Great motorbikes in great condition, very professional and friendly service - would choose the rental shop for rental again any time! The owner personally advised us on the right motorbike, made sure to provide us with suitable equipment, everything was well maintained and of high quality. We also received guidance on routes around Medellin & the wider area, as well as instructions how to navigate local traffic and laws. Thanks a lot for this experience!

Oh man!! What can I say other than I had an absolute blast on a well maintained bike! I rented a Honda 300 XRE and it was a great motorbike for the Colombian terrain. There's a reason the Police use this model. I've rented in Medellin before and the rental shop keeps their motorbikes really well maintained compared to other companies. My experience started with sending in a message to WhatsApp and I spoke with a staff member for a bit to give them the details of my moto trip. They helped me out by guiding me on what motorbike and gear would be sufficient and they were spot on with their recommendations. Once we had the details all worked out I was smoothly handed off to another staff member who took care of having the motorbike and gear ready for me for pick up. I met up with a staff member at the pick up location and they got me all sized and we tried on different gear to make sure the fit was right. They demonstrated how to use everything, gave me advice and were available to me via WhatsApp with any questions during my time renting. At the end of the trip, a staff member met up with me at my apartment and picked up the motorbike and we were all good to go. I had a great time, felt well taken care of, and I felt the rental shop was there to make sure I enjoyed the experience. Would absolutely rent again!

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. I had been in contact with a number of motorcycle rental/tour companies to look at renting a number of motorbikes for a self-planned tour with a group of friends in early 2027. The rental shop was very responsive and offered to chat and give me some insights and route advice regardless of whom I ended up renting with. Their objective was to ensure we had the best possible ride experience on our trip. As it was, we ended up renting with another company, based purely on motorcycle availability for our trip dates. Even knowing this, the rental shop still went ahead with our chat. I was glad we chatted. They gave me an hour and a half of personal time working with me on my sketchy self-planned route. It became obvious we would have missed a lot of must-sees without their advice. The outcome was a comprehensive route, site, hotel and restaurant recommendations with geography, biology and history lessons woven in as well. Even recommendations on books covering local history. They know their stuff, really makes me think about re-evaluating my stubborn self-planning stance - I'm sure I'll be doing a second trip and think the best value will be to join one of their tours and squeeze in the most for my time. Let's face it, we never get our time back....

We had a great experience from start to finish! The way the team supported us all the way through even when we had a flat tire was above and beyond! The motorbike was in beautiful condition and the whole experience was the highlight of our trip!

So so happy with our experience with the rental shop! We have little to no Spanish and that didn't matter as they spoke fluent English. The motorbike was brilliant for the road trip from Medellin to Cocorná with a few stop offs (route suggested by the rental shop) to see more of this beautiful country. Being a motorbike lover too it's great to have a few good options, will 100% be booking again when we come back.
