Was absolutely good. I will give you 4 stars and write a great review. To get 5 stars the motorbike needs to be not so old and worn out. Very wobbly in the steering at 70. Can not let go with hands. Steering starts shaking immediately. The side satchels were broken and could not lock. Vibrations in the handle and machine makes the arms and finger buzzing. But for your service and your friendliness and good manors... I will add the extra star anyway 🌟

i rented a motorbike for a week and it was a great experience! whenever i was low on battery, they change the batteries for free and it takes only like 30 seconds. definitely the easiest motorbike rental i’ve done.

We had a great time hiring our motorbike from Hoi An to Hue one way, everything was organised through our hotel. Tai helped us with our route, letting us know where are good places to stop. Would definitely do this again! Even our bags were taken for us which made the whole journey so much easier.

We were very satisfied. So far, this has been the best scooter rental we’ve experienced in Vietnam. The lady was incredibly kind and funny. Renting was completely hassle-free, even just for half a day. Great price, no paperwork, no deposit required. We got an electric scooter, which was fantastic and more than enough for getting around Hue. We highly recommend it!

Highly recommended electric motorbike hire. No need for a licence. The Selex motorbike had enough power in Sport mode to accelerate through traffic and the Eco mode is good for battery saving slower cruising. Range is 120km on a battery pack. Jun is a pleasure to deal with. She dropped off and picked up the motorbike from our hotel. Also She arranged for Stephen (Jun's Brother), who runs the business in Hoi An to drop off another Selex at our hotel when we arrive in Hoi An after taking the scenic train down the coast. All together a very smooth experience and great value for money. Thank you Jun.

Thank you very much for this scooter rental. We rented an electric scooter for two people (no special license required) for one day. Our scooter was delivered to our hotel upon arrival (10 pm). We were able to go to all the main places in Hue and there was still plenty of autonomy left (120 km when fully charged). The scooter was in perfect condition when we received it with the battery fully charged. No problem getting the deposit back. Really perfect, nothing to complain about and they are very friendly.

Very honest and kind people! As a deposit you can also give them an ID or even a student card. The mopeds are very reliable! Recommend the electric one from Vinfast! It‘s more than enough to get you around the area for 2 days and then you can even exchange the motorbike and get one with full battery! Hai did a great job! Thank you

We did the Hue to HoiAn route with motorvina. We had a motorbike that didn't give us any trouble. We were provided with the road plan for the trip. Our bags were transferred and waiting for us at our destination. All good! The only thing I'd recommend is to provide motorbikes with a full tank, so you don't have to go to the gas station first thing after departure.

Very good experience with this company. They charged us 600,000 for a motorbike and two people. The motorbike was quite new and very spacious, automatic and modern, and it went very well on the climbs. They give you a Google Maps route to see quite a few beautiful places. I wouldn't recommend taking a motorbike on these roads to people who aren't used to riding them because there are a lot of trucks and traffic rules don't seem to exist here, but the experience is totally worth it.

Hai (the worker I spoke with) was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Renting a motorbike was simple and could pay by card which is a plus. The helmets provided are strong and comfortable making you feel safe. Also can extend easily by popping back into the shop and asking. Overall great experience and will continue to use MotorVina.

Booked the day before. Had a really nice motorbike, best one we had so far in Vietnam and Thailand. Very friendly, gave us a map where to go and gave us some other tips. They dropped the motorbikes at our hostel and picked up our bags. Ride itself was amazing! When we arrived in Hoi An they were also very friendly. Gave us some recommendations where to go. Our bags arrived save and sound. Also all of the staff could speak English very well.

This was a surprising review for me - I didn’t expect the level of service, advice or quality. From the moment I arrived in Hue off the night bus, they offered to pick me and my friend up from the bus stop, and took us to the shop. The guy who picked us up (I think his name was Han?) had really good English, and offered great advice with the scooter itself, recommendations for the drive down to Hoi An, and also food options before starting the journey. Communication from the start was clear and quick, and was one of the more affordable options out there! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Great service and very nice and easy Whatsapp contact. The motorbike was deliverd to our hotel in Hue, and also picked up again in Hoi An. The same goes for our backpacks. Also we got very nice tips for which route to drive, with some great and not touristic spots in the way. Would absolutely recommend renting here!

Second time I did the tour from hoi an to hue with this company. The motorbikes are in great condition and everything is explained super good. Had a fun trip ! No problems with giving back the motorbike. They even took our luggage. In addition the employee Ben was super helpful with everything and even booked us a bus to phong nha. 10/10 recommend

We arrived in Hue and walked to this motorcycle rental place. The staff were very helpful and professional, sorted two motorbikes for us the night before our journey. On the day of travel, we asked if we could use it earlier in the day for driving around the city before we set off the one way hoi an journey and they said yes! We were glad that the staff were able to accommodate to all our needs, even when we were running late to the meeting point which was past their closing time, they were willing to wait for us and not charge us extra. we felt very embarrassed for being late but the staff were understanding and accommodating. throughout the journey we were able to get un touch and double check route and petrol requirement and the staff replied instantly. it was such a wonderful experience! the staff send you the google map directions via WhatsApp and you can edit it to your needs too, the best highlights and viewing places are included in the map itinerary. prices are competitive and much cheaper if you book directly with them, face to face , and in cash. thank you Motorvina.
