Alan is a knowledgeable and helpful guy with a big heart. We immediately felt a great vibe in his shop and received a level of care which would be missed at a larger establishment. We rented 3 motorbikes for a month from him and they didn't skip a beat. The prices were very reasonable and we felt supported by him throughout our trip. There was a mishap (another vehicle collided with my motorbike while it was parked and did some damage) and his handling of the situation was calm, classy and no-nonsense. If you need motorbikes around Ninh Binh this is *the* place to go. Thanks again Alan 😁

Alan and his team are very good. Fair prices and very good mechanically. Alan speaks very good English and was also helpful for taking the motorbike on a bus. Definitely recommend, best mechanic I've used in Vietnam

Good price and good service. Convince the owner to put a full tank and you return it in the same way so you don’t lose money. You can have a motorbike for 100 k dong per day.

This is a good spot for motorcycle renting! From 50cc to 150cc, all is available. The friendly guy makes a fine price for the quality of the motorcycles, it's still Vietnamese though. So do check if your lights are working. If not, just contact the guy and he's happy to give you a new motorbike or help you fix it. The motorbike on the image was mine. A semi-automatic which will be missed greatly!

TLDR: safety is their priority with excellent customer service 💞 Impeccable service prioritises safety and comfort before anything else. We were picked up on tam coc to head to the office. I mentioned we've never been on a motorbike or scooter and he made sure we got a few runs to get comfortable before making any rushed decision. My partner wasn't comfortable so we decided that the motorbike/scooter was not for us and he was incredibly supportive. Couldn't recommend this business more! Thank you for prioritising tourist safety!!

Couldn’t recommend renting motorbikes from Alan enough, very good price, great teacher and all round top bloke. As a beginner he helped me and my friends feel confident enough to see all of Ninh Binh on a motorbike after 30 min or so practicing with him. by far the best experience I could have asked for. Mr Hoang is a honest and trustworthy person. Rented a motorbike for 4 days, fair price, responsive, pickup and deliver on time on target. Best part was that he’s able to communicate in clear English Definitely will recommend using his motorbike rental service.

Really nice motorbike rental and very good english! We could easily extend our rent through whatsapp and just paid after. Also we had some trouble with the break light, which got fixed immediately.

Alan was very helpful and advised me, a beginner, on what motorbike to get. Unfortunately it was very dark and wet by the time I arrived so I did not end up renting a motorbike, but Alan offered to help train me the next day. My wife and I rented a 50cc motorbike for a few days while travelling through Ninh Bình. We picked this company to rent with and we were so glad we did — they dropped off the motorbike to us at our hotel for a small fee, and even spent a whole hour teaching us how to ride it safely and leading us on a quick complimentary tour! Both folks who came to teach us spoke very good English and were very sure to make sure we knew how to operate the motorbike safely before leaving us to our own devices. We've had mixed experiences renting vehicles in Southeast Asia so far, which made us even more thankful that this company was so reputable and friendly. Would highly recommend to other travellers hoping to rent a motorbike safely and cheaply!

We bought motor motorbikes from a different shop in Hanoi and planned to drive them all the way down to Cambodia through Laos. By the time we got to Ninh Binh we had already been in and out of 3 different motor motorbike shops for electrical issues with one of our motorbikes. These guys were the first shop to correctly diagnose and permanently fix the issues. We made the rest of the journey down to Cambodia without any issues. The staff were very friendly and fixed the motorbike for a fair price.

Alan and his crew, especially Cuong, are fantastic! Came there 3 times during 1 day and the were smiling and nice to meet every time. They gave me reasonable prices. And when I came back for the third time to get my rack fixed they were just about to close, but they kept open a bit longer to help me! I can only recommend this place to get your motorbike fixed!

owner is super friendly and chatty and speaks great english. He gave us a 50cc motorbike since we weren’t experienced riders and it worked perfectly. He also responds quickly on whatsapp if you run into any trouble or want to book the motorbike for another day. Bonus is there are lots of cats in his place which are all very cute.

3 months of travelling Vietnam by motorbike and this is the best mechanic so far! The owner is very friendly and helpful, speaks perfect English. You can even have a coffee while you get you're motorbike serviced. He also sells a range of motorbikes and has a partnership with Styles. Highly recommend!

Very nice chatty man who was super chilled, the motorbikes do the job and he is not too concerned about any small damages. No cash deposit needed and he is available until late if you want to drop motorbike back late.

Super nice motorbikes been a dream to ride , had some issues with them as to be expected with motorbikes form the 80s but the owner fixed right away and swapped me if I was not happy for another motorbike.
