My husband and I recently completed a 12-day self-guided West Balkans motorcycle tour organized by the rental shop, and it was truly one of the best motorcycle adventures we have ever experienced. From the very beginning, the team at the rental shop demonstrated exceptional professionalism, flexibility, and customer service. About a month before our scheduled departure, I unfortunately broke my foot and thought our trip might be in jeopardy. The team immediately worked with us to reschedule the entire tour without any issues, making what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. Every aspect of the tour was thoughtfully planned. The hotels were magnificent, consistently exceeding our expectations in both comfort and location. The routes were spectacular, taking us through some of the most beautiful landscapes in Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and beyond. Each day offered incredible roads, stunning scenery, and unforgettable riding experiences. What truly set the rental shop apart was their support throughout the trip. Even though this was a self-guided tour, we never felt like we were on our own. They remained highly responsive and proactive, keeping us informed about changing weather conditions, road closures, and route recommendations. Their local knowledge and constant communication gave us confidence and allowed us to focus entirely on enjoying the ride. Traveling on two separate motorcycles, my husband and I have completed many motorcycle tours over the years, and we can honestly say this ranks among our absolute favorites. The attention to detail, outstanding customer service, carefully selected accommodations, and incredible routes combined to create a truly first-class experience. We highly recommend the rental shop to anyone looking for a professionally organized motorcycle adventure in the Balkans. We are already looking forward to our next tour with them.

We just finished a 10 day ride through Croatia, Montenegro, Albania, Kosovo, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. We all rented BMW GS motorbikes from the rental shop and the motorbikes were in great condition, and ran wonderfully. The rental shop even took care of the insurance for everywhere except Kosovo and Albania which we bought insurance at the border. I highly recommend renting your motorbikes here and taking a motorcycle trip through the Balkans. It was epic!

First of all I would like to mention ease of rental with true professionals working for the rental shop in Croatia. It really was easy and most efficient to rent a motorbike. In addition, all needed documentation, for example license to go over the border is initially available, is provided. The last, but not the least, I rented BMW R1250RT which is on its own excellent motorbike and was amazed by condition in which motorbike was kept. Immaculate. All together great experience which I would repeat on first possible occasion.

From my enquiry to booking was an amazing experience the follow-up correspondence was so well done and my request for a lower seat spec F800 GS was sorted and confirmed. On arrival the panniers and top box and lower seat were all perfect the GS was the newest model one key for all the boxes and ignition. The handover was well done and advice was so friendly I was able to leave my excess luggage at the rental shop after packing into the panniers for 8 day trip again what a pleasure to be made comfortable. The rental bike was an absolute pleasure to ride it was so comfortable more than enough power and super light on fuel what a pleasure to ride a rental so well prepared and well maintained. Thank you to the rental shop and all at Riderly who were involved with my rental. You all made my bucket list trip of Croatia come true we rode more than 1200km in 7 days incident free and enjoyed every minute I reluctantly handed the bike and keys back again.
