Rented a scooter around the city and then a semi automatic for 4 days to another location. I can't recommend these guys enough. They were so hospitable, understanding and helpful. They helped fully plan my trip, gave advice through out and were always reachable. Super chill and honest guys I can't recommend them enough. They're not like other agencies which just try and give you a motorbike and get out - they help out with whatever you need.

Bought a motorbike here in September and it has zero problems. They even recharged my battery when the battery died due to no use for over 2 months whilst I was away. Friendly and helpful staff and good quality mechanics. Their motorbikes are well maintained.

Renting a scooter with the rental shop was an absolute breeze and one of the best decisions of my trip! The scooters were in fantastic condition, reliable, and very well-maintained, which made exploring the area safe and incredibly enjoyable. A massive bonus is that they deliver and pick up the scooters directly from your hotel completely free of charge, this was absolutely amazing and made the whole experience so convenient! The rental shop provided top-notch service. They are super friendly, honest, and truly care about their customers. If you are looking for a trustworthy place to rent a motorbike, I cannot recommend them enough!

This rental shop had the exact scooter I was looking for. A nice and relatively new Honda ADV 160 for a premium touring experience. I had a great time riding with my partner around in Hoi An. I recommend you rent from the rental shop. They also had a hotel pick up service too!

100% the best experience & service of any motorbike rental. They are a family business, extremely kind, accommodating, affordable, reliable and overall one of the best services in the area. I extended my rental with them and I didn't regret booking. The rental is affordable, they pickup & drop off to you for free, and provide additional help and free resources for your trip. The mobile phone holder was a life saver. This is by far the best rental I have dealt with, especially as they provide you with a full tank of fuel/gas (we only paid the difference of 20k (1$) and 35k ($1.8) for multiple days of gas use), they provide all helmet sizes, and are so accommodating. I highly recommend to any fellow Canadians & all tourists!! You will have no issues or worries using their service. Thank you so much!

Best place in hoi an to rent scooters. They have 49cc scooters and they are brand new!! You are legal to drive 49cc without the vietnamese license so don't rent any motorbike, be intelligent and rent a 49cc to be secure and don't be pulled by police. The best service is at the rental shop! They bring us scooters at our place and take them back there too.

All was great, smooth rental. They gave me short instructions how to operate the scooter, map with great stopping points, map with parking spots and gas stations. They provide hotel drop off and pickup for scooters.

Highly recommend this place. Excellent quality motorbikes and exceptional service / support. I rented a Yamaha PG Semi-Automatic for 2 weeks and dropped it off in another city. Did about 1,300 miles and the motorbike held up fine, and the whole process was very smooth. The team were messaging me on WhatsApp each day giving tips, route maps and checking in. I would love to come back and do another trip. Thank you so much!

We found Trace Travel purely for the price which was brilliant. He delivered the scooter to the hotel within the hour as it was 5km from his shop for a very small fee, took a deposit. He was very pleasant, polite and professional. The scooter was in good working order, I had a full tutorial about the machine and off we went. I messaged him the next day to change a helmet which he did with no problems. Our flight was cancelled and we had to leave early, I organised taking the scooter back, he had a quick glance over it and returned our deposit. If you are going to Hoi An and looking for a scooter try Trace Travel.

Absolutely top service from start to finish. I contacted them via WhatsApp through their website, which was very convenient, and they responded extremely quickly. They even asked for my email to send useful tips and information, including great places to visit by scooter, a very nice extra touch. The scooter was delivered directly to our hotel, which was incredibly convenient and saved us from having to take a Grab to their location. Pickup after the rental was also arranged at the hotel, making everything completely hassle-free. You can simply pay afterwards for the fuel you used, and they even charge less than the gas station would, a great deal overall. The scooter itself was in perfect condition. It had a keyless ignition (which turned out to be very convenient), a large storage compartment, comfortable helmets, and even a phone holder, which was ideal for navigation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone renting a scooter in Hoi An, you won’t find better service than this!

Good service! Dropped the motorbike off at the hotel very quickly, they had helmets in different sizes for the right fit. They picked it up at our next hotel after 4 days. Scooter was working properly! Good price. Great guy. I made the right choice choosing them.

I highly recommend this scooter rental company. Excellent service and communication. Initially when I rented the motorbike that was available, the mirror had a problem and I told them about it. When they had a new motorbike in, I was able to switch it to a better one. With the interchangeable battery network, it is simple and quick, especially the battery swapping stations in the area.

Fantastic experience renting a motorbike with this company, who so kindly found us a motorbike on Têt Eve (New Year) with pick up and drop off included. The price is so fair and 50cc more than enough for getting around Hoi An and the countryside with no license required. This is the second time I have used this company and I highly recomend them if you are looking to hire motorbikes in Hoi An.

I was totally stressing about all the logistics of a motorbike tour in Vietnam but these guys covered all the bases and made it easy. Renting the perfect motorbike, storing/transporting luggage and providing protective gear and waterproof clothing. Long was super helpful, planning our route together and then responding to WhatsApp as we went, recommending finer routes and sending them over via google maps. We had an awesome ride and super grateful to these guys for making it happen. Would recommend working with them 100%

We highly recommend Hoi A Scooter Rental! They provide quality well cared for scooters at a reasonable price. Helmets and a rain parka included. Additionally they share two thoughtfully mapped out scooter tours for those looking for an adventure. The rides take you through some beautiful farm lands with many recommended stops. This is the place to rent your scooters!

Amazing experience! Minh was absolutely fantastic with us. We rented a 50cc motorbike for three days and never had any issues. Minh was always checking in to make sure we were happy with the motorbike and gave us plenty of great advice. He even provided us with a special map to ride through the countryside to reach My Son — the road was absolutely perfect, far better than taking the main road with trucks and buses. If you need to rent a motorbike in Hoi An, definitely contact them!

We were very pleased with Hoi A Bike Rental. Mike provided excellent customer service from being to end. We had to postpone our trip by a few days due to family reasons and I forgot to notify them of our late arrival. I was pleasantly surprised when they messaged me to follow up on our arrival date and they were very accomodating in adjusting our hire dates. Their drop off and pick up service to our accomodation was very punctual and accompanied by a warm smile and a welcome to Hoi An by Kane. I wasn't happy with our motorbike choice as I requested a 50cc motorbike and wanted something more powerful. I spoke with Mike and he supplied us with a new motorbike first thing the next day. They were very friendly, polite and their service was top notch. Thank you to Mike, Kane and the rest of the team for making this experience a smooth and enjoyable one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to hire a Bike in Hoi An and will use them again when we visit again.

Renting from Hoi A Bike Rental was a great experience! They were very responsive and made it very easy to rent without even needing to pay a deposit. 5/5 Hands down the best motorbike rental experience I've had in Vietnam. They delivered the motorbike right to my hotel and picked it up at the end with no hassle. The staff shared great local tips on hidden spots to visit, checked in midway to make sure everything was going well, and even provided free rain jackets when the weather turned. On top of that, they gave me a small discount because of the rainy days - such thoughtful service! I don't think it could have been better. Highly recommend if you're exploring Hoi An!

Truly hassle free top notch service from Minh and team. After our not so great motorbike rental in Phuket this experice at Hoi An has been flawless. Additional helmets, doorstep delivery and pick up, and the best of all their pre loaded google maps to one of a kind routes in regional countryside. This 5 star review is from someone who appreciated the honest advice from this organisation concerning safety. I am 67 year old and had not ridden a motorbike for decades. Booked a 50cc motorbike with them for a trial 1 hour. They delivered the motorbike to me at my accomodation homestay. The pair who did the delivery watched to see what my motorbike skills were like. After seeing me ride a short distance they advised me not to hire. I accepted that advice. While I am disappointed that my motorbike skills are not be as good as they once were, I very much appreciate the candour of this company. They even declined my offer to pay something towards the cosfs they would have incurred in the arborted hire. This speaks highly of their courteous and ethical behaviour, far beyond what would ordinarily be expected.

Great service here. I took a motorbike from Hoi An to Hue one way. It was a quality motorbike and I got protective equipment too. They shipped my large pack separately, and it arrived in Hue before me in perfect condition. No extra fees and the price was good. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to go between Hoi An and Hue without having to take multiple cars/buses/trains.

Minh (Mike) was awesome. Communication was great throughout on WhatsApp and very professional. HABR shared route information and delivered the motorbike on time. I hired a motorbike to ride around Hoi An today but did not feel comfortable as a first timer and requested a cancellation. Mike was very understanding. The "dont worry, we're here to help, we trust you" attitude was very refreshing and very much appreciated. Great service all around and I would not hesitate to recommend them again.
