A very positive motorcycle rental experience in Phuket. We rented a Honda Click 160 for a month, the perfect motorbike for getting around Phuket. The staff was very helpful, flexible and nice, they were quickly reached by phone when there was something to ask. The motorcycle was almost new and in great condition. The price was in line with other rental companies, maybe even a little cheaper. I will continue to rent a motorbike from them when I'm in Phuket!

I recently had the pleasure of renting a motorbike from Chang Thai, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The process of booking the motorbike was smooth and hassle-free, that made selecting the perfect model for my daily needs. Upon arrival at the rental location, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who guided me through the necessary paperwork. The motorbike itself was in good condition, well-maintained. Throughout my rental period of 3 weeks, the motorcycle performed flawlessly, allowing me to explore Phuket after my training sessions. Furthermore, the return process was equally efficient, with the staff conducting a thorough inspection of the motorcycle to ensure that it was returned in the same condition as when I received it. In conclusion, if I stay again in this part of the Chalong I will without hesitation rent again at Chang Thai.

Amazing motorbike rental experience. The staff were super helpful and made it easy renting the motorbike, even being understanding and prompt responding when I needed to extend the rental for an extra day. The motorbike was clean had no issues and they needed only a cash deposit not passport which is a big plus. Highly recommend them👍

Very good experience with this vendor. Was staying at Chalong Resort and they had us transported to the motorbike rental. Staff were very friendly and transaction was simple even for first timers. Travel in Phuket is easy to go everywhere with motorbike. I rent Honda Click 160cc new 2024 and deposit in cash. Easy to check motorbike available by going to their website with clearly information of the price and delivery fee service. I rented 1 week which is more cheaper price than daily rate. Staff is very friendly and explain everything that i want to know. Recommend.

I am very satisfied when experiencing the service here. The owner and staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, communicating in good English. I was also offered a discount when renting a Honda Click 150, the motorbike's condition is very new, no problems during the rental period. They are also willing to deliver the motorbike to your hotel. Highly recommended if you are looking for motorbike rental in Phuket. Best motorbike rental experience in Thailand! Bike was basically new, Honda click 125cc in perfect conditions. I booked the same morning through WhatsApp and arrived in the afternoon with the contract already prepared for me: in and out in five minutes. They have you take a video of the motorbike before taking it, and only require 2000 baht deposit. More importantly, they're a super nice young family, we had flexibility in the return time, and they also pointed us to a wonderful small local market for dinner. Couldn't have asked for more, highly recommended!

Most importantly I experienced good and friendly service. Price was reasonable. Messaging and arrangement in English was easy. They delivered the motorcycle to the hotel as well. Motorcycle was in good condition. We were able to use the motorcycle from Rawai to Chalong to Phuket Old Town with great convenience. The motorcycle comes with a phone holder, so you can use your navigation app conveniently.
