Probably the best motorbike rental shop in Hanoi - best condition motorbikes and super helpful and friendly team. And, I was in many shops, before I picked the rental shop... The Honda XR150L I had for a week and 1300km was in perfect condition. The guys seem to rent motorbikes because they love motorbikes - and it's visible.

We had a great experience renting a motorbike from the rental shop. The booking process through their website was very simple and quick. To make sure everything was confirmed, we also contacted them on WhatsApp to ask a few questions, and they replied almost immediately with clear and helpful answers. When we arrived at the shop in Hanoi, we were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful guy, always smiling and ready to give advice about the trip and places to visit. We rented a Honda CB500X Adventure, and the motorbike was in almost brand-new condition. Over the course of our trip I rode more than 1,500 km without a single problem. Starting from Hanoi, we completed the entire Ha Giang Loop, continued up to Ban Gioc Waterfall, and then rode down towards Ninh Binh. What really made the difference was the service. During the trip, the staff checked in with us from time to time to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed any suggestions on where to go or what to see. Overall, I 100% recommend the rental shop. It was an incredible adventure and a great experience from start to finish. We will definitely come back.

Borrowed 2 motorbikes for 4 days, the process and communication was very smooth. Bikes were solid and carried us for hundreds of KM on our trip without ever malfunctioning or slipping. Would recommend to anyone who is searching for a hassle free motorbike rental in Hanoi, even for a trip out of Hanoi.

Rented the Honda CB500X from Hanoi to Sapa and the motorbike was an absolute beast. It handled my brother and me for two straight days with zero issues. I highly recommend upgrading your motorbike if you're planning to ride around Vietnam, especially for longer routes like this. The rental shop was great. They were very communicative throughout the entire process and even helped transport the motorbike back from Sapa to Hanoi since we didn't want to ride both ways. 10/10 recommend renting a motorbike if you're comfortable riding, it's hands down the best way to see Vietnam. And 10/10 recommend the rental shop!
