Just finished up a 3 day solo ride through Northern Laos starting in Luang Prabang. I had contacted a couple motorbike rental companies but Vy was the only one that was really responsive and replied to me right away. Vy Moto Laos has a ton of motorbikes to choose from and all seemed to be maintain really well. The one that I rented was a Honda 250 and it worked perfectly. I also felt much more comfortable with all the local knowledge and advice that Vy gave me before heading off on my own. I highly recommend his company if you want to rent motorbikes to tour Laos. I will definitely come back for a longer trip next time and will surely go back to Vy Moto Laos.

Best mechanical in Laos, if not in South East Asia. If you are overlanding on a big motorbike, he will help you. Vy is resourceful, and even in Lao where big motorbikes and spares are scarce, he knows what he is doing and will help you be back on the road. He's also an excellent person, and he has a passion for motorbike and his work shows it! Thanks, I can't do anything but recommend him to everyone.

best shop and service you can wish for. vy is super helpfull, he knows all about driving in lao, and even helped me ride a manual for first time in my life, free of charge! he was there everytime we called, and we always could count on him. The motorbike was great condition too and just everything went literally perfect, even at places where hickups couls occur and maybe other shops would dissapoint. i can not recommend enough, its the place to go in luan prabang. love from germany

We rented a Kawasaki KLX 250 for two days to explore the luang Prabang area, and the experience was fantastic. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. Not only did he explain all the details about the rental, but he also suggested a route to take so we could enjoy the ride and see some great spots. He was very punctual, reliable, and professional. We left our passport with him as a deposit without any issues, and the whole process was smooth. The motorbike was in perfect condition and gave us no problems at all. You can tell the motorbikes are well-maintained just by looking at the workshop where you pick it up. The owner’s kindness and attention to detail made the experience even better. If we return to Laos for a longer motorcycle trip, we will definitely rent from him again. Highly recommended!
