We rented a motorbike from Moto Rentals and highly recommend their services to everyone! The motorbike was in excellent condition, and their customer service and communication were outstanding. They delivered the motorbike to our hotel and picked it up when we were done. Even when we impulsively booked a tour and returned later than planned, they were very flexible and rescheduled the pickup at no extra cost. This was the best service we've experienced in Thailand so far!

It was my pleasure to use Krabi moto rental services. Bikes were in good condition as many of them were almost new and even a bit older ones were in great condition. Reaching them via whats app was super easy and service was exellent. Joe (the owner) is native english speaker so it was super easy to communicate with him. Prices are very good and as I said motorbikes are much better than at many competetors. I will use them again as soon as I get back to Ao Nang. Highly recommend 👍🏽

I wanted to start my motorcycle adventure on Krabi. I chose this company after Google reviews. I had several hours of driving on the left and in Thai traffic. Then Joe prepared me, despite adversity, for my exam date at the Department of Transportation. He was with me during every visit to the office. I obtained my Thai driver's license after the first exam - they prepared me so well. I had limited time because I am going to further explore Thailand. We finished everything in a week. Joe along with his staff took care of me and gave me good advice. If you are looking for someone to teach you how to drive in Thailand, I recommend only this company!

Highly recommend renting a scooter from Joe. We rented a Honda Click and ?Yamaha Lexi for 250 baht/day each. They were both in good condition. Both had phone holders (a necessity in my opinion), and the Lexi scooter was big enough to very comfortably fit two of us when we wanted to ride together. Joe was kind enough to meet us where we were and drive us back to the shop to acquire the motorbikes. He picked the motorbikes up from our hotel and it was super hassle free. And as a bonus he even recommended tons of nice places to visit and pinned the locations to my phone for me. Overall, a great experience. We would rent from Joe again.

After reading through multiple reviews of motorcycle rentals in Krabi I decided to message Krabi Motor Rental. The guy promptly reply and gave me a great quotation. This was a month before my arrival and I messaged him again two weeks prior to update on my arrival and was informed he just bought a batch of Yamaha Fazzio and I could be getting a newish motorbike. Got a motorbike with 270 km odometer reading on the day of my rental, I basically got a brand new bike! The Fazzio is also a great motorbike for long journey. We rode pillion with my wife with two backpacks all the way to Koh Lanta and back to Krabi with no issue. Enough power and top speed of about 80 km/h which is comfortable enough to ride on the Thai roadways. The motorbike was delivered to Krabi airport so I can save up on my taxi ride to Ao Nang. My flight was delayed and still they patiently wait for my arrival to hand over the motorbike. Should totally get in contact with Krabi Motor Rental if you need a motorbike in Krabi. Great service with zero nonsense. Bikes are in great condition and the service is top notch. Thank you.

Joe is the best. Gave me an almost new motorbike. Good price and took cash as deposit. When it was time to return the motorbike, he even made trip to my hotel to pick up the motorbike. Would recommend 10/10

I reached here on this page via google search. I contacted Joe through a call. He was polite while talking and well responsive. We landed at noon and asked for motorbike. He asked to check after 4pm since there was only one motorbike available with him and it was in a garage for some repairing. He got the motorbike and contacted me back but since the motorbike just came out of garage, he decided to keep it with him and somehow, he arranged another motorbike - Honda Click for us. It was really a thoughtful to not to give just repaired motorbike to us. He dropped the motorbike in the hotel we stayed. Just minor paperwork, passport photo and 2000tbh were collected as a deposit. He guided well regarding the driving and parking rules. Driving two while was not problem for me since in my home Country, India I am used to drive a motorbike. Entire deposit was given back to me without any hassle while returning the motorbike. Would definitely recommend him for hiring the motorbike if you are visiting the Krabi.

If you are in Krabi, rent from no where else. The staff here went above and beyond to assist me providing guides of routes to get the most out of our trip , talking through the insurance provided upon renting the motorbike, being flexible, understanding and helpful when my banks played up and going out of there way to help with anything I asked of them even if iy included attaching phone holders to the motorbike at my hotel while I was not there, collecting the motorbike on return from my hotel at a silly time in the morning and assisting dropping it off in the pouring rain. The motorbike was solid and rode exceptionally well, the best cluth and breaks I have felt on any rental so they are very well maintained. And above all of this, the price was the best I received after chasing every other scooter rental shop in Krabi, who know most foreign visitors do not know a reasonable price for a motorbike and charging double prices. Want to feel safe, looked after, supported, get a solid motorbike and at a great rate, look no futher. (Special credit to Joe)

We highly recommend this scooter rental company! We were very pleased with our experience. The scooters were practically new, well-maintained and in excellent condition, which made the ride comfortable and safe. The owners are very nice and very approachable - it was easy to get along with them and get everything sorted out. You can see right away that they care about their customers. The staff also deserve praise, they were extremely helpful, smiling and happy to answer all our questions. If you are looking for a reliable place with new equipment and fantastic service, this is the place to go. We definitely recommend and will definitely come back here next time!

These guys were absolutely amazing. I originally requested for the Honda Rebel, but unfortunately, it was unavailable. Joe promptly responded stating that the RE Classic 350 was available and it was a blessing in disguise because I fell in love with the motorbike. A couple of their guys transported the motorbike to my hostel and it was a smooth process (although they spoke broken English). I fell sick and extended my stay. During this time, I had requested to extend the rental for an additional two days and Joe was very prompt with his responses and accommodating with the request. It was a seamless process and everything went smoothly. Really great operator, would highly recommend this business AND the Royal Enfield Classic 350 😉

We rented a motorbike for 3 months here. Everything was great. The motorbike was in good condition and the owner is very friendly and willing to help. He delivered the motorbike to our hotel and helped to drop it back. The price is good, the deposit was returned without issues. Write him beforehand, so he has time to prepare everything. He is often out of home, so do not just come there, always call or write first.

Called the team for a motorbike, they explained in clear English over the phone what models they had in stock which would suit my needs. Then 30 minutes later a member of their team turned up at my hotel with my motorbike. Signed the contract, paid the security deposit and rental fee and took the keys and was on the road in less than 1 hour from my initial call. Great motorbike, great straight forward service, great experience! Will be back again for sure!

New motorbikes in good conditions & with great brakes, good prices and flexible! I got a 2.4k km 2023 Honda Click. The owner Joe is very friendly, speaks perfect English & is great at clearing up details! When I had a small crash he very generously helped me sort out the repair deal at the Honda shop and made sure I didn't pay for the previous damages - very honest! He also gave me a secondary motorbike to ride during the repairs which was great! Overall awesome place, will rent here again in the future, thanks Joe and all the best!

Very nice company, rented a scooter for 2 weeks, after one week decided to change to more powerful, so no problem with that. Deliver in Krabi to your hotel. Speaks very good English, so that is a relief. For renting need to leave a deposite in cash and a picture of your passport. Recommend.

I had a super experience renting a motorbike here. The Yamaha Nmax I rented was a brand-new motorbike in great condition. The rental price was reasonable and it was easy to communicate with the owner. Moreover, I wanted to have a trunk for the motorbike, so I asked Joe and for a small extra payment he ordered a special rack for this model and installed the trunk in a few days. Thus I'm satisfied with the service provided and definitely can recommend this motorbike rental.

Very nice guy! I wanted a motorbike to go to Khao sok national park and to visit krabi and it worked perfectly! They even brought the motorbike to my hotel so I didn’t have to move! The owner (Joe) is very transparent and practical! I recommend it!

I hired an Xmax 300 scooter from Krabi Moto it was a fantastic scooter in great condition perfect for two people looking for comfort. The service was excellent super easy to deal with turned up when they said the whole thing was a relaxed process. They allowed me to have the scooter even though my deposit didn’t hit their account that day and just held my passport instead. If you’re in Krabi and want a scooter or a motorcycle these are the guys to go to.

I contacted Joe to rent a motorbike during my stay in Krabi. The scooter I requested was not available and he recommended another one (Honda Click), cheaper and sufficient for what I needed.
