I originally planned to rent a motorbike for 4 days but ended up renting for only 2 days. Overall, I had a very good experience. The motorbikes are always clean, well-maintained, and in great condition, making them easy and comfortable to ride (under 50cc). The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the rental process was quick and straightforward. Even though I didn't rent for the full number of days I initially planned, they were still very kind and supportive. They also have a support policy in case of any issues with the motorbike (just in case). They can communicate in English, so tourists don't need to worry about that. I highly recommend renting here!

An amazing company with amazing service. From the day of collection, the road briefing was thorough and really informative. We hired two 50cc scooters (due to our NZ motorbike licences not being valid in Vietnam) and traveled from HCMC to Hue also covering many alternative roads. The scooters were nearly new and we had no trouble at all with them. The rental shop stayed in touch and helped with a couple of queries we had while we were on the road. We can not fault these guys - will definitely use them again. Thank you so much for helping us travel and enjoy Vietnam.

My wife and I rented 2 scooters, a Honda ADV 150 and a Yamaha NVX 155. We collected from the rental shop office in Ho Chi Minh City and dropped off the motorbikes in Hanoi. The motorbikes were excellent, as was the service provided by the rental shop. The handover information provided was comprehensive and very helpful and communication throughout the 5 weeks of our rental period couldn't have been better. All queries were answered promptly via WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend the rental shop for scooter rental in Vietnam.

Great experience with renting at the rental shop. The motorbikes are very well maintained. Phone holder on the motorbikes. Everyone speaks English which isn't a requirement for me but certainly helpful. They offer 50cc scooters that are legal to operate without an international license. Much better helmet selection than what I've found renting in Vietnam in the past. And they were very helpful in explaining what I need to do in order to rent a bigger motorbike on future trips. Very pleased with the experience and hope to be back soon to rent again.

I highly recommend this rental company for anyone who wants to travel in Vietnam. The rental shop is a professional team, the motorbike was well prepared (I went for the CB 500 X), there's a tutorial how to navigate through the Vietnamese roads and it was very useful. So were the customized maps of each region of the country. The motorbike was low mileage, had top and side cases, as well as engine guard plate etc, so it could go for some light off road as well. Thanks for the rental, had a great time :)

Great service, all up front and clear. Their site has a wealth of information regarding riding two wheels in Vietnam. I rented for 1.5 month a Vario 160 that did great in Saigon traffic. Their model has rear disk break that can make a difference in the city chaos. The smooth delivery and pick up at my residence quite away from their location was highly appreciated. Paying for deposit for both booking and scooter is a bit problematic as there are quite a few intermediary charges that can add up. Most people ends up with lots of useless cash on their last day in the country and then incur further exchange rate charges at the airport. Best to leave with them the equivalent in cash in other hard currencies that will be returned when the motorbike is returned

This was my 2nd time this year doing a 2-week solo motorbike ride in Nth Vietnam. I wanted a Kawasaki Versys 300 to rent in Hanoi but they were all booked out. The rental shop sent one up from Saigon for me to Hanoi on the train at absolute last minute notice, it arrived in perfect condition and some excellent upgrades in terms of a better quality kick stand and foot pegs than what's standard which makes a difference. Everything was very easy with this company and the routes they shared with me were awesome to follow and I found myself on roads that were nice and remote and more adventurous. I'd definitely recommend this company for anyone wanting to rent a motorbike or go on a tour.

I recently had to change my ADV 150 tyres, but none of the online suppliers had the Michelin tyres I needed, so I contacted the rental shop. They not only found a supplier within 10 minutes, but fitted the tyres within two hours on the very same day, and all at an exceptional price. The tyres are perfect with professional fitting and firm road grip. The motorbike shop provides an excellent service and the staff have a deep knowledge of everything motorbike related. Amazing service and fair price. I rented a scooter for a week to explore Ho Chi Minh City. The staff delivered the scooter to my hotel, all the documents were ready and all that was left was to sign them and make a deposit. The paperwork took 3 minutes. They explained the rental conditions and how to use the scooter. The staff were always in touch and picked up the scooter themselves. I didn't have to do anything. The best rental service.

Rented Honda Rebel 500 from Extra Mile in April-May 2024. Traveled on the motorbike from Ho Chi Minh to Nha Trang, then to Danang and back to Ho Chi Minh. The experience was great — some of the photos from my trips are attached below. The managers and owners of Extra Mile also left a great impression — it was a pleasure to deal with them. The rent price might have been smaller, but I guess the expensive rent is dictated by the market, considering limitations on motorcycles in Vietnam, depending on power and cubic capacity. Hope to come back and rent Rebel once more, maybe for a longer period.

Had a good experience with this rental shop. I didn’t get the run around like other shops. They rented me a PCX motorbike I could take anywhere. It was in good shape and didn’t have any problem with it. They even added a luggage rack on the back for me in about 10 minutes With no charge. No problems getting my deposit back so overall a great experience.

Highly recommended. I rented motorbikes here for 2 and a half years. First a Honda PCX, then a Honda SH. I was sorry to let the SH go. Both were in excellent condition. The staff are very friendly and they offer quality service. If you want to rent a motorbike in Saigon, this is the place.

Helped me buy a brand new motorbike as a foreigner with Saigon number plates. Excellent service and communication from start to finish. They answered every question I had and gave me plenty of advice. After just over a week they delivered a brand new fully registered motorbike straight to my apartment. Very highly recommended!

I bought a XSR 155 through these guys. While their fees are a bit steep, if you're planning to spend on a nicer motorbike, it's worth it. As their name implies, they will do the legwork to make sure you get everything you want and need. They will help you through all the notarization and legal documentation process which, if you're a foreigner here, can be a gigantic pain. You might spend an extra 5 mil but given the hours they spend driving back and forth, collecting documents, getting signatures and stamps, finding the right motorbike for you, etc. it's worth it.

Great & easy experience! Communicative via whatsapp, they sent pics of available motorbikes with prices, I chose and they delivered it to my doorstep. Deposit possible via bank transfer even in EUR - convenient for expats and travelers from EU. Pickup of the motorbike was also very quick and convenient.

Excellent Service and Product! Rented an XR 150 for a 5 day South Vietnam Coastal ride. Had a great experience right from booking, delivery, condition of the motorbike and return with after hours service. The Bike was top notch and maintained well and came with a top box to accommodate our luggage. All this with one of the cheapest rental price within HCM. The staff was also accommodative in terms of keeping their office open after hours for a late pickup and drop off all for a nominal fair fee. Looking forward to renting again from these guys :)

An absolute pleasure and fantastic experience. Staff on hand to assist you with anything. Drop off and pick up of motorbike from home address so there's no effort needed on the customers part. The prices are excellent. I drove the motorbike to their premises for its service. It got washed as well..... No more than 40 minutes in total. Thank you all very much. We were given reference of this place by another motorbike rental agency near us who said they have multiple options of scooters. Our experience was great. We rented a Janus(completely new in red) which looked good and was in mint condition. There was a lot of motorbike and scooter options to rent and the price was the most reasonable we found anywhere. Lan was super friendly and helpful and gave us great recommendations as well. The price, quality, deposit, agreement and service of the establishment is top notch. Don't go anywhere else.

Our group of 4 friends rode Vietnam from Danang to Hanoi. What a fantastic experience. The roads were amazing, so was the hospitality and quality of the accommodation and food provided on the tour by Renzo. But most of all Renzo’s knowledge of vietnam and attention to detail of all aspects of our tour was unbelievable. His friendly and professional personality made the tour hands down the best in Vietnam and the best tour I have ever been on. On day 5 of our ride, unfortunately, I had an unexpected accident, breaking my collarbone and some ribs as well as major bruising. Renzos swift and professional accident response on this day was unbelievable and made a horrible experience the best it possibly could have been, especially considering the rural setting we were in. He got me to the local doctor within 15mins then to the hospital 30 mins after that where I received an x-ray and an ultrasound. I was treated and given medication for pain and was at the hospital for approximately 30mins. I’m this time Renzo did not leave my side. He helped me in many uncomfortable situations and fully translated all the information from the doctors. I know people don’t want to hear about accidents but I think the importance of the reactions of Renzo are acknowledged, as this is an important part of being a tour guide. He was amazing and I cannot praise him highly enough for what he did. Thanks Renzo. You are number 1 in Vietnam for motorbike tours. Make sure you go with Renzo!!
