I picked up a 1300 GS from the rental shop and spent a month touring Espana, Portugal, France, Switzerland and Italy. It was fantastic. I had no problems with the motorbike or the pick up and drop off. The rental shop did a great job.

The rental shop is in a great location, and the staff are helpful and accommodating. The BMW 1250 was in excellent condition and ready to go when we arrived. It's worth paying attention to the small details in the insurance policy, as this rental shop does not offer full coverage without a deductible. The trip was amazing, and we had a perfect time in Spain.

My experience with the rental shop got off to a bit of a rocky start. While the bike itself was in good condition, the speedometer wasn't working and the mileage wasn't tracking due to an ABS system error. Communication was easy enough, though there were some delays. Toward the end of the rental period, things got tense with the manager, and we had a bit of a falling out - though I admit that was partly my fault as well. In the end, we managed to reach an agreement, and the rental shop even extended my rental for an extra day free of charge. Despite the ups and downs, I'm very grateful to the rental shop and would definitely use them again. I appreciate companies that genuinely try to find common ground and meet their customers halfway.

G'day, I picked up my Ducati Multistrada V4S from the rental shop in Madrid for a 14 Day loop around Portugal and Spain with a group of mates. The staff member was really helpful and good communication as on arrival my front tyre was fairly worn and we had a 5000km round trip planned but to their credit they were perfectly fine for me to replace tyre along the trip as needed and would refund me on return of motorbike. To their credit this was done without an issue. The motorbike worked flawlessly and we all had a sensational trip. Taxi rank conveniently located outside shop which made pick up and drop off so much easier.

Trail riding initiation course + route. I had a great experience. If you're switching from a road motorbike to a trail motorbike, as I did, consider taking a course like this. Excellent experience, great communication, organization, and friendly people. I've learned how to handle my motorbike, acquired essential basic knowledge, and gained confidence. As I gain more experience, I'll definitely take a more advanced course.

Everything was perfect. Since we picked up the scooter on Saturday, the day they were closing, the owner sent his employee specifically to deliver it to us. The scooter was new and perfect, and when I asked if I was allowed to ride in the city center, I received prompt and clear answers. Our vacation in Madrid was perfect, thanks in part to the rental shop! Highly recommended!!!

Great experience. Renting was easy and straight forward. Luis was great to work with. When there was a mechanical issue with the motorbike I reserved, he contacted me prior to my arrival and offered an upgraded motorbike at no additional cost. When/if I return to Madrid, I will use again.

First experience was very good. I rented a motorbike, initially from a private individual and for reasons beyond my control I had to change to one of their fleet, in question an MT-07. The motorbike had some dust and signs of use from previous rentals but they were all registered (except 2), so there was no problem in that sense. In the two days of use (I did almost 600km) it was incredible, no strange or strange things, it worked great, it had 5500km, it was new. Picking it up and returning it was the simplest thing there is, really, they explain everything step by step and it was very comfortable. The attention on their part was very good, even solving the problem of the initial rental at 10pm at night. It was definitely good for me to try the MT since it was a motorbike that I had planned to buy, I will probably rent a Z900 and some other to finally decide, although I want to try a Trail So even if I buy one I will surely continue being a user.

My brother and I rented a couple of motorcycles for a trip in Spain last week. The motorbikes were both great and well equipped with luggage capacity. We had a BMW 750F and a Honda 750. Pick up and drop off was really easy and the manager, Luis Rodriguez was super flexible in extending the return date for my brother when he decided to tour for a few extra days. Luis was also willing to keep our suitcases while we biked, alleviating a big worry for us. He also advised on the best route to take through Baque Country. Weather was perfect too. Overall, Hertz Ride Madrid really made our motorcycle tour of Spain go flawlessly. Thanks to Luis and the Hertz Ride organization.

My brother and I rented motorbikes in Madrid. The manager, Luis Garcia, was fantastic. He communicated with us via email and phone before we began our rental. On the final day of rental, he opened early so I could return my motorbike early in order to catch my plane home. Bikes are great. Excellent condition. Rental area is neat and clean.
