Ducati Multistrada V4 S

I had a good experience renting a motorcycle here. It was my first time renting one (I've rented lot's of cars, but never a motorcycle). When I came there was some trouble fitting a phone holder that I had rented as well, but fortunately the NX500 motorcycle had bluetooth that showed navigation instructions on the dashboard. I actually got reimbursed for the phone holder as well. Nice. The bike was recent with a mileage of ~9000 kilometers. The bike felt good, had good tires and the helmet I rented was okay as well. Would recommend!

Lads were sound. Arrived without a booking as last minute trip to World Superbikes. Got a 1250 GS. 48k kms on it. Bike had wear from rental life but covered 800 kms roughly and handled it all well. Took the extra insurance and rented a helmet. Had an incredible few days solo. I will be back for another adventure. 😎👌🏍

Having done part of the US Route 66 in 2022 we wanted to ride closer to home (UK). After research we settled on Portugal and decided to rent our motorbikes from Hertz in Faro. Everything went smoothly and the hand over was very good. After a wonderful 5 days riding we return our BMW 800G's to the rental garage. Again great service and helpfulness from the team. I recommend Hertz to anyone considering a motorbike tour in the Algarve.

I had a wonderful experience renting a BMW R 1300 GS from Hertz Ride in Faro. I was staying in Praia da Luz for the week and reserved the motorbike well in advance and used the BMW Motorrad app to map a number of rides through the incredible winding roads of the Algarve hills, coastline, and countryside. I brought my riding jacket and gloves and took a bus from Lagos to the Faro airport and then walked the short distance from the airport to the Hertz facility. Upon arrival I was greeted by two lovely ladies who made sure everything was in order, and I was on my way in no time. I used the very good quality mobile phone holder Hertz had available to display the BMW Motorrad app, which guided me along Portugal’s wonderfully maintained winding roads through hills, valleys, orange groves, scenic overlooks, and villages. The early May weather was perfect (mid 50s to 70s), the motorbike was fantastic, the country was incredible, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Thank you Hertz Ride!

The people working at the desk were very service minded. They help in many ways. For example, I could not find a USB connector on the motorbike I rented, a Honda TransAlp. I asked the Hertz employees and they didnt know but started to look at Youtube videos and phone others who might know. Finally they found the connector hidden under the back seat. This is just one example. They were really service minded.
