Renting a scooter with the rental shop was an absolute breeze and one of the best decisions of my trip! The scooters were in fantastic condition, reliable, and very well-maintained, which made exploring the area safe and incredibly enjoyable. A massive bonus is that they deliver and pick up the scooters directly from your hotel completely free of charge, this was absolutely amazing and made the whole experience so convenient! The rental shop provided top-notch service. They are super friendly, honest, and truly care about their customers. If you are looking for a trustworthy place to rent a motorbike, I cannot recommend them enough!

I came to Da Nang in April 2026 to train in Muay Thai for three weeks. Honestly, without a motorbike, I wouldn't have seen Vietnam at all. Riding between training sessions helped me clear my head and discover the most remote and hidden corners of local life: rice fields, villages, temples, wild beaches, and long, empty roads. I traveled all around Da Nang itself and visited many places within a 40-60 km radius of the city. I don't regret renting a motorbike from the rental shop, even though it wasn't very close to where I was staying. The motorbike was in excellent condition, and the staff was always available if I had any questions. They gave me a discount for a long-term rental and easily extended it for an extra day without any issues. The only suggestion I have is to offer a wider selection of helmets to choose from. I rented an electric motorbike for a few days and had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with both on WhatsApp and in person. They made sure to give me the charging adapter for the battery so I wouldn't run into issues during my trip. The whole process felt smooth and straightforward, and I appreciated how responsive and helpful they were whenever I had questions. The electric motorbike rode well and made getting around Da Nang and Hoi An really convenient. Would definitely rent from the rental shop again!

100% the best experience & service of any motorbike rental. The rental shop is a family business, extremely kind, accommodating, affordable, reliable and overall one of the best services in the area. I extended my rental with them and I didn't regret booking. The rental is affordable, they pickup & drop off to you for free, and provide additional help and free resources for your trip. The mobile phone holder was a life saver. This is by far the best rental I have dealt with, especially as they provide you with a full tank of fuel/gas (we only paid the difference of 20k (1$) and 35k ($1.8) for multiple days of gas use), they provide all helmet sizes, and are so accommodating. I highly recommend to any fellow Canadians & all tourists!! You will have no issues or worries using their service. Thank you so much!

I had an incredible experience renting from the rental shop during my stay in Da Nang. I was looking for an eco-friendly way to explore the city, and the rental shop provided a brand-new electric scooter that was in perfect condition. The best part? It was easily the cheapest price 120k I found for a daily rental. The staff is professional, honest, and truly cares about customers. To top it all off, when I returned the scooter around 10:30 PM, they went above and beyond with a wonderful gesture. Since it was late, they personally dropped me off at a local landmark! Absolutely top service from start to finish. I contacted the rental shop via WhatsApp through their website, which was very convenient, and they responded extremely quickly. They even asked for my email to send useful tips and information, including great places to visit by scooter, a very nice extra touch. The scooter was delivered directly to our hotel, which was incredibly convenient and saved us from having to take a Grab to their location. Pickup after the rental was also arranged at the hotel, making everything completely hassle-free. You can simply pay afterwards for the fuel you used, and they even charge less than the gas station would, a great deal overall. The scooter itself was in perfect condition. It had a keyless ignition (which turned out to be very convenient), a large storage compartment, comfortable helmets, and even a phone holder, which was ideal for navigation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone renting a scooter in the area, you won't find better service than this!

Great rental! Everything went smoothly. The scooter was new and high quality, and the staff was very helpful - they even offered us temporary luggage storage. The location is close to the train station and the daily price is standard. Note: International driving licence is required for petrol scooters, but you can still rent an electric scooter without it. Recommended!

Fantastic experience renting a motorbike with the rental shop, who so kindly found us a motorbike on Têt Eve (New Year) with pick up and drop off included. The price is so fair and 50cc more than enough for getting around the area and the countryside with no license required. This is the second time I have used this company and I highly recommend them if you are looking to hire motorbikes in the area.

Dude. This guy is the best. He is super knowledgeable, speaks really good English, is honest, understanding and makes you feel comfortable. You can trust him completely. I rented out a yellow electric scooter because I didn't have the international driver's license. I was pretty nervous but he showed me how to use the motorcycle, where to go and answered all of my questions. Just go here. There is a reason this is the best motor motorbike rental shop in Da Nang and maybe in all of Vietnam.

Amazing experience! The rental shop was absolutely fantastic with us. We rented a 50cc motorbike for three days and never had any issues. They were always checking in to make sure we were happy with the motorbike and gave us plenty of great advice. They even provided us with a special map to ride through the countryside to reach My Son - the road was absolutely perfect, far better than taking the main road with trucks and buses. If you need to rent a motorbike in the area, definitely contact them!

We were very pleased with Hoi A Bike Rental. Mike provided excellent customer service from being to end. We had to postpone our trip by a few days due to family reasons and I forgot to notify them of our late arrival. I was pleasantly surprised when they messaged me to follow up on our arrival date and they were very accomodating in adjusting our hire dates. Their drop off and pick up service to our accomodation was very punctual and accompanied by a warm smile and a welcome to Hoi An by Kane. I wasn't happy with our motorbike choice as I requested a 50cc motorbike and wanted something more powerful. I spoke with Mike and he supplied us with a new motorbike first thing the next day. They were very friendly, polite and their service was top notch. Thank you to Mike, Kane and the rest of the team for making this experience a smooth and enjoyable one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to hire a Bike in Hoi An and will use them again when we visit again.

Renting from Hoi A Bike Rental was a great experience! They were very responsive and made it very easy to rent without even needing to pay a deposit. 5/5 Hands down the best motorbike rental experience I've had in Vietnam. They delivered the motorbike right to my hotel and picked it up at the end with no hassle. The staff shared great local tips on hidden spots to visit, checked in midway to make sure everything was going well, and even provided free rain jackets when the weather turned. On top of that, they gave me a small discount because of the rainy days - such thoughtful service! I don't think it could have been better. Highly recommend if you're exploring Hoi An!

Additional helmets, doorstep delivery and pick up, and the best of all their pre loaded google maps to one of a kind routes in regional countryside. This 5 star review is from someone who appreciated the honest advice from this organisation concerning safety. I am 67 year old and had not ridden a motorbike for decades. Booked a 50cc motorbike with them for a trial 1 hour. They delivered the motorbike to me at my accomodation homestay. The pair who did the delivery watched to see what my motorbike skills were like. After seeing me ride a short distance they advised me not to hire. I accepted that advice. While I am disappointed that my motorbike skills are not be as good as they once were, I very much appreciate the candour of this company. They even declined my offer to pay something towards the cosfs they would have incurred in the arborted hire. This speaks highly of their courteous and ethical behaviour, far beyond what would ordinarily be expected.

Minh (Mike) was awesome. Communication was great throughout on WhatsApp and very professional. HABR shared route information and delivered the motorbike on time. I hired a motorbike to ride around Hoi An today but did not feel comfortable as a first timer and requested a cancellation. Mike was very understanding. The "dont worry, we're here to help, we trust you" attitude was very refreshing and very much appreciated. Great service all around and I would not hesitate to recommend them again.

Amazing experience. We took the Electric motorbike and needed no drivers license for it. It's great scooters and will go atleast 100-150 kms in single charge. When your battery level goes below 20%, you can come back to Mr. Lee and he will give you a fully charged vehicle for free. Prices are very good too and also suitable for trip to Hoi An or Coconut village. Thank you Mr. Lee for your hospitality! I can definitely recommend renting a motorbike from here

I was with my sister from another mister who happened to be in Vietnam the same time I was so I flew into HCM and took a direct flight to Da Nang. At first I shared her little electric scooter, then her husband came so I was on my own without a scooter of my own. I decided since I am a bigger guy and wanted more power I rented the Selik 3 batteries burly neon green motorbike. The motorbike was powerful, solid and stylish! In addition, they have several locations in near by areas that you can swap out batteries, like a vending machine with a code. This place is a hidden gem. The owners are super hospitable, honest, and just great people. 5 stars, and I would recommend this uber amazing motorbike rental shop. Do your research, just don't take my word for it.

Mr. Lee is so awesome! I would rate it 10 stars if I could. He was able meet me at 1am for motorbike return and he even drove me to the train station, all with a smile on his face! He communicates clearly through whatsapp, respond quickly, and have fair prices. Since I didn't have an international driver's permit he was able to rent me an electric motorbike which was more than enough to drive to hoi an and back... even swapped my motorbike for one with a full charge one day.
