Absolutely the best decision to book scooter with Jota Cafe Mallorca. Price was by far the best that I found. 125cc scooter was amazing. I managed to see a lot from this beautiful island thanks to them. I would book with them in future again. No problem to get deposit returned. You just need to follow the rules and take correct pictures they require from you. Also if you drive scooter as your own and you are careful about it surely helps getting your deposit back too. My rental has finished 17th of October. And today is 10th of November and I received my deposit. It doesnt take 10 business days as thats minimum it can take up to 30 business days. Depends on the bank and also how busy they are with their bookings. After 10 working days you just simly write them to WA. And they will sort your deposit as fast as possible. Easy if you understand how they work. At first it seems to be strange not to know which motocycle is yours and what is the exact location. But fortunately they reply through WhatsApp quite quickly and all works well. The 125 cc scooter was brand new and realy good. Thanks!

I rented a scooter from Jota Café Mallorca in August 2025. The booking process, price, pickup at the airport and the communication during the rental were all very good. Everything went smoothly, and the scooter itself was in great condition. However, the big problem was the deposit refund. It took much longer than promised, and I only received it after several follow-ups. This was very disappointing and completely overshadowed an otherwise positive rental experience. In the end, I did get my money back, but because of the delay and the lack of proactive communication, I would not rent here again. It’s a shame, because with a simple, timely refund, this could have been an excellent experience.

Really hassle free and easy scooter rental! Only a few steps from the airport exit we were on our way in no time. The support team were really helpful and very quick to respond when we had questions. Super cheap too! Would definitely be going with Jota cafe rentals in future

Amazing scooter price. No problems with the motorbike. The parking is next to the exit of the airport. Scooter key is waiting you in the key locker. Everything was alright. Deposit going to be refund to you after "10 business days" Anyway if u have some issues ,you can contact them via email, what's up or a call.
