I want to thank the rental shop team, they were fantastic. They were easy to contact and responsive to any questions and were full of good advice about places to see and routes to ride. The motorbike was brilliant and it took me all over Rwanda without any problems. I'll definitely be back to see more of this beautiful country on two wheels.

I rented a Haojue TR 150 for 7 days and it was in excellent condition. Zero problems the entire trip. I travelled around Rwanda and parts of Uganda across varied terrain and the motorbike handled everything perfectly. I rented a 125cc scooter from this motorbike rental in Kigali and the whole experience was incredibly smooth from start to finish. From the first day I arrived at the shop, everything felt easy and well organized. The deposit was comfortable and could be done via Revolut, which I really appreciated. The guy at the shop was super friendly, took his time to explain everything, provided a helmet, and made sure I felt confident before heading off. The contract process was simple and straightforward, and shortly after I was on the road with a scooter that had a full tank, all the necessary papers, and even a phone holder so I could use maps while driving. The scooter itself was in great condition and felt very smooth to ride, exactly what I was looking for. During my 8 day round trip through Rwanda, outside of Kigali, I covered a good amount of kilometers and had the chance to see almost the whole country. The scooter never let me down at any point and performed reliably throughout the entire journey. I had almost no issues during the rental. On the last day there was a minor incident due to the crazy driving style of some locals, but the company was immediately there to help and supported me through the situation until I returned the scooter. I am very sorry again for the inconvenience caused. Even in that situation, everything that was in the company’s hands was handled in a super professional and calm way. The return process was also very flexible and comfortable, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I was extremely happy with this rental and would definitely rent a scooter with them again. 10 out of 10.

Great place and very professional! Rented a scooter in perfect condition for a day. When I got into the rain, the boss gave me a rain jacket and made me a tea. Highly recommended for a ride into the Rwandan countryside!
