Great place, everything was perfect. The rental shop gave me a motorbike, provided instructions, and offered prompt support along the way. I received a map with comments, which I used to adjust my route. In total, I covered 3,100 km along incredible coastal roads and through the mountains inland. A polite and responsive young man was very helpful, and I am very grateful to him. I recommend the rental shop to everyone, and I will definitely come back for such an incredible experience.

The staff was professional and very welcoming. First time renting a motorbike in HCMC, the staff personally came to a road junction to fetch us as we were unsure where specifically to meet. The rental shop is reachable anytime for any questions via WhatsApp and speaks English on a conversational level for tourists. My girlfriend and I rented a Honda XR in Hanoi and dropped it in Ho Chi Minh. We had an amazing trip and the rental process was very easy. The rental shop also sent our big bags separately for us. So we could just take a couple small bags on the back of the motorbike. The motorbike had a little issue nearing the end of the trip but everything was resolved. Would highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience renting with the rental shop! The staff contacted me after a Facebook post explaining they could help me on my search for a motorbike to go from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi with my partner. We turned up the next day and their partner was there ready for us waiting with a beautiful Suzuki GSX150. They gave a lot of information about the company itself, and the motorbikes they rent. They offered an excellent price for my 1 month rental and added a new chain and new rear wheel before we took it the next day. While on the road we had no problems at all. The bag rack did end up breaking once just due to wear and tear but it took a 10 minute welding job at a little shop and all was good for the rest of the trip. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our experience and was always ready to help us with any queries or questions. In addition to this they also gave us a link to an app with all the fantastic spots to experience throughout the country that they had experienced themselves. I am extremely happy I rented with the rental shop and VERY happy with my experience 👍 I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a good quality motorbike, with amazing customer service and an easy ride through the country with no stress. The rental shop will hook you up with lessons, guidance, maps of Vietnam, and whatever motorbike you want. The shop is very accommodating and will help you ship the motorbike back if you need to. I highly recommend renting from them to understand the best roads in Vietnam. They are also willing to give assistance anywhere in Vietnam if you need it.
