Things to keep in mind
- Pay only 15% now, and the rest at the destination.
- You can cancel up-to 7 days before pick-up and get a full refund.
- This motorbike requires a licence category Any, or equivalent.
- Be at least 18 years old to rent it.
- A refundable security-deposit is required ( 176 € credit/debit-card, cash or passport) on pickup.
- This motorbike includes unlimited mileage per day in the price.
- Delivery/Collection services are for the Tay Ho area, and discretionary.
- Free inclusions and paid add-ons are subject to availability.

Excellent quality motorbikes and a fantastic level of service! Have been coming to the rental shop for over a year now for my motorbike needs (including for a drive to Ho Chi Minh last year) and would definitely do so again. Bikes are well-serviced, very reliable, and very reasonably priced for the quality you get - would definitely recommend coming here if you value a machine that you can trust during your stay in Hanoi or for your drives further afield.
My girlfriend and I rented a motorbike here, and honestly, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and hilarious! We actually got back last week, but we were so exhausted that we’re only leaving this review now 😅 Next time we travel, we’ll definitely come back to rent from you again — especially our favorite motorbike, the PG1 =)))) Wishing your shop even more success in the future!
Just had a wonderful trip to Ha Giang with 2 CB500xs from AZ Motorbike. The staffs were very helpful and enthusiastic. I would definitely plan another trip with them again.
5 stars to Kien and the motorbike he gave me. I rented a Honda XR150 and it was great throughout my 2000 km trip. My friend who also rented from Kien had some issues with his motorbike so be prepared to stop at a mechanic to get things tuned up but Kien would always answer the phone when this happened to translate and make sure we were getting a good price. He even let us drop off our motorbikes in Hoi An for a reasonable fee. Will rent from this guy again.
Rented Yamaha PG1 for a couple of months. Service was perfect, I live in Hà Nội and they did a checkup of the motorbike for every long distance trip for free. returning the motorbike was easy and without hassle got my deposit back. Would 100% recommend !
