Absolutely top-notch scooter rental – cannot recommend enough From the very first moment this place just felt right. The owner was always reachable, super friendly, and the whole team was honestly one of the nicest and funniest crews we met during our trip. Very relaxed vibe, but at the same time highly professional. You immediately feel you’re in good hands. We did have a couple of small issues during the rental — nothing dramatic — but what really stood out was how they were handled. The owner took care of everything instantly, calmly, and in a very professional way. No discussions, no stress, just solutions. That alone already deserves 5 stars. Then came the worst part: I managed to crash the scooter and it fell on its side. There were damages all along one side of the scooter, and the front wheel alignment was clearly off - to be honest, I was pretty worried. In Thailand you never really know what’s coming next in such situations — you’re not an expert yourself, you’re under time pressure, and in theory they could charge whatever they want. We also had to leave shortly after, which made it even more stressful. But again: the owner was unbelievably fair. He checked everything transparently, explained the damages, and the final costs were way, way lower than I expected. From my perspective, the amount we paid just covered the actual damage — nothing more, nothing shady, no tourist trap behavior at all. That level of fairness is rare. Bottom line: You can recommend this place to literally anyone. Don’t waste time checking other rentals — just come here. You simply cannot go wrong. Huge thanks again to the owner and the whole team.
