country, I had a rear tire wear out during a trip. Our first day out we got stopped by snow a couple times and in the end pretty much ran out of fuel doing a lot of backtracking. We did manage to got it worked out with locals in a tiny remote town, but Luis was available and called me back and was willing to help if necessary. I was able to bring my Garmin Zumo XT, the powered mount, RAM handlebar mount, and the power cable for my wife's heated jacket. The Ducati battery is easily accessible under the front seat, no tools other than a screwdriver needed, and a few minutes of time to install both. Having my own GPS, with my own tracks and info, was a huge plus for me, the last trip we did we got stuck with a TomTom GPS that does not match the Garmin for functionality or features, it was a miserable experience. So overall a great experience with the motorcycle condition, the location, the ease of pickup and dropoff, and luggage storage while we were gone. Thanks Hertz Ride Madrid and thank you Luis. Kyle

The Hertz Ride office in Madrid was easy to get to. Picking up the motorcycle was a breeze and Luis (the Manager) was very quick to respond to my questions. I rented a Moto Morini X-Cape with about 13,500 kms on it. Rode about 1,700 kms without any issues. The moto came with good-sized steel side cases and a top case that fit my needs for the 8-day ride.

On the final day of rental, he opened early so I could return my motorbike early in order to catch my plane home. Bikes are great. Excellent condition. Rental area is neat and clean.

I rented a Kymco Agility City 125 from them for 5 months and I was delighted! I needed it for my seasonal work on the island of Mallorca. Being a foreigner and not working for the company, I asked the guys at the office a thousand questions and they were always kind, helpful and very patient. As soon as the bike needed an oil and filter change, they gave me an identical replacement bike, and I found it ready in the same workshop where I had to bring the bike for the oil changes. I found a very special availability and human understanding in the guys at Momoven, I totally recommend them.

Great experience. Renting was easy and straight forward. Luis was great to work with. When there was a mechanical issue with the motorbike I reserved, he contacted me prior to my arrival and offered an upgraded motorbike at no additional cost. When/if I return to Madrid, I will use again.

Saturday course + Sunday route!! It is worth doing both things, on the course you let go and on the route you ENJOY!! Spectacular circuit, family attention!! The course with Javi and Garcy was great, always attentive, explaining and correcting. There is a very well prepared rest area. The route on Sunday with Garcy BRUTAL!!! You have fun and he always helps you and advises you, if he has to get off the motorbike 30 times he does it!! SAFE AND ADVISABLE COURSE + ROUTE SUCCESS. First experience was very good. I rented a motorbike, initially from a private individual and for reasons beyond my control I had to change to one of their fleet, in question an MT-07. The motorbike had some dust and signs of use from previous rentals but they were all registered (except 2), so there was no problem in that sense. In the two days of use (I did almost 600km) it was incredible, no strange or strange things, it worked great, it had 5500km, it was new. Picking it up and returning it was the simplest thing there is, really, they explain everything step by step and it was very comfortable. The attention on their part was very good, even solving the problem of the initial rental at 10pm at night. It was definitely good for me to try the MT since it was a motorbike that I had planned to buy, I will probably rent a Z900 and some other to finally decide, although I want to try a Trail So even if I buy one I will surely continue being a user.
