If I could give the rental shop's Ha Giang loop a higher rating, I would! Super easy to book online, although I booked directly through WhatsApp as I had a few questions beforehand. Super easy to do, and was even advised to start a day later as the weather was unfavourable. The entire trip was well organised. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day was delicious and plentiful, and we could order more if we needed. Both nights we had private rooms, the first in one of the nicest hotel rooms we've stayed in in Vietnam, the other in a really comfortable home stay. A big shout out to my driver, Lee. He had absolute control over the motorbike and I felt very safe in his capable hands. Despite the language barrier, we exchanged jokes and used Google translate to have conversations during stops. He was a true gent, always carrying my bags, getting my breakfast, and knowing all the best places to take photos of my partner and I. Lee and my partner's driver (also called Lee) always managed to keep our motorbikes together so that we could enjoy the experience together. A must do tour with a top notch agency. Thank you!

We had the time of our lives on our 3 day, 2 night Ha Giang loop tour through the rental shop through Cozy Hostel. The tour operator was easy to communicate with on WhatsApp before the trip and gave us all the information. Our private room for the night before the trip was accidentally overbooked, but the staff immediately found us another private room at a hotel nearby which we were very grateful for! Cozy Hostel provided a wonderful breakfast before the trip, had our laundry done when we returned, and even organized a bus back to Hanoi at the end of the tour. As for the Ha Giang loop tour, we had an incredible experience! Our easy riders, Sai and Binh, took incredible care of us and made us feel very safe on the back of the motorbike. The views from the back of the motorbike were breathtaking and we could really enjoy them to the fullest thanks to Sai and Binh. The accommodations and restaurants that were booked on this trip were fantastic. We even went to a waterfall, hiked to a great viewpoint, and went to an old building for sightseeing, took a boat ride, and had a karaoke night. It was really fun to join this tour with some fun people from the hostel and we stopped at so many amazing viewpoints that the drivers knew to stop at, so the group tour was actually a selling point for us. I would highly recommend this trip as it was a highlight of our lives! Thank you the rental shop and thank you so much to Sai and Binh!

The workers were friendly. I did not stay in this hostel but rented a motorcycle from the rental shop. 110cc for 180,000vnd. You can also rent it for half a day, to be returned before 12pm. Do check the motorcycles before riding out. Test the brakes etc. They immediately fixed any issue that made you doubt.

As a couple we stayed here only one night, it was our starting point to do the Ha Giang Loop. We rented a motorcycle and did the tour ourselves. The motorbikes were brand new and the service was good. The girl explained everything very well. The room was ok, the beds were too hard and the place was very noisy. They started making a lot of noise at 4 in the morning. Besides that, they are extremely friendly. They have an adorable little kitten. Suggestion for the staff: the cat should get a little pillow to sleep on. :-) We forgot one of our passports and they even sent it to us with the bus driver all the way to Cat Ba, which is why I give them 4 stars! That was so nice of them to do! Thank you so much.

Great hostel as the staff is very helpful. We rented a scooter to the loop which worked out well. When we had a flat tire we could not reach anyone at the hostel which could be a point of improvement. However, any inconveniences were solved by the hostel accordingly.
