They are very sweet, speak perfect English and their motorbikes and prices are just fine. We had to return the motorbike more than 24 h later and it wasn’t a problem at all. Super responsive on WhatsApp. 11/10. Helmets, cell phone mount, extra lock - all those w/o extra fee. We toured Hanoi - Ninh Binh -Haiphong - Cat Ba - Ha Long - Hanoi in few days with their motorbike.

Booked a honda xr150l for almost 2 months, the motorbike was in good condition and the service from james along the road was amazing. Its a trustworthy place to hire, he won’t complain about the small damages made during offroading.

Best and cheapest rental place im ha noi. I would higly recommend. We rented 2 Honda 110cc for 2 weeks at 7 usd per day. Bike were great condition with 20000 and 40000 kms on the clock. The trip went no problems but they was always a call is needed. He gives great customer service .i would challenge everyone to get out there on a motorbike and see countryside of Viet Nam. Very very great

I wish there is more than 5 stars to give Vivumotor - the best motorbike rental service we have ever used in Vietnam. We rented an Airblade for our 10-day trip to the North of Vietnam and for the whole journey we did not have even a single issue. Most importantly, Minh is simply amazing - he was always there whenever we need his help!

I asked to rent a motorbike to go to the Northwest, the consultant was very enthusiastic and advised me to choose a Blade 110cc for 160,000 a day. Unexpectedly, it worked very well without any malfunction, they also helped me change the oil. When I returned to Hanoi, they immediately returned the deposit to me at no cost. It's really a 5-star experience ❤️❤️❤️

A group of friends completed the 12-Day North Vietnam Motorcycle Tour and it was nothing short of incredible. From start to finish, this was an adventure of a lifetime, all thanks to the professionalism and dedication of Danny, our guide and the owner of the company. His attention to detail, incredible personality and deep local knowledge made the journey seamless and truly immersive. The route, known as the Great Loop Tour, took us through some of the most breathtaking landscapes in North Vietnam. Every day brought a new highlight, from winding mountain passes to serene villages, giving us a real taste of Vietnamese culture and natural beauty. Danny made sure the journey was both exciting and safe; he provided us with well-maintained Honda CB 500X motorbikes, which were a dream to ride. Reliable and comfortable, these motorbikes handled everything the terrain threw at us with ease. One of the things that stood out to me was the quality of the accommodations and meals. We stayed in clean, comfortable lodgings that gave us a chance to rest well every night, and the food was absolutely delicious, showcasing the best of Vietnamese cuisine. Danny clearly puts a lot of effort into choosing quality stops that reflect local culture and hospitality, ensuring that we were always well cared for. The level of care Danny showed for his group was outstanding. His professionalism and expertise kept us feeling safe and looked after, whether it was a minor motorbike adjustment, guiding us through tricky terrains, or sharing insights into the local culture and history. The major complaint here is that there was nothing to complain about. I would really believe Danny even organized the weather for our tour as we had no rain in 12 days ;) If you’re looking for an authentic, exhilarating experience through North Vietnam with a trustworthy and passionate guide, I can’t recommend this tour enough!

a reliable motorbike rental place. they clearly explained the contract terms and advised me on the most reasonable number of days to rent, then we paid for the amount we used later. they replaced the phone holder and fulfilled all requests. the motorbike was in pretty good condition and there was nothing to complain about. the staff was fluent in English

Travelling solo for the first time, I booked the XR150 from Australia and picked up upon arriving in Hanoi. Communication was great from the first email. I met a number of riders in Vietnam who had rented their motorbikes elsewhere. Many had issues and mechanical failures in their travels, however my motorbike was in excellent condition and did not let me down once in the 1,700kms travelled, with a lot of that riding being off road. Would definitely rent from Rentabike again which I plan to do next year.

Long-standing motorcycle rental in Hanoi. I rented from them in Saigon and as soon as I arrived in Hanoi, I immediately sought out 13535. The quality of the motorbikes is absolutely wonderful 👍. The prices are reasonable and the support is very enthusiastic. I have conquered Northwest Vietnam. I highly encourage everyone to rent from them.

Recently rode the Great Loop Tour with Danny as the guide on the XR150. The tour route was spectacular, a lot of roads would be impossible to find on my own. I especially appreciated Danny’s knowledge on places to stop and eat, food was great the entire tour! The XR150 didn’t miss a beat the entire tour, peace of mind knowing the motorbike is well maintained is priceless. The accommodations were fantastic and were ouch appreciated after some of the longer days of riding. I have nothing but good things to say about the shop, Danny and his staff! Hope to be back at some point, hopefully on the CRF300 next time!
